BCP: Statement on episcopal ordinations and invalid excommunication

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate – the voice of one crying in the wilderness – emphasizes the following: The excommunication pronounced by the apostate Vatican against the six bishops is invalid and ineffective. By excommunicating the bishops for their loyalty to Christ, the Vatican has excommunicated Christ Himself. In fact, Fernández and Leo Prevost have excommunicated themselves from the Church of Christ once again. Due to their impenitence and obstinacy, they have committed yet another sin against the Holy Spirit.

Fernández’s appeal to canon law is likewise invalid. Canon law is valid and effective only on an orthodox (sound) basis. Appealing to it by those who reject the foundations without which the Church is not and cannot be the Church of Christ is absurd.

All in all, the Church is currently in a state of sede vacante. What is God’s will in this situation? Repentance! This means renouncing heresy and the obstinate heretics who abuse the papal office.

In these extraordinary circumstances, it is time for the orthodox college of bishops – comprising the four new bishops and their consecrators, together with Archbishop Viganò, Archbishop Lenga, Bishop Stobnicki and others – to elect or proclaim a legitimate pope as soon as possible.

Neither the pseudo-pope Bergoglio nor his successor, Leo Prevost, can be the head of the Church. They have both excommunicated themselves from the Church because of the synodal path and their sodomite pseudo-gospel. This is confirmed by Holy Tradition, the teachings of the Church Fathers and Doctors, and, most importantly, Holy Scripture: “If anyone should preach any other gospel, let him be accursed – excommunicated – anathema.” (Gal 1:8-9)

The election of a legitimate pope will not result in there being two popes, because Leo Prevost is not a legitimate pope. He is merely an obvious usurper of papal authority and power. A true pope protects the faith that leads to salvation and eternal life. However, the false Pope Prevost promotes the sodomite rebellion, the punishment for which is eternal fire.
