Non-committal statement on juvenile justice

Your Beatitude,
You convened the Assembly of Hierarchs which was held on 2-5 February 2013. The Russian public was expecting a radical position of the Head of the Church on the criminal juvenile justice system. An official statement anchored in the Gospel and the prophetic word would be an effective means of restoration of the Church and the nation. However, Your official statement failed to meet the expectation. You accept the juvenile justice system and hence de facto You approve of this crime. A physician who neglected his duty and failed to perform a major operation to save the patient is responsible for his death. You failed to fulfil Your duty.
Your vague statement ignores the criminal nature of the juvenile justice system which steals children from good families on fabricated charges. These children are shunted between various business foster families and eventually they are sold to the West, often to homosexuals, paedophiles, psychopaths, and even for organs. The police have revealed the tragic fates of Russian children sold to Italy. Out of 1260 children they have found only five. Former Italian Interior Minister R. Maroni admitted that these children are a gold mine for traders in human organs.
More and more one can hear of broken families, mothers committing suicide or terrible cases of family suicides in Finland. In Norway, “thanks to” the juvenile justice system, all parents have been deprived of parental rights by law.
The trial at Nuremberg condemned fascism for crimes against humanity. The crimes of the juvenile justice system against defenceless children are far heavier than the crimes of fascism.
Your statement contains ambiguous definitions such as:
Quotation: “… the need to protect children against violation of their rights by anyone”.
Response: Juvenile workers use it as an argument against parents. They steal their children and argue that they thus protect them against violation of their rights. In juvenile terms, sound upbringing means family violence and parents are punished accordingly.
Quotation: “… a corporation of state and civil authorities, whose task is to ensure the protection of children …”
Response: This corporation of state and civil authorities, or social services, care authorities (Barnevern in Norway, Social Services (SS) in Great Britain, Jugendamt in Germany), is now in the service of the predatory juvenile justice system. These authorities are said to be tasked with ensuring the protection children. How does it look in practice? Father is stereotyped as a child abuser, mother as suffering from mental illness (e.g. stifling maternal love), and as a result, children are removed from happy families.
You hypocritically refer to the juvenile justice system as “a set of legal acts …”. In Your statement You make use of positive and vague terms of juvenile ideologues which disguise this demonic system. You are offering Russian children to the Molech of juvenile justice similarly to pagan priests who were servants of Satan. You betrayed God, God’s laws and the Russian nation!
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office, appeals to You on behalf of the Triune God: Leave the office and give a chance to a true shepherd who will defend God’s laws and moral values! Continuing in Your office You bring down a curse not only on Yourself but on the whole Orthodox Church and on the Russian people!
At a historic moment You failed to take a firm position on homosexuality which destroys all moral, spiritual and Christian values at the root.
By Your gesture in Astana You denied the fundamental truths of the Gospel, the Apostolic Tradition and the doctrines of the Church Fathers.
You failed to take effective measures against the juvenile justice system and thus You de facto approved it.
By reason of these three crimes against God and the Church You are under God’s curse – anathema – according to Gal 1:8-9. Ex-Pope Benedict XVI is under the same curse for his silence on heresies within the Western Church and for his act of syncretism accepting the spirit of Assisi. Repent, lest You should be condemned forever. Resign Your office!
