Canon law (CIC, CCEO) no longer obliges anyone!
Lvov, Ukraine, 31st May 2011
To the believers of the Catholic Church
As from 1st May 2011 up to the time when the orthodox teaching will be restored and an orthodox hierarchy and an orthodox Pope elected, the canon law is ineffective. Therefore, it does no bind anyone in conscience. It became a mere scarecrow for deceived Catholics. The believers are obliged to adhere to God’s laws and apostolic tradition.
Over 2000 years the canon law was ordained primarily to protect the God-revealed truths which guarantee eternal life to those who believe in them and live by them. This is also corroborated by the supreme law of the Church “salus animarum” – which means that the salvation of immortal souls is the supreme law.
However, what happens when bishops, cardinals and even the Pope teach things that contradict God’s revelation and the two-thousand-year doctrine of the Catholic Church? Canon law states that in case of the sin of heresy and apostasy every Catholic is excommunicated from the Church (cf. CIC can. 1364 § 1). In case one is a cleric, he is also deprived of his ministry (cf. CIC, can. 194 §1, b.2).
When a bishop, cardinal or even a Pope becomes a heretic or apostate, according to CIC and common sense he should be deposed because he threatens the eternal life of the people subordinated to him. However, today an apostatical hierarch is not deposed. If CIC does not punish these apostatical hierarchs, it has become a scrap of paper.
Canon law is fundamentally dependent on the orthodox teachings and God’s laws. Without them, it turns into a machine for killing the orthodox faithful.
By the beatification of John Paul II, Benedict XVI confirmed a new doctrine in the Church, which deprives the believers of eternal life. Should we obey him? No! “We must obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5:29) Pope Honorius I was posthumously excommunicated for being silent to heresy. Far graver crime was committed by Benedict XVI on 1st May 2011! By false beatification he officially confirmed the heretical teachings and elevated to the altar of the Church the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist! Thereby he excommunicated himself from the Church.
Therefore a Christian, a Catholic, must no longer obey a priest or a bishop who is a heretic. The salvation of souls is of supreme importance. Blind obedience to a man or unity with the one who betrayed Christ, the Gospel and the Church ends up in eternal damnation!
