God’s anathema upon the Church of Denmark

In 1997 the bishops’ committee of the Church of Denmark issued a document under the title “Registered Partnership, Common Life, and Blessing”. In the document the bishops state: “The marriage is a framework for the relation between a man and a woman, but this view of marriage is not affected by the fact that some people choose to live in a (so-called) responsible community with a person of the same sex.”
This very approach to God’s Word and God’s laws is a betrayal of Christ and His Gospel. God’s laws cannot be discussed or voted for or against. This betrayal is the fruit of so-called historical-critical theology which denies the inspiration of the Scripture, the Divinity of Christ, His redemptive death on the cross as well as His real and historical Resurrection. God’s Word clearly institutes the sacrament of marriage, but homosexual relationships are called by it a sin and an abomination.
These Danish Church leaders have no right to call themselves shepherds or bishops. They have turned into homo-ideologues who deceive the faithful and the nation and bring down a curse upon them.
In 1997, seven bishops approved a “recommended scheme for church blessing of registered partnerships”, four declined. About 30% of priests decline to perform church blessings of same-sex partnerships, others approve of it. In 2006, ordination of active homosexuals and lesbians as pastors was approved. A 2011 poll of the Danish public found that 75.8% of Danes approve of same-sex marriages being performed in the church. Such is the fruit of church homo-ideologues. Instead of proclaiming God’s Word and writing prophetic pastoral letters in which they would call a sin a sin and call for repentance and conversion, they have become seducers of both the believers and the nation.
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office before God and before the Mystical Body of Christ, which is the true Church of Christ, hereby declares before all Christians of the world (Mt 18:18): The anti-Church of Denmark is no longer the Church of Christ but spiritual Babylon and the harlot of antichrist (Rev 17:1-6). We hereby call upon every member of this Church to be converted, to repent and to go out from that spiritual Babylon (Isa 52:11). The spirit of antichrist cast the Spirit of God out of this Church. All who want to be saved must separate from this anti-Church because it leads the deceived souls to eternal damnation in hell. This anti-Church has become a synagogue of Satan (see Rev 3:9; Rev 2:20-24) and preaches a different gospel. “Even if an angel from heaven should preach any other gospel to you, let him be accursed.” (Gal 1:8-9) By reason of apostasy from the Gospel of God, God cast this curse upon the anti-Church of Denmark.
