Dear Bishops of USA,
we live in a time about which we can say that it is the time of antichrist. One purposefully uses positive terms which cover the exact opposite. In the Church, the spirit of antichrist has taken flesh through historical-critical theology which on the one hand speaks loftily about the need to know and understand the essence of the Holy Scripture and on the other has caused the reverse – denial of the Word of God as the Word of God. This ideology has denied the inspiration of the Holy Scripture, sin, the unicity of salvation obtained through Christ’s death on Golgotha, Resurrection of Christ and all the miracles.
This spirit of antichrist has also manifested itself in so-called reverence for pagan demons (Vatican II, Nostra aetate and the spirit of Assisi 1986-2011). On April 5, 2010 the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC appealed to You to confess the true faith and to renounce the current spirit of apostasy which destroys Christianity at the root.
Confession formula (of April 5, 2010):
1) Do you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for us, that means even for you and for your sins?
Do You believe that on the third day He rose again, historically and really?

2) Do you believe that there is salvation in no one else, only in Jesus Christ? (Acts 4:12)

3) Do you consider homosexual activity an abomination and a deadly sin?

4) Do you renounce historical-critical theology (HCT) and the spirit which is behind it?

5) Do you renounce the spirit of syncretism with paganism, the spirit of relativism and false interpretation of the Nostra aetate declaration as well as the so-called spirit of Assisi?

6) Do you renounce Satan and demons, especially those which nowadays work through different covert forms of magic and divination (homeopathy, acupuncture, hypnosis, divination by pendulum or dowsing rod) as well as through the New Age?

At this time of crisis none of You confessed the true Catholic faith. Every bishop should do so, even if he were asked by an ordinary woman. Peter denied Christ before an ordinary servant girl, but he repented afterwards! The Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC appealed to You in a critical situation of the Church under the condition that unless You confess the faith, You fall under God’s anathema. You did not confess the faith, You denied Christ and You cast out the Holy Spirit. As from May 23, 2010 You are under God’s anathema. You now celebrate Holy Mass and administer the sacraments invalidly. All Your activity is a mere pious performance disgusting to God. The priests and bishops consecrated by You are no priests and no bishops.
When Benedict XVI elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of the Church by false beatification, You were also appealed to separate from his apostasy by no longer mentioning his name in Divine Liturgy. You did not do so; You refused a chance of true conversion and repentance and hardened Your hearts, and supposing that You persist in this obstinacy, You will be eternally condemned. But what is worst is that hundreds of thousands of deceived souls are following You to eternal damnation in hell. You did no penance for pedophilia committed by the clergy, You just paid two billion dollars to the courts and this year the Your Bishops’ Conference has published a study holding that abuse of children over 10 is no pedophilia. You have thus caused offence not only to all Christians but to all the world!
You have written no pastoral letter against homosexuality! And it is shameful that in June this year Catholic Governor of the State of New York allowed a change in the law and legalized homosexual marriages. This is associated with adoption of children by homosexuals, which is connected with criminal paedophilia!
Our Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate declares before the government and people of America that the Catholic Church in the U.S. is no longer the Catholic Church, it no longer assures salvation to people but leads them to eternal damnation by cunningly misusing the letter of the Scripture and religious phrases. The Catholic apostatical structure is the harlot of antichrist and a spiritual Babylon. Every Catholic who desires to be saved must come out of this spiritual Babylon.
