Euthanasia for healthy people
The European Court of Human Rights ruled (May 2013) that if a healthy person wants to have euthanasia performed, the state must create the conditions. Otherwise it violates the European Convention on Human Rights, namely the right to privacy (Article 8).
Article 2 of the Convention, however, contains an absolute prohibition of intentional deprivation of life by the state. The European Court ignores this prohibition and paves the way for such legislation that will force physicians and pharmacists to participate in homicide. Once such legislation is enacted, they can practically kill anyone because the dead person is no more able to give evidence and say whether he desired it or not.
What a paradox! Previously, physicians were punished when they caused the patient’s death and now they will be punished when they will refuse to kill a healthy person.
The European Court indicated that today euthanasia may be applied not only to seriously or terminally ill people but to healthy people as well. A physician no longer has the right to refuse to kill the patient, just as he has no right to refuse to kill an unborn child (abortion).
A Swiss citizen, Ms Gross, who is completely healthy, filed a lawsuit against the Swiss Supreme Court which denied her the right to euthanasia. The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg found the Supreme Court in Switzerland guilty and classified its decision as injustice against its citizen. By its verdict, the Strasbourg Court de facto legalized the killing of a healthy person.
What are the consequences? Under so-called case law, the Strasbourg Court’s judicial crime sets a precedent for the mass killing of healthy people and hence for far greater crimes than was the Holocaust. Fascists legalized euthanasia and crimes against humanity. The Strasbourg Court revives the fascist spirit (neo-fascism) and paves the way for a holocaust of Europe.
If Ms Gross wanted to commit suicide, she did not need an approval by the Strasbourg Court. It is a deadly sin against the Fifth Commandment of God. What is in store for such a person? Eternal suffering in hell. Judas, the traitor of Christ, committed suicide by hanging himself. But it was a deterrent, not a precedent. By legalizing euthanasia in the case of healthy people, the Strasbourg Court introduces a new means for the uncontrolled killing of the EU population. Today, hospital workers can kill any patient and say that euthanasia was the patient’s will. So hospitals can now become places of execution as well as funeral parlours for healthy people. Dead people cannot say if they wanted to be killed or not.
