Reflection on Jn 16:23-24
The night before His death, Jesus emphasizes several times that we should ask in His name. He also speaks about true love for God which consists in keeping His commandments.
Today the EU and U.S. foreign policy forcedly introduce satanic gender antilaws, antilaws on child stealing and planned suicide, so-called euthanasia, which is a hell on earth and after death. This all is being intensively promoted by mass media, especially TV, which are under the influence of globalization ideologies (in Ukraine too). The best solution today is to make short work of television. It is the thief of time and, what is much worse, it brainwashes the viewers by manipulation and half-truths and gradually implants new antichristian thinking. How many old women could pray for the nation but they are under the influence 
of television which is like a drug. Many fall asleep, and even die, in front of the TV! People should find time for prayer in the name of Jesus. You need not talk much; you just need to start and persevere, and the fruit will ripen in good time. Time “wasted” in prayer bears eternal fruit. Time wasted in front of the TV does a lot of harm. Admittedly, there are a lot of good Christian films but you can watch them in a different way; and you do not even need to see many, just a few are enough.
“Ask in the name of Jesus.” Many of you prayed for spiritual resurrection and lifted up mountains from 20:00 to 21:30 during Lent. You repeated the name of God with faith in this prayer. One could write a book of experiences of those who prayed either in community or alone. We need to ask for Ukraine and not stop! This is the most powerful weapon!!!!
