bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you,

and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.”

except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress,

and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.”

“If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you.

It is better for you to lose one part of your body than

for your whole body to be cast into hell.”

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’

But I say to you that whoever looks at

a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment;

whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council;

and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.”

“But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit,

if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you.

Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”

the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees,

Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time,

“Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things;

You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep.”

“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one,

to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.”

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities;

the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”

“Whoever fears the Lord walks uprightly, but those who despise

Him are devious in their ways.”

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

“God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing,

whether good or evil.”

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:

Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”
