Basic facts about the juvenile justice system

In 2012, Ukraine legalized criminal juvenile justice mechanisms under the guise of positive terms. The laws had been elaborated so craftily that Members of the Parliament and Government did not have the slightest idea what was hidden behind vague positive terms, such as “rights and protection of children”, “fight against domestic violence”, “support for children at risk”… The passage of these laws relating also to the removal of children from good families failed to be priorly exposed to public discussion. Educationalists or legal experts had no opportunity to make a thorough analysis and to point out the harmful nature of the new pseudo laws. The laws were lobbied through under psychological and financial pressure. The UN, PACE and EU used lies and deceit and managed to push them through even in Ukraine with the view of globalization and autogenocide. Ukraine has thus established the cruellest system adverse to defenceless children and their parents. The juvenile justice system removes children from any family on fabricated charges.

“But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit,

if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you.

Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”

The Scripture often speaks about the spirit, soul and flesh. The powers of the soul are intellect and will. As a result of original sin, reason can hardly know the essence of the truth and the will is weakened and hardly inclined to pure good. This infection of original sin wounded the heart of man and destroyed the inner harmony. The consequence is that the heart succumbs to disordered passions, selfishness and self-love. The Scripture refers to the heart as “deceitful above all things” (Jer 17:9) and as “the heart of stone” (Ez 36:26). God promised to give us a new heart (Ez 36:26).

on 11 February 2013, Benedict XVI notified the public that on 28 February 2013 he would leave his office. In the history of the Western Church this was done last time by Gregory XII in 1415. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appealed to Benedict XVI in several public letters (of 17 September 2011, 19 December 2011, 10 February 2012, 5 May 2012…) to resign from office. The main reason was that on 1 May 2011 he beatified John Paul II who had made an apostatic gesture in Assisi. By his beatification Pope Benedict XVI officially approved of syncretism in the Western Catholic Church. Therefore on 1 May 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate renounced allegiance to the Vatican which through the Pope’s gesture fell under God’s anathema, i.e. God’s curse, in accordance with Gal 1:8-9.

You convened the Assembly of Hierarchs which was held on 2-5 February 2013. The Russian public was expecting a radical position of the Head of the Church on the criminal juvenile justice system. An official statement anchored in the Gospel and the prophetic word would be an effective means of restoration of the Church and the nation. However, Your official statement failed to meet the expectation. You accept the juvenile justice system and hence de facto You approve of this crime. A physician who neglected his duty and failed to perform a major operation to save the patient is responsible for his death. You failed to fulfil Your duty.

Dear Sir!

Foreign Minister L. Kozhara has said recently about the need to incorporate a ban on anti-gay discrimination into the Labour Code. In fact, this ban is quite pointless since there is no anti-gay discrimination in Ukraine. On the contrary, homosexuals enjoy numbers of privileges. An example is the Ministry of Justice where a handful of homosexuals (Council for LGBT Interests) represents the majority of Ukraine and drafts laws aiming at discrimination against the Ukrainian citizens and their consequent self-destruction. The Council for LGBT Interests has been lobbied through while other civic organizations were discriminated against and do not enjoy the privilege to influence the laws. Foreign LGBT lobby plans to promote this privilege in all key institutions, including Ministries and Regional Councils. So they need a so-called antidiscriminatory law for the purpose so that as a privileged caste they can discriminate against 99% of the population.

“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God;

for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.

So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.”

The new book “Smrt v sametu” (Death in Velvet) by Petr Hajek, Deputy Head of the Czech President, causes quite a stir in the mass media. While his previous book “Smrt ve středu” (Death on Wednesday) pointed to media manipulation, mediacracy and a strong tendency to totalitarian world government, the new publication reveals who is behind it. The answer is disturbing and shocking especially for atheists: it is Satan and his servant in human form – the Antichrist. The author does not exclude the fact that the former President Vaclav Havel (1989-2003) might have been this servant. And the apocalypse described in the Scriptures is fast approaching…

The Revelation of St. John. According to the Bible, namely the Revelation (Apocalypse), before the Second Coming of Christ the world will be under the rule of the Antichrist for some time. All the indications are that this moment will come soon. The Antichrist is a man who will become the ruler of the world and whose purpose is (totalitarian) world domination.

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh,

but those who live according to the Spirit,

the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death,

but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”

What does it mean: “…what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh…”? When was the law not weak through the flesh? Before sin acquired domination over man. God’s law commanded Adam in Paradise: “You shall not eat … for you shall die!” When he disobeyed God’s law, the punishment of the law came upon him, and Adam died. From that time on, humanity has been ruled by the law of sin and death.

God’s law (the Ten Commandments) convicts us of sin, thus making a diagnosis, yet it can not save us. If it could, Christ would not have come. “God sent His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh (i.e. the flesh of Christ).” The just requirement of the law is: “The wages of sin is death.” Jesus voluntarily took this death on Himself for our sake, and hence fulfilled the just requirement of the law on His body. The term “righteousness of God” means just condemnation of sin on the innocent Son of God for our sake.

Dear Presidents of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus!

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby announces to You a historic event which took place in the interests of the Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian nation which You represent before God in this historic time. On 8 January 2013, these three nations were consecrated to the Most Holy Mother of God in the area of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

In this historic hour, on behalf of all the orthodox Catholic and Orthodox Christians of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, and on behalf of Presidents Viktor Fedorovych, Vladimir Vladimirovych and Olexandr Grygorovych, I, Elijah, Patriarch of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, consecrate these three Slavic nations to the Most Holy Mother of God.

“That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us,
who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

God’s Word says: “Seven times a day…” (Psa 119:164). Both the Old- and the New-Testament Tradition present a daily prayer rhythm. This rhythm was kept by St. Paul and the Apostles. Similarly, St. Basil emphasized the need for prayer stops during the day in the life of every Christian. Unfortunately, nowadays Christians do not have the daily rhythm of contact with God.

After many prayers and prayerful quests for actualization of the Church tradition at the present time we propose the following proven way of prayer. It is a prayer 7 times a day: when getting up, at 9:00 a.m., 12:00, 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m. and when lying down. How are we to pray and why?

+ In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

“Ephphatha!” (Be opened!) “I am self-willed. I am a hedonist. I am a critic.”

“Maran atha!” (Come, O Lord!) “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, have mercy on me!” (5×)

“Shema” (Hear), “Israel, love God! Jesus, my God, I love You with all my heart, with all my soul and with all my strength. Now I lose my soul for Your sake and the Gospel’s.”

The Word of life: (a verse from the Holy Scripture for 14 days; repeated 3×)

“From this moment I do everything + in the name of the Father and of the Son

and of the Holy Spirit.” (3×)

“Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself! Touch Me and see.”

It involves seven days of prayer. In case of a very serious problem the prayer can be said repeatedly for seven weeks. The Holy Spirit descended on the fiftieth day. The fiftieth year was the year of the Lord’s favour. “Whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.” (Jn 16:23)
