Diagnosis
Currently, democracy of the Ukrainian state is under threat. There is a menace of transition to a totalitarian regime. The main causes are:
1) systematic implantation of gender ideology;
2) introduction of juvenile justice mechanisms;
3) establishment of Unified State Demographic Register containing data of every citizen of Ukraine.
These three criminal mechanisms implement the supranational globalization policy of the UN, European Union, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Masonic lodges and world bankers. Their aim is to achieve a “golden billion”, i.e. to reduce mankind. In essence, it is planned genocide.
In Ukraine, dozens of foreign – so-called charitable – organizations and funds serve as means of seizing power and establishing totalitarianism. They follow a single line – to deprive Ukraine of her independence and to drag her into an autogenocidal system. Funds and organizations of the West have built a structure which they subsidize in their own interest. This structure already controls the entire regions, districts and towns. Lobbyists of these funds and organizations have already pushed through a series of unconstitutional laws. These antilaws covertly embody the ideology of gender homosexualism, juvenile justice and chipping.
The method of lobbyists is “Divide and rule!” In the election they want to break up the strongest political grouping, which is the Party of Regions, cast the President and the Constitution aside and establish globalization and genocidal totalitarianism.
What is gender-gay ideology? It is nonsense holding that men and women can choose their “gender” regardless of reality. Already in kindergartens children are indoctrinated with this perverted theory and subsequently through textbooks and booklets in elementary and secondary schools. Gender ideology eliminates all moral, spiritual, national and Christian values of Ukraine. It splits personality, family and state.
What is juvenile justice? It is a supranational system promoted by the United Nations and the European Union. It steals children from happy families, disguising itself with the care of orphans and the fight against domestic violence. Ukraine has already started to introduce so-called foster families which children circulate among. These children become victims of paedophiles and homosexuals. This year, 12,000 social workers have been assigned to set in motion these juvenile mechanisms. It has already acquired a character of global trafficking of children aimed at autogenocide of the individual nations.
What is chipping? The bill provides that data from all departmental information systems will be concentrated in one hand. Thus it makes all government authorities informationally dependent on those who control the Demographic Register. This is a gliding transition from democracy to totalitarianism.
The system of chipping in Ukraine has been started in a violent and cunning manner. It consisted in collection of personal data and “voluntary” placement of these data at the disposal of a third party. Such fraudulent and coercive system was also used in promotion of bills. Vague statements and positive terms have pushed through destructive mechanisms.
The last bill on chipping (№ 10492) was another deceit. In essence, it deprives the individual of legal capacity by holding him in complete dependence and under total control and makes him perfectly easy to manipulate with impunity. Totalitarian control of the individual in such measure as the establishment of a unified register entails does not exist in any country in the world. It is a modern way of occupation which no citizen can escape. The President had already rejected this demographic register before; however, it has been pushed through again by Western lobbyists and the President is constantly forced to pass this sentence of death upon Ukraine.
Prognosis
The globalists want to bring to an end the hidden transition from democracy to totalitarianism. The last obstacle to globalization is the President and the Constitution. Therefore it is necessary for the President and the Government to make a step to salvation before the election: to proclaim the Charter of Fundamental Values of Ukraine. The Charter restores moral principles and laws that shaped Europe for 2000 years. At the same time it prohibits the immoral gender ideology, the cruel juvenile justice system and the enslaving chipping system. This Charter favours the interests of all citizens of Ukraine. Its implementation requires certain measures. All who have a conflict of interest in relation to the Charter of Fundamental Values must be excluded from political life. All officials of regional and district councils and local governments must undergo a personnel inspection. The employees who have a conflict of interests must be dismissed.
As for the elections, a parliamentary candidate may be only a person who does not have a conflict of priority interests. Gender feminist ideologues who promote gender ideology and juvenile justice have an absolutely unacceptable conflict of interest. These are: Ms Lutkovska, a so-called ombudsman, Ms Zhukovska, Ms Herashchenko, an MP, Ms Kondratyuk … and other gender feminists from La Strada, Council for LGBT Interests and Women’s Consortium. These persons can not hold any office in the civil service, starting with the Municipal Council and ending with the Ministries or Presidential Administration. In case an MP is elected by fraud and it becomes revealed that he has a conflict of interests, he must be immediately expelled from Parliament.
The elections can be controlled only by such a committee whose members do not have a conflict of interest. It is totally absurd to allow a so-called “Women’s Consortium” which promotes LGBT ideology and the juvenile justice system to control the elections. Regarding foreign experts from the EU, they can not be involved because they do not advocate the interests of Ukraine but anti-national interests.
What must the President do within the reform carried out on the basis of the Charter of Fundamental Values?
1) He must conduct a personnel inspection in his office. A folk proverb says: “A fish rots from the head down.” It is necessary to dismiss Mr Lovochkin who publicly advocates homosexuality, Mrs Akimova and her so-called wife. Both lesbians, among other things, falsified documents to promote LGBT interests. Ms Herman promotes EU interests at the expense of Ukraine and also has a conflict of interest.
2) He must withdraw the so-called amendments to the Constitution and the entire system of a secret coup headed by Ms Marina Stavniychuk.
3) He must remove from office Pavlenko, authorized representative, who promotes the juvenile justice system and LGBT interests.
4) He must discharge Lutkovska and abolish the supranational office of the so-called ombudsman.
5) He must remove from office the Minister of Justice Lavrynovych and Minister of Social Policy Tigipko who establish criminal mechanisms of the juvenile justice system.
6) He must dissolve the Council for LGBT Interests at the Ministry of Justice, Expert Council for LGBT Interests at the Ministry of Social Policy and the Coordination Council at the Presidential Office. All these Councils promote gender ideology and juvenile justice. This is a conflict of interests.
7) He must repeal the draft law which empowered the civic organizations to such an extent that they are gradually replacing the government authorities. Civic organizations must have limited scope of activity and, moreover, only those organizations can be registered that do not have a conflict of priority interests.
8) He must abolish gender faculties as well as gender centres at regional and district councils.
9) He must specifically oblige the Minister of Education to abolish the office of social pedagogues in schools and school psychologists. Their office represents a conflict of interest in relation to the Charter because they promote gender ideology and juvenile justice.
10) He must order the refinement of school curricula, excluding gender ideology coupled with juvenile justice. Instead, children must be provided with sound education and thus prepared for the future life and responsible marriage. They must be protected and warned against negative information promoting drug abuse and sexual perversion. These requirements are nothing extraordinary; these are just means of restoring a normal way of life which has always led to the benefit of the individual, family and nation.
11) He must purge the mass media of people with a conflict of interests.
12) He must order a review of laws and bills and cancel all which represent a conflict of interests and are unconstitutional.
13) He must order the expulsion from Ukraine of all funds and foreign organizations that embody gender ideology and mechanisms of juvenile justice.
14) He must ensure the withdrawal of Ukraine from the Council of Europe.
15) He must order the annulment of the ratification of the UN, EU and PACE Conventions which are contrary to the Constitution and the Charter of Fundamental Values of Ukraine.
16) He must dissolve the secret organization of Freemasons because it has a conflict of interest with the Charter of Fundamental Values of Ukraine and with the spirit of the Constitution.
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appeals to the President and the Council of National Security and Defence of Ukraine in the pre-election and post-election period to carry out an ideological, structural and personnel reform to save Ukraine from the covertly planned autogenocide.
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appeals to the people of Ukraine for continual prayer guards for a period of one year. God will save Ukraine!
