“ELSA” – juvenile justice janissaries in Lvov

It has been published that on 25 October a round-table conference was held in the premises of the Lvov City Council on the subject of establishment of the juvenile justice system in Ukraine with the participation of representatives of executive bodies of government, Department of Youth, Family and Sports of the Lvov City Council, Department for Children’s Affairs and Social Services Centres. The organizer was the Lvov City civic organization “ELSA Lvov” with the President Lidiya Yemchuk.

The general public of the City of Lvov is strongly against this nefarious system, so the organizers replaced the widely used term “juvenile justice” with another term – “juvenile criminal justice”. At the roundtable meeting it was emphasized that civic organizations are required to go to schools and conduct instruction on the “rights of children”. What it means in practice is that the educational process will be cunningly infiltrated by gender and juvenile organizations comprised of trained people mostly of dubious sexual orientation. Using lofty phrases, such as “combating family violence”, “youth crime prevention” or “children’s rights”, they will teach children the methods of informing against their parents and teachers and of bringing them to trial for violation of so-called children’s rights. In fact, this means prevention of the normal children’s education.

Under the ideological slogan of combating “sexual violence against children” is hidden demoralization of children by means of trainings which infest children’s hearts with harmful information about the nuances of sexual behaviour and use of contraceptives. In addition, the so-called “fight against sexual violence against children” will become an instrument for accusing normal parents of paedophilia so that their children can then be stolen from them with impunity.

The round table once again confirms that lobbyists impose the felonious juvenile justice system upon the people of Ukraine against their will. The organizer is the Lvov branch of the international organization ELSA, which cooperates with the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union. It is primarily law students and young lawyers from different countries of the world that are recruited for this organization. Juvenile justice lobbyists founded the organization ELSA in order to train law students as professional Turk-converts and to lay the “scholarly basis” for the establishment of this wicked system. Students are mostly trained in Canada through the so-called “Canadian Internship Program”. By the way, it was Canada who started to promote the cruel juvenile justice system in Ukraine as early as 2003.

In the history of Ukraine there was a period when the Turks stole children and young Ukrainians aged between 8 and 20 into slavery. They brought them up in Turkish families in the spirit of fanaticism and blind obedience to the new system. The Turk-converts were then sent back to Ukraine to destroy their own nation, and right those “units” of Turk-converts – janissaries – were particularly cruel.

Today, this system works on the same principle of “training”. For example, the Ukrainian branch of the international organization ELSA comprises 600 young lawyers and has offices in Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Irpin, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk. As part of the Student Trainee Exchange Programme (STEP) it sends young Ukrainians for two years’ “free” study abroad. Young Ukrainians study and live abroad, participate in trainings and seminars for free… They are formed in secret into bearers of juvenile justice ideology and become its pioneers in Ukraine. This is the price paid for free cheese in Europe. Today Turk-converts no longer serve the Turks but the anti-family ideologues of the Council of Europe, European Parliament, NATO, International Court of Justice, etc.

With regard to the above-mentioned facts, we request that You should stop any cooperation with the janissary international organization ELSA and with its affiliates, especially “ELSA Lvov”.
