BCP: The solution to save Africa: Patriarchate /The Consecration is the culmination of the Holy Mass. When is it invalid? – Part 11/
13 April 2026
What was the result of the liturgical reform when the altar – and the priest with it – was turned in the opposite direction, facing the people? It brought about a desacralization of the liturgy and of the sacred space.

Through priestly consecration, the Holy Spirit, by the almighty power of God, unites three moments of time into one:
- the institution of Christ’s sacrifice through bread and wine,
- the completion of His sacrifice in the shedding of His blood on the cross,
- and the making present of Christ’s death upon the sacrificial altar.
To help enter more deeply into the mystery of the consecration, two practices are recommended: a moment of silence before the consecration, and about five minutes of adoration afterward.
Before the consecration, the priest kneels and recalls the Last Supper:
Jesus washed the feet of His apostles. He spoke of the profound truths of inner unity with Him and with the Father. He reminded them of the Holy Spirit and of His coming departure from this world. Finally, He took bread and wine and spoke the words by which He instituted this sacrament. Then they sang a psalm and went out to the Garden of Gethsemane. There, Jesus was arrested, condemned to death, and on the cross He completed His redemptive sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins. On the third day He rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sent the Holy Spirit upon the disciples and apostles. At that moment the apostles were anointed by the Holy Spirit, so that through them Christ’s redemptive sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins might be made present. As a priest, I pray for the renewal of this anointing by the Holy Spirit, and I also pray for the faithful present here, that through the baptism by which they were immersed into Christ’s death, this death of Christ may be made present in them anew by the Holy Spirit. Veni Sancte Spiritus… Veni Sancte Spiritus…
Then the priest rises and, standing at the altar, pronounces the words of institution – which in the Holy Mass are at the same time the words of consecration.
Adoration after the consecration:
The priest makes a deep bow and kneels for about 5 minutes. Thoughts for adoration:
I stand in spirit at Calvary; Calvary is here. Jesus, You see me. You leave me Your last will and testament in the words, “Behold, your Mother.” Just like John by the cross, I spiritually receive Mary into my heart (eis ta idia; Jn 19:27).
Then Jesus said, “I thirst.” He thirsts to complete my salvation. He thirsts to free me from the bondage of original sin.
Crying out in death agony, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani,” Jesus endures the most painful suffering even for me. It is the result of abandonment by God caused by original sin and our personal sins.
When crying out “It is finished,” Jesus testifies that salvation is complete through His death. I was immersed in Christ’s death through baptism. “Father, together with Jesus I commit my spirit into Your hands. I want to die one day in this union with Jesus.”
Every believer can reflect on these truths, in one way or another, during moments of silence. Therefore, it is necessary in the homily to explain the essence of the liturgy – that is, the consecration – and the related need for silence before and after the consecration.
After the adoration, the priest rises, approaches the altar, and says: “The mystery of faith!” The people reply: “We proclaim Your death…”
Warning: When pagan traditions or practices that invoke or venerate demons and Satan are introduced into the Holy Mass, the Holy Spirit is driven away. The consecration in such a Mass becomes invalid and ineffective.
The invalidity of the consecration also applies in the case where the Holy Mass would be celebrated by a woman.
Through the doctrinal declaration Fiducia supplicans, pseudo Pope Francis Bergoglio introduced a sodomite antigospel, which, according to Galatians 1:8-9, carries the punishment of God’s anathema – excommunication from the Church. If any bishop or priest is in unity with the pseudo Popes Bergoglio and now Prevost, his consecration is invalid and ineffective, and he deceives the faithful. Therefore, every bishop and priest must publicly renounce the sodomite antigospel and unity with the invalid Pope.
These grave facts determine the validity of the consecration. They arise from the very essence and Spirit of Christ’s Gospel. They bind Catholics in conscience.

Note: Biblical arrangement of liturgical space
As for the arrangement of the liturgical space, it is necessary to keep in mind the model of the Jerusalem Temple, where there was a place for the people and a separate place for the priests, who offered sacrifice to God daily. The third part of the temple was the sanctuary with the Holy of Holies, separated by two curtains from the people. It emphasized that behind the second curtain God was always present. However, when the altar is turned toward the people together with the priest, the priest is turned away from the spiritual centre of the temple, which is the Holy of Holies. It is necessary for the priest to turn in the same direction as the people, toward the tabernacle, and for a large cross to be part of the sacrificial altar. The altar and the priest may be behind the first curtain, which is partially drawn aside.
