BCP: A Call for a Revolution in the Catholic Church – From the Members (Part 1)
October 9, 2026
The revolution consists in every Catholic Christian beginning to do penance. For what? For having turned away in heart from the living God. Penance for laziness and negligence concerning the salvation of one’s immortal soul. Penance for having lost, through this negligence, a living faith, without which no one will be saved. A Czech poet writes: “The body belongs in the grave; woe to the one who neglected the soul!” Why do you not do penance? Because you have not set aside a fixed time for prayer. People today are in a hurry, struggling against time, while on the other hand wasting precious time surfing the internet or using their smartphones, some of them for hours every day! In our time, the most necessary form of penance is to set aside a fixed time each day for God and for your immortal soul. How can God speak to you if you do not make time for Him and for conversation with Him?

When should you pray? When did Jesus pray? At night. You, too, together with your family, instead of watching television or browsing the internet, should pray a holy hour every day from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Many priests and bishops, at the end of the holy hour at 9:00 p.m., wherever they may be, give a blessing toward the four directions of the world.
When else did the Lord Jesus and the apostles pray? They prayed at established intervals, specifically every three hours: at 9:00 a.m., 12:00 noon, 3:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m., as well as upon rising and before going to sleep. You, too, should pause for prayer seven times a day – not merely symbolically, but actually (cf. Ps 119:164). How long should each prayer pause last? About 4–5 minutes; it is brief and to the point. What should you pray? You may pray the prayers that are familiar and meaningful to you, but many have adopted a fixed order consisting of three basic truths: 1) awareness of one’s own sinfulness, 2) sorrow for sins, and 3) the word of life.
1) Awareness of one’s own sinfulness: Specifically, consciously say in your heart or aloud:
Ephphatha!
I am self-willed; I do not seek God’s will, but my own.
I am a hedonist; I seek pleasure even at the cost of sin.
I am a critic; I condemn others, yet I do not see my own guilt, nor do I want to admit it.
The hidden metastasis of original sin’s impact and my lack of repentance are dragging my soul towards eternal damnation.
Marana tha! Come, Jesus!
2) Sorrow for sins: Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, have mercy on me, a sinner! (5×)
Shema Israel! You shall love God!
Jesus, my God, I love You with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my strength. Now I lose my soul for Your sake and the Gospel’s.
3) The word of life: This is a verse or part of a verse from Sacred Scripture that we prayerfully repeat and reflect on for two weeks.
Upon rising and before going to sleep, we add:
“Jesus, where are You?” “I am with you!” “I believe!”
“Jesus, You are with me.” (4×)
“Jesus, You said, ‘I am in you.’” “I believe!”
“Jesus, You are in me.” (4×)
“Amen, amen,” and we make the sign of the cross.
At 9:00 a.m., we add:
“Send the Holy Spirit upon us.” (7×)
“I receive the same Spirit whom the apostles received on the day of Pentecost. Ye-ho-shu-aa-aa-aa.”
(Saying “aa-aa-aa” three times, I consciously receive the same Holy Spirit today whom the apostles received on the day of Pentecost.)
“Amen,” and we make the sign of the cross.
At 12:00 noon:
The Angelus Prayer. (We commemorate the Word of God becoming flesh through the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary.)
At 3:00 p.m.:
“Through baptism you were immersed into Christ’s death.”
“Through baptism I was immersed into Christ’s death.” (4×)
“Amen,” and we make the sign of the cross.
At 6:00 p.m.:
“Jesus, I’m giving You my problem.”
Then, with faith, we repeat the following confession three times for each of the Savior’s wounds: “Jesus, I trust in You.” (15 times in total)
“Amen, amen,” and we make the sign of the cross.
At 9:00 p.m.:
After we have finished the ‘Word of life’ and said “Amen”, we receive the blessing. Our priests and bishops impart it toward the four directions of the world.
What should we pray during the holy hour? The Rosary or traditional prayers. Those who are zealous may, at least one day a week, pray the Seven Last Words from the Cross, which takes approximately 40–45 minutes. This is a contemplative prayer accompanied by gestures that help combat distraction and also foster an interior union with Jesus’ suffering on the cross (https://vkpatriarhat.org/en/?p=27868).
If you devote this time to prayer, you will receive not only the fear of God in view of eternal damnation, but also the light and strength to stand against the spirit of the world and your own addictions. This is a condition for pure and self-sacrificing love of God, as well as genuine love of neighbor, which seeks the neighbor’s eternal salvation. Many retired men and women, instead of watching television or wasting time on smartphones, should devote a tithe of their time to prayer – that is, 2.5 hours a day. Even some zealous young people do this, although they are occupied with their studies or employment. Some retired women, especially widows, pray for more than four hours every day. They no longer watch television or use smartphones at all.
Now more than ever, it is important to pray for the election of a new true pope.
True prayer leads to action. Write a letter to a priest encouraging him to remain faithful to the Catholic faith and reject pseudo-faith, as well as the path of betraying Jesus Christ, which leads to destruction. Encourage him to be ready to be dismissed by the illegitimate pope for his faithfulness. Assure the priest that you will remain faithful to Jesus and stand by him, your priest, even if he must celebrate Holy Mass outside the church as a so-called excommunicated priest for his fidelity to Jesus. Priests need well-instructed, faithful people who pray and are willing to attend the Holy Liturgy outside the church to preserve the faith. With this assurance and support, a priest need not fear excommunication from those who have usurped supreme authority in the Church. They abuse authority to promote or consolidate the ‘rainbow synodal path,’ which God threatens with temporal and eternal fire (2Pet 2:6).
With the support of his faithful, a priest can boldly join other priests in visiting the bishop. They can then clearly and uncompromisingly call on him to separate from the synodal ‘rainbow path’ and the illegitimate pope, along with the entire diocese. Without this firm pressure, many bishops cannot come to their senses and repent for accepting spiritual suicide through the bishops’ conferences.
The diocesan bishop’s specific act of penance is to turn away from the path of betrayal and eternal perdition, and thereby create the conditions for a legitimate pope to be elected. Then the Church will be restored. We must pray for the power of the Spirit so that the dry bones may rise and become God’s army. This army will fight against the devil, the Antichrist, and his system. Without interior prayer, no one will receive this power. The essence of repentance is for every layperson, priest, and bishop to set aside a definite time each day for a personal conversation with God and to pray the holy hour in the evening from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.
