Gay pride parade in Kiev?

Several organizations announced a peaceful demonstration against the planned gay pride parade on 25 May 2013 in Kiev. Gay parade is unlawful because it violates the Constitution of Ukraine. It is an ideological breakthrough in establishing a system of moral, spiritual and physical autogenocide. The organizations that raised a protest included Orthodox organizations, Protestant organizations, the civic organization “Association of Believers of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek Catholic Church” and others.

The aim of diverse LGBT groups was to push through the so-called Antidiscrimination Act № 2342 under which all gay parade opponents could practically be imprisoned.

We ask: What is the meaning of an insistence on the absolute inviolability of homosexuals? The Express and other media constantly mock and affront the President and the Government. Husar’s initiative group “The First of December” holds meetings inciting students and other citizens of Ukraine to overthrow the Government. They have so-called rights. However, one has no right to say a single word against homosexuality! Once homosexual laws are adopted, punishments will be inflicted upon mere suspicion of an unfavourable or disdainful look or thought in relation to this privileged caste which will tyrannize over 99% of the population. Homosexuality, in line with the ideology of reduction of humanity, which means destruction of 90% of the world’s population, is a means of autogenocide of the individual nations! It is a neo- or crypto-fascism, far worse than Hitlerism.

The All-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda” (Freedom) announced a 30,000-strong demonstration against the gay parade in Kiev. On 25 May, the demonstration was attended by 300-500 Orthodox believers and about 100 believers of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek Catholic Church. “Svoboda” was only represented by a few individuals.

Nevertheless, Kiev’s gay pride march was a failure!
