“Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more

shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him!”

so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ,

might be given to those who believe.”

or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.”

“Does this blessedness then come upon the circumcised only,

or upon the uncircumcised also?

For we say that faith was accounted to Abraham for righteousness.

How then was it accounted? While he was circumcised, or uncircumcised?

Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised.”

“For what does the Scripture say? ‘Abraham believed God,

and it was accounted to him for righteousness.’ Now to him who works,

the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.”

“…whom God put forward as a propitiation by His blood, to be received by faith.

This was to show God’s righteousness, because in His divine forbearance

He had passed over former sins.”
