Basic facts about the juvenile justice system
In 2012, Ukraine legalized criminal juvenile justice mechanisms under the guise of positive terms. The laws had been elaborated so craftily that Members of the Parliament and Government did not have the slightest idea what was hidden behind vague positive terms, such as “rights and protection of children”, “fight against domestic violence”, “support for children at risk”… The passage of these laws relating also to the removal of children from good families failed to be priorly exposed to public discussion. Educationalists or legal experts had no opportunity to make a thorough analysis and to point out the harmful nature of the new pseudo laws. The laws were lobbied through under psychological and financial pressure. The UN, PACE and EU used lies and deceit and managed to push them through even in Ukraine with the view of globalization and autogenocide. Ukraine has thus established the cruellest system adverse to defenceless children and their parents. The juvenile justice system removes children from any family on fabricated charges. We can see the fruit in the European states, e.g. in Norway where in 2012 all parents were deprived by law of their parental rights. 33 children are torn from their families by juvenile workers every day. In Finland, child kidnapping leads to repeated family suicides.
International adoption
At the end of 2012, having considered numerous cases of child abuse, the President and Government of Russia abolished the system of international adoption – the trafficking of Russian children sold to the U.S. Soon afterwards, Y. Pavlenko, Children’s Ombudsman under the President of Ukraine, declared that Ukraine was not afraid of adoption – sale of Ukrainian children to USA. Purchased children become a source of enrichment. It reminds of slave trade. The owners of the stolen children receive high financial support for each child. The condition is regular psychological training. Here the “owners” of children adopt a rebirthing method (therapy). The child is wrapped in a carpet for two hours a day over a period of 8-10 weeks. It is exposed to physical pressure, which is supposed to simulate its new birth into the pseudo foster family. This is child abuse. It is an occult practice associated with Hindu mythology and theory of reincarnation. Several children died during this therapy.
Fastening therapy. The child is fastened and forced to repeat aggressive threats until it foams at the mouth. These drastic methods are falsely justified by the fact that children who come from abroad have a negative core in themselves and as they were torn from loving families, they hate their pseudo foster parents. Therapies are said to be necessary in order to prevent the adopted children from becoming serial killers. However, the effect is very likely to be quite the opposite.
Hunger therapy. Children are tormented with hunger, after which they can eat or drink nothing except what they are given by their pseudo foster parents trained by so-called professional psychologists. A two-year-old girl who took some juice by herself was punished in such way that her pseudo foster parents – tyrants – made her drink 2 litres of cold water at once. The result – the child died. A hungry little boy had to eat raw porridge. In the aftermath, he died. The autopsy proved that death had been caused by undigested porridge.
Psychotropic therapy. Many children sold to America, aged two and over, take strong psychotropic drugs daily, some even ten different pills a day. Such drugs are usually prescribed to adult schizophrenics (Effexor, Risperdal, Dexadrin, Phenobarbital, Xanax, Prozac, chloral hydrate …). The pseudo foster families get the drugs for free. It has often been the case that this therapy caused death, yet in any case it always causes mental disorder. This is then the reason that these children are included in the category of children with special needs and their owners receive an abnormal amount of money, up to ten thousand dollars a month.
Statistics on the use of psychotropic drugs:
12% of children in foster care under the age of five are on psychotropic medication,
55% at the age of six to twelve,
67% at the age of thirteen to seventeen;
73% take different kinds of medicine.
What has been released to the public is only a faint picture of what is happening to the children sold. Some of these children have been killed by sadistic psychopaths. Some have been placed in so-called ranches for kids after their pseudo foster parents got tired of them. Many children are sold to paedophiles, homosexuals, psychopaths or for organs. Out of 1260 children sold from Russia to Italy the police have found only five. Former Interior Minister of Italy R. Maroni confirmed that those children had been sold for organs.
The trafficking of children is being presented in Ukraine as a lofty ideal termed international adoption. But that’s literally a business with children.
Juvenile justice IN UKRAINE
The launch of this system is disguised with the purpose of concealing the true nature of the atrocious crime against defenceless children. Ukraine is triggering the system in early 2013. The first stage is dissolution of orphanages and creation of so-called foster families. This is presented as an act of mercy. Managers use orphans as a pretext because they need to involve the Churches in the system.
SUMMIT FOR pastors
On 6-7 February 2013, a summit was held in Kiev with the participation of the clergy focused on establishing the basic structure of the juvenile justice system – so-called pseudo foster families. During two days the participants were being manipulated. The pastors’ speeches were all in favour of pseudo foster families. At this stage, they took up the humane ideal of dissolution of orphanages and adoption of orphans into a family atmosphere. But the real intentions were concealed. The truth is that it is no permanent orphan adoption but the introduction of a pseudo foster family system which, in the next stage, will “serve” children stolen from their loving parents. Different films shown at the summit were intended to produce a strong emotional effect on the participants so that they would not anticipate the true intentions and start to establish pseudo foster families without any scruples.
The publicity material disseminated by juvenile justice lobby groups revealed that this system could not be established in Ukraine without the Church. They even let slip that in fact this was not about orphans but rather about children deprived of parental care and children at risk. According juvenile standards, this concerns virtually all families in Ukraine.
The summit took place at a time when social service “experts” had already begun to implement juvenile justice methods and inspect the houses. Questionnaires are being distributed among pupils, wringing out of them information about the family, which will be used in the future as a reason to steal the child. The district councils now incorporate so-called care authorities and they have issued a warning that under the new laws the staff will be authorized to remove children from their parents. The municipal authorities likewise have been reinforced with social workers who are tasked with surveying the families. Over the past year the number of social workers has been increased three times, that means an increase of 12,000. Schools and kindergartens are adopting new juvenile methods. For example, children must take off shoes and have their socks checked. If they have a hole, a record is made in the “character reference” and in the future it may become the reason for the removal of the child.
Through the mediation of social pedagogues in schools class teachers have been provided with instruction. This concerns a list of pupils divided in eight groups – eight types of family living under “difficult conditions”:
1) single-parent families
2) large families (with more than two children)
3) families with handicapped children
4) underprivileged families
5) foster families
6) families affected by labour migration
7) families with addiction problems (internet, TV, alcohol…)
8 ) families affected by parental neglect (this is artificial characteristics – it means, for example, that a child is without parental supervision for half an hour, which is called “leaving a child unsupervised”…).
These are typical juvenile methods that precede stealing of children, as is the case in the EU countries and USA. Juvenile structures mainly include business foster families which acquire large amounts of money for the officially stolen children. It is a shock that this criminal juvenile mechanism was triggered at the summit conference for pastors organized by the Alliance “Ukraine without Orphans”. The summit gave free rein to clerical deceivers who disguise themselves with phrases about pure and undefiled devotion manifested in the care for orphans (see Jam 1:27), the love of the Heavenly Father… In fact, these are sins against the Holy Spirit that will not be forgiven either in this world or in the world to come. It is wilful obstinacy, denial of the truth, rejection of true repentance.
The prime mover behind the summit was Ruslan Malyuta, Ukrainian pastor and candidate for the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. On the basis of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child the harsh system of juvenile justice is being established in all countries. In his speech, however, Pastor Malyuta purposefully manipulates the audience and declares falsely: We do not advocate the juvenile justice system; we are concerned only about the welfare of orphans and families. Social workers have already registered 1.5 million Ukrainian children who belong to so-called risk groups. The summit was attended by ombudsman for children’s rights Y. Pavlenko among others, who eulogized juvenile justice mechanisms.
All ceremonial and pious speeches by the pastors agitated for the “trigger mechanism” of the juvenile justice system – business foster families. The two-day manipulation was indeed exemplary. The true nature was concealed. When informed Christians rallied outside with a poster: “We do not want the clergy to be a tool of traffickers in children”, Pastor Malyuta hatefully labelled them as a sect and turned their information leaflets to ridicule.
One of the pastors present said that today it is necessary to “proclaim adoption”. At the present time it is a sin to proclaim this business adoption, welfare and other false paths. What is most necessary today is to proclaim true repentance. Jesus said that “repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed…” (Lk 24:47). “Unless you repent, you will all perish.” (Lk 13:3) American pastors are well aware of child abuse connected with so-called adoption in the U.S. At the summit, however, they did not say a word about these crimes, nor about the fact that the starting point for abuse of children torn from their own families is the system of pseudo foster families. Concealment of the harsh truth with summit talks about providing a family home for orphans is a masterpiece of manipulation and lies. Shame on these pastors who betrayed Christ and conscience for thirty pieces of silver!
S. Shevchuk, self-proclaimed Patriarch of the UGCC, is also involved in the juvenile justice crime. He was represented at the summit by Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of the UGCC, Fr. Oleksa Petriv. In his speech, he deliberately explained juvenile justice as a mere translation of two words: juvenile justice = justice for children. He knowingly concealed the criminal nature of this demonic system.
In 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate called upon the individual Churches to make a stand against the criminal juvenile justice system. This Patriarchate presented arguments based on facts published in neighbouring countries. Church leaders were encouraged to organize demonstrations for the salvation of children from the criminal juvenile justice system. But they did not.
strategy
Summit participants were instructed in procedures connected with the establishment of the system of business foster families: 8 steps. The organizers outlined a strategy. The same methods of psychological manipulation are used by global companies like Amway or Oriflame. The aim is to create a network of leaders within the programme of business foster families. One of the consequences will be disintegration of many Protestant denominations.
The first step is to consult a leader who will initiate them into the system of pseudo foster families. If they consulted someone who would expose the crime, they would reject this business system.
The second step is to involve families who will support the criminal system with “prayer”. It has nothing to do with prayer; it is sheer manipulation of public opinion among believers and their involvement in the system of business foster families.
The sixth step is to organize a team of leaders. This is, in essence, a religious coup, betrayal of Christianity. The spirit of death in apostatical Western Christianity exploits the Christian structure and image to perpetrate genocide of children.
The seventh step is to submit a formal proposal to Church leadership. Similar manipulation methods were used to change the law in Ukraine. Now juvenile mechanisms only need to be put into practice through the mediation of the Church.
If parents or believers let themselves be agitated by their pastor or priest and establish a foster family, they oil the wheels of crime business. Monthly allowance given to them will exceed prestigious salaries. Unemployment is quite high in Ukraine, so financial security is a strong incentive. The allowance for two children will be 5,000 hryvnias per month. Which family with two children has such an income?
When after some time the so-called pseudo foster family will be told that the child is to be placed in another family or given up for international adoption, they can not object. Why? Because this is not permanent adoption but business with children. The first child placed in their care may be an orphan, but the next child will be an artificial orphan taken away from its loving parents on grounds of allegedly difficult living conditions. The child’s parents will come and want to talk with their child, the child will cry and want to go to its parents and the parents will beg the family to give them the child back. Seeing that they had been entangled in an evil system, the business foster family will no longer be willing to see the truth and, what is more, they will not be able to stop this system and change the tragedy of the child which they caused. Nor will they want to give up the profitable position. If they will, they themselves will be categorized as living in difficult conditions and if they have a child, it will be removed from them.
Owing to the fact that the pseudo foster family voluntarily helps establish this system in Ukraine, their guilt before God will be the same as that of traffickers in children. The system of business foster families is being embodied by means of manipulation, religious phrases, exploited feelings and unwillingness to know the truth despite deterrents in neighbouring countries.
Let us remind that so-called probation “service” to be formed at the regional councils is empowered to place children in pseudo foster families on the same day when it tears them from their parents. This has already been made law in Ukraine.
Pastor Malyuta is a candidate for the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. This Committee promotes the criminal juvenile justice system involving pseudo foster families and so-called international adoption – business with children. The Alliance “Ukraine without Orphans” is urging the Government to ratify these days the Hague Convention on Protection of Children which explicitly promotes international adoption along with the atrocious system of juvenile justice. Malyuta, regardless of reality, denies the relationship between the Alliance Ukraine without Orphans and the juvenile justice system.
The height of hypocrisy of the American and Ukrainian pastors was when at the end of the summit they condemned the ban on international adoption of children from Russia. They “prayed” for the Church in Russia to re-open the doors to international adoption. In other words, they prayed for the Russian government to legalize child abuse anew. The Alliance thus confirmed its financial interest in international adoption, revealing the true meaning of interchange stations – pseudo foster families. Why did Russia ban international adoption? Russia considered the tragic consequences of child abuse, and now this summit gave approval to this crime and made it clear that it is paving the way for it in Ukraine.
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeals to all pastors and Greek Catholic priests who have been deceived to distance themselves from the antichristian ideology of the juvenile justice system and its mechanisms, primarily the system of business foster families. We encourage all Christians of Ukraine to devote one hour daily to God in prayer. God will then save Ukraine from planned autogenocide.
