The Bill establishing the Autonomous Ukrainian Republic of “Sodom”

In order to guarantee liberties and rights of sexual minorities it is necessary to address their position in the State adequately. Therefore, we propose a bill with the following content:
A part of Ukraine shall be admeasured, proportional to the number of the persons concerned who wish to implement in full freedom all laws, draft laws based on conventions, recommendations and resolutions of the UN, EU and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the rights of sexual minorities and all anti-discrimination laws promoting gender ideology, LGBT rights and juvenile laws.
Legislation of the Autonomous Republic of Sodom (ARS)
1) It shall be founded on all the amendments and draft laws adopted by the Parliament of Ukraine over the last three years and related to gender policy, juvenile mechanisms and so-called rights of sexual minorities. One of the main laws shall be the homosexual Anti-Discrimination Act № 2342, which has recently been introduced before the Ukrainian Parliament by mistake. These laws are discriminatory and harmful to the vast majority of people, and therefore they shall be excluded from the laws of Ukraine and laid as the foundation for the new ARS legislation.
2) The prestigious laws that are in full compliance with European standards shall primarily include the law on additional reproductive technologies (so-called surrogate motherhood): A woman receives money for having a fertilized egg implanted and carrying it for nine months. On the other hand, women are widely pressurized into having abortions, i.e. killing their own children.
3) All ratified Conventions shall likewise be transferred so as to be applied only within the territory of this Autonomous Republic.
4) As for the Constitution: The Constitutional Assembly has drafted amendments to the Ukrainian Constitution so that there is no mention of God any more. All the articles that protected moral values and family are “modernized” and “brought into line with European values and standards recommended by the Venice Commission”. In fact, this means systematic demoralization with the purpose of destroying the family and stealing children.
The Constitution in a new form will exactly suit the requirements of the Autonomous Republic and become its progressive Constitution. These amendments discriminate against 99% of Ukrainians, so this new Constitution would not suit them.
Staffing
1) The Republic shall have its own female President, e.g. Irina Akimova with her wife (first lady). Of course, she has the right to undergo a sex-change operation and become a male President and then again a female one based on gender equality rights.
All gender amendments shall be promptly filed to the documents, as provided by EU legislation promoting gender equality.
2) Marina Stavniychuk, an ideologue of the new Constitution, can be elected Prime Minister.
3) Oleksandr Lavrynovych shall be an unrivalled Minister of Justice; he and his Council for LGBT Interests only need to transfer to the Autonomous Republic.
4) The Minister of Social Policy Natalia Korolevska, a promoter of gender policy, and her gender co-workers shall likewise move to the Autonomous Republic.
5) The Parliament shall comprise MPs whose attempt, within their personal interests, has been European integration and rights of sexual minorities established as a priority in legislation. Recommendation: MPs should as soon as possible vote for or against the Anti-Discrimination Act № 2342 and divide accordingly. The MPs who will vote for this law shall immediately move to ARS.
6) The office of Ombudsman is vital to the autonomous part only as it discriminates against the majority of the population of Ukraine. Ms Lutkovska will certainly get in at the first election without competition and for the sake of a career she shall move to the Autonomous Republic.
7) All other necessary autonomous government offices shall be occupied by gender ideologues and feminists of the regional and district councils, along with homosexuals, bisexuals and transsexuals who have so far suffered half-silent in their workplace, traumatized and stigmatized, subjected to ruthless employment discrimination and psychological violence.
8 ) The population of the Autonomous Republic shall be made up of all LGBT people and their political adherents, whether infected or not yet infected with AIDS or other infectious diseases as the consequence of their non-discrimination. Here they shall legitimately enjoy all their rights and freedoms.
9) The competent authorities such as the police, judges, educators or medical workers shall be chosen from among the local population and trained under the supervision of international organizations, the UN, EU or various foreign experts. They shall work on the basis of new standards – in accordance with international conventions they shall maintain law and order and guarantee protection for those who will commit crimes under the guise of their rights.
Other rules in the Autonomous Republic:
1) The state budget of the Autonomous Republic shall be based on Western subsidies in support of so-called development programmes establishing the priority of rights and freedoms for sexual minorities. Let us remind that the costs of the treatment of an AIDS-infected homosexual in USA amount to $ 300,000, so subsidies from abroad will be very useful and soon there will be nothing left.
2) Gender-reassignment surgery shall be legal in ARS, based on the UN and EU International Conventions. Of course, if a man wants to declare himself to be a woman, he shall have the right to have his sex change recorded in official documents. These surgeries shall not be permitted outside the Autonomous Republic; this Republic will be the only territory to apply this law.
3) In line with the UN Convention, ARS shall guarantee the rights of children of bisexuals who will no more be allowed to call their parents ‘father’ and ‘mother’ and can freely be stolen from them. For the sake of “protection” they will be given up to homosexual couples or paedophiles to satisfy their sexual desires – in line with UNICEF sexual education programmes. American psychologists and specialists of all kinds shall provide trainings for foster parents, teaching them to use rebirthing therapies, psychotropic drug therapies, hunger therapies and other forms of child abuse. This all, according to UN and EU Conventions, is a progressive and priority right of children.
4) All social experts shall be transferred to the Autonomous Republic where they will be given free rein in supervising house repairs according to the European standards, supplies in refrigerators as well as psychological and other forms of violence in pseudo families.
5) All social pedagogues and school psychologists who promote gender ideology and juvenile justice shall be transferred here in the interests of ideological unity.
6) Y. Pavlenko, Ombudsman for children, shall likewise be transferred to this Republic to sell all the children left here to the West. The whole process will take place under the supervision of Ms Ludmila Volynets from the office of Mr Pavlenko.
7) ARS will need a modified gender vocabulary, as suggested by activists from the West. Words like father or mother are, in their world view, discriminatory and must not be used.
8 ) There will be a ban on sexism – i.e. representation of mother and child, or man, woman and child. Pictorial portraits must overcome gender stereotypes – a child can be shown only in the presence of two gays or two lesbians.
According to local laws and international standards, pornography and continuous screening of depraved acts with animals or corpses, sadomasochism or sexual murders will be accessible at every step, and residents will be offered by advertising the instructions for suicide, use of narcotics or satanic orgies connected with consecration to the devil and with ritual murders of children sacrificed to demons.
9) The Autonomous Republic shall sign an association agreement with the EU with the purpose of implementing anti-discrimination laws. In economic terms, there shall be a strict ban on trade with the Eurasian Economic Community and the border between ARS and the East shall be closed on both sides. Residents shall enjoy the liberalization of the visa regime in relation to all EU member states thanks to their ideological unity.
10) ARS shall have its own kindergartens, schools and universities whose educational programme will be primarily focused on gender equality, gay tolerance and unrestricted rights of children. Gender workers from five gender university departments in Ukraine may realize their full potential. Larisa Kobylyanska can be appointed as Minister of Education and Ms Ella Lamakh as her adviser and deputy. However, Ms Kobylyanska will apparently not make a long career because the education system in ARS will be a matter of just a few years – children will be stolen by social services and sold and there will be no other born.
11) All amoralists can achieve their dreams in ARS since they will no longer need to fight against the National Expert Commission for the Protection of Public Morality and can set up Autonomous Expert Commission for Amorality which will promote amoral films and cartoons.
12) Gay parades might be held in the capital of the Autonomous Republic several times a week in an original style without any limitations and with ever new demands for amendments to the law.
13) ARS shall adopt all progressive practices of the EU: houses for zoophiles; paedophile political party (Dutch precedent); legalization of drugs; euthanasia for healthy, young people, including minors; mobile units to perform euthanasia in one’s own home (as in the Netherlands); marriages between gays, lesbians, transsexuals and bisexuals without restraint; legalization of marriages with animals…
14) La Strada shall be a privileged movement transferred from Ukraine to the Autonomous Republic because its programme is in full compliance with gender policy and the juvenile justice system. It will be free to spread propaganda and provide public education for all levels of this superprivileged society with no more obsolete stereotypes or moral constraints.
15) In addition, all projects of experts from Canada, the Netherlands or psychologists from USA shall instead of in Ukraine be fully and freely carried out in ARS with the purpose of development aid or rather reduction aid. All political structures of ARS shall be involved.
16) The Autonomous Republic shall introduce a Single Register and new electronic passports which will gradually change over to chip implantation in the hand or forehead as part of modernization. We propose that former MP Vasyl Hrytsak, now deputy director of the State Migration Service, and his company “EDAPS” should move to the Autonomous Republic where he can present the population with all the “wonderful” advantages of this system. Of course, as a citizen and patriot of the Autonomous Republic, he will be completely disinterested in his service, including technical support.
17) Thanks to the chipping system connected with the Single Register, the Autonomous Republic, next to the Vatican, will set an original precedent for the whole world in the use of new technology.
18) We suggest that human organs need no longer be removed illicitly or in secret but there should be a right to get organ transplants from any person shortly before euthanasia intended for this purpose.
19) Moreover, this Republic could be an experimental ground for untested vaccinations which are currently being forced upon the Ukrainian population. (New draft laws in Ukraine are forcing all parents to accept these untested vaccines under threat of removal of their children.) The secondary effect of all these vaccinations is infertility and the purpose is the reduction of humanity, which is a priority policy of the UN, EU and other supranational organizations. These secondary effects will pose no risk for the ARS population made up of privileged LGBT groups.
20) Mayor of the capital city should be Mykola Katerynchuk, MP, who is running for mayor of Kiev and is a promoter of LGBT rights. Under his mayorship gay parades will be given free rein and he can take an active part in them.
21) All charitable organizations from the West, without exception, especially UNICEF, UNESCO, George Soros’ Renaissance Foundation and others, shall be transferred from Ukraine to ARS.
22) Spiritual ministry shall be entrusted to the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU). This prominent area will provide unparalleled opportunities for its gender studies. Its portal RISU, which advocated adoption of a Ukrainian child by an open homosexual Elton John, should likewise move here along with UCU and spread propaganda on behalf of this gender paradise.
23) LGBT mass media workers shall be responsible for media coverage in ARS. They shall leave the Ukrainian media and contribute exclusively to the cultural development of the Autonomous Republic.
24) Spiritual guidance shall be provided by a well-known supporter of gay couples, Card. Husar, in whose opinion these couples can perform sexual activity of any kind (see book: Conversations with Lubomyr Cardinal Husar – Towards a Post-Confessional Christianity, p.67 /Ukrainian version – note of transl./). He would be appointed Patriarch of Sodom and Gomorrah and hence be at the forefront of the local post-confessional UGCC. In this territory he may divine by pendulum and spread the belief that hell is not eternal and that money is our only protection.
25) Husar’s semi-secret Masonic initiative group “The First of December” will quickly gain ground here. Their Constitution of a Free Man will serve as a post-confessional policy project of the Autonomous Republic.
26) Spiritual ministry shall, moreover, be performed by pastors and priests who promote the pilot project “Ukraine without Orphans”, specializing in support for children at risk – these being primarily children of bisexuals.
We conclude: Let the establishment of the Autonomous Republic of Sodom set a precedent for other countries. LGBT groups with their privilege law must be separated from the population which is said to discriminate against them.
However, the future that awaits this Autonomous Republic is already being prepared by humanity reduction ideologists for the entire planet. LGBT groups are just used as a means to this end – i.e. self-destruction of humanity – and eventually they also will end up as victims of mass autogenocide.
