An appeal of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate to the Ukrainian government and nation

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established on 5 April 2011. Archbishop Elijah (65) was elected Patriarch. The reason for the establishment is primarily personal, not territorial. The Western Catholic Church has opened up to heresies which deny the foundations of the faith. These heresies deny the Divinity of Christ, His historical and real Resurrection, the eternity of hell and all the miracles in the Bible. They deny the Divine inspiration of Scripture. The spirit of Assisi caused the pagan worship of demons to be considered a way of salvation equal to Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. This is ‘haeresis maxima’. He who has accepted these heresies has already excluded himself from the Church of Christ. There is no difference whether he is a Catholic or an Orthodox believer, a priest or a bishop, a Cardinal or the Pope. In his book Discussions with His Beatitude L. Husar: On Postconfessional Christianity (2006), Head of the UGCC ex-Card. L. Husar casts doubt upon the Divinity of Christ, the Virginity of the Mother of God and the eternity of hell, and approves of homosexuality and divination. For these heresies both he and all those who are in unity with his heresies have brought upon themselves an anathema (Gal 1:8-9), i.e. exclusion from the Church. This God’s curse lies on the entire UGCC hierarchy until its members publicly renounce Husar’s heresies and show adequate repentance. By reason of heresies of the UGCC hierarchy, the Synod of orthodox Catholic Bishops established the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) in 2009. This Church is the true heir of the faithful Catholics who have dissociated themselves from Husar’s heresies.
We remind that as from September 2008, when they were officially appealed to renounce heresies and did not do so, the bishops of the UGCC are under an anathema. Since then they consecrate bishops and priests invalidly. Therefore, the new successor to L. Husar, Svyatoslav Shevchuk, did not receive valid Episcopal consecration.
By reason of heresies within the Catholic Church and for urgent need of her internal restoration, the Synod of orthodox Catholic Bishops of the UOGCC proclaimed the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate on 5 April 2011. The Patriarchate extends beyond the territory of Ukraine and is temporarily intended for Roman Catholics, too, who will dissociate themselves from heresies proclaimed in the Catholic Church which destroy the saving faith. The seat of the Patriarchate is in Lvov.
On 30 March 2011, orthodox Catholic bishops together with the faithful organized a demonstration in Lvov in support of children and parents against juvenile justice and homodictatorship. On 31 March 2011, students and civic organizations of Lvov held a demonstration with the same demands. In a session on 31 March 2011, deputies of the city of Lvov appealed to the President in writing with a demand for cancellation of registration of the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) Council and for abolition of juvenile justice and rejection of gender ideology. The same was done in a few days by deputies of the town of Ternopol.
The Lvov City Council also appealed to representatives of the Christian Churches in Ukraine to express their views on topical issues concerning moral and spiritual values in connection with the introduction and legalization of 1) LGBT, 2) so-called gender identity, 3) sexual education in schools and 4) juvenile justice system.
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate takes this position:
1) The issue of homosexuality (LGBT)
Considering the moral and spiritual aspect, homosexuality leads to degradation of personality, cynicism and moral disintegration of the individual, family and society. Artificial and violent promotion of this sexual perversion is connected with crime and with the spread of deadly AIDS. International statistics show: 50% of all murders in New York are committed by homosexuals, 50% of homosexuals in the U.S. commit suicide, 30 000 children in Los Angeles were abused by homosexuals. Homosexuals spread hepatitis B (70%), fatal AIDS (50-75%) and various parasites. Throughout life they change even 500 partners.
The view of the Word of God and Tradition of the Church:
Homosexuality is a sin and an abomination. “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.” (Lev 18:22)
God punished Sodom and Gomorrah for this abomination with fire from heaven as a warning to all future generations. “He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction, reducing them to ashes, making them an example for the godless people of what is coming.” (2 Pt 2:6)
Homosexuality entails both temporal and eternal punishment. “Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters … nor homosexuals … will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1Cor 6:9-10) (see Rom 1:25-27)
Homosexuals who repent may be members of the Christian Church. But if they obstinately promote homosexuality, they thus reject God’s laws and have excluded themselves from the Church. If they die in obstinacy, they will be eternally condemned.
Homosexual lobby groups have a destructive impact on society. They demand changes in laws and introduce a modern dictatorship. This means in particular: legalization of gay marriage, gay adoption of children, mass promotion of homosexuality through education, penalization of parents on the grounds of homophobia for defending their children against demoralization. Minister of Justice (Lavrynovych) violated the Constitution and Law of Ukraine by officially registering the so-called LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) Council. He thus initiated the process of implementation of homodictatorship in Ukraine. The consequences are as follows:
a) systematic destruction of moral, spiritual and Christian values of the Ukrainian nation,
b) mass spread of deadly AIDS,
c) systematic destruction of the independence of Ukraine.
2) Gender issue
Gender ideology today proclaims that man has 5 genders. That is to say that there is no longer just a man and a woman, but there are three more so-called gender identities. In conformity with amended legislation, everyone has a right to choose his or her own gender identity. A man may declare himself to be a woman and the authorities must record it in his private papers. If not, it is labelled as discrimination against sexual minorities and as homophobia.
The introduction of gender ideology in education, culture and law practically opens the door to homodictatorship. Gender ideology is contrary to reason, nature and moral values and leads to disintegration of personality. The terms of address ‘father’ and ‘mother’ are replaced by ‘partner 1’ and ‘partner 2’ which children are to use to call their parents.
This lunacy is dinned into heads via the mass media and current “amended” legislation.
The BCP, which represents God’s laws and moral values, is categorically against this criminal gender schizophrenia.
3) The issue of sexual education
Sexual education is no education but demoralization and demonization of children and young generation. True sexual education should warn against perversion, lead to the strengthening of moral values and educate for healthy and responsible parenthood. The term “sexual education” covers the exact opposite. Children are enticed since early childhood to use condoms and fooled into believing that homosexuality and other immoral perversions are normal. This sexual antieducation, which is already incorporated in the textbooks of various subjects, is a deceit on children and their parents. These curricula must therefore be cancelled and the textbooks revised. An example is the Czech Republic. On 25 March 2011, in response to a petition filed by 40 000 parents, Minister of Education cancelled compulsory sexual education and ordered the school curricula and textbooks to be revised.
God’s and moral attitude is as follows: Sexual education is no education but demoralization and demonization of the young generation and a crime against defenceless children.
4) The issue of juvenile justice
The very name is a fraud, since it is not a just judicial system but a crooked one. Children are taken away from parents without trial, without witnesses and without evidence of guilt, and the parents similarly are deprived of parental rights. Juvenile justice hypocritically refers to some special cases of parents who are alcoholics, but the current judiciary is quite sufficient for such cases. In practice, the juvenile justice system does not deal with problem families. On the contrary, it removes children from good families. Only in 2009, 70 000 children were removed from German families. In France, there are 2 million artificial orphans which are taken away from wealthy and decent families. Juvenile justice is a supranational system the decisions of which cannot be appealed against. It is a dictatorship against children and parents and production of artificial orphans. It is unrestricted control of private family life and its manipulation. Children may be taken by the juvenile police directly at home, at school or in the street without any serious reasons given. Children are placed in orphanages, where according to statistics 70% of the boys end up in prison, 20% commit suicide, and the majority of the girls become prostitutes spreading and dying from AIDS. On the whole, 90% of children in orphanages are sexually abused. These artificial orphanages sell children especially abroad where they are adopted by gay families or even by paedophiles. Statistics in Ukraine concealed by the mass media: In 2008, 4000 children were sold abroad, 1500 of which directly to individual paedophiles. A paedophile XY recommended all the like-minded on his website: “If you want a child to your liking, you can buy one cheaply in Ukraine. There’s no problem with it there.” If the Ukrainian nation is going to remain indifferent, the number of children removed annually from the families will amount to 30-50 000 in not-so-distant future. These crimes are called eurostandards and UN conventions.
God’s attitude is this: God’s laws defend the family, children and moral values. Juvenile justice, from the point of view of God’s laws, is regarded as a crime and cruel tyranny over children and their parents.
In the negative environment of children’s homes and homosexual and paedophiliac pseudofamilies children lose conscience and moral values, and many end their lives by committing suicide. It is a hell on earth and, what is far worse, the end is eternal hell after death. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate is not indifferent to this modern criminal system which has already started to destroy the soul of the Ukrainian nation and its children. This Patriarchate calls for public enlightenment, calls upon the people to wake up from lethargy and unconcern and to organize public demonstrations in support of children and parents while there is still time. By contrast, some church leaders keep the believers and the nation in blindness and apathy. However, they disguise it with rhetoric and hypocritical alibis.
The issue of euthanasia
What the future has in store for the depraved young generation is mass killing by euthanasia. Old-fashioned guillotines and gas chambers are replaced by a far more efficient method for inconspicuous destruction of the population. This method is called euthanasia (Belgium, Holland, Germany…). The PACE Resolution 1763 has already bound Ukraine, covertly and indirectly, to legalize euthanasia. For the time being this is concealed; therefore it is necessary to bring this issue to light too and open an all-Ukrainian discussion. There is a danger that the introduction of euthanasia will be just as deceitful as the introduction of juvenile justice. Although Parliament refused to legalize juvenile justice, Minister of Justice Lavrynovych signed a document in Geneva on 14 February 2011 by which he practically introduced juvenile justice.
The issue of bribery
a) bribery in the Church
It is called simony. The UGCC uses corrupt practices before ordination of priests or before assignment to parishes ($5-10.000 and above). Subsidies from abroad for the construction of temples are fraudulently diverted by the apostatical UGCC hierarchy. Concerning bribery, the Church hierarchy of the UGCC causes offence not only to believers but to unbelievers as well. It keeps hypocritically silent on bribery in the nation, on the one hand lest the machinations of the Church should be exposed and on the other that it may benefit from silence. It even uses corrupt practices to manipulate the public authorities which, at its instigation, repeatedly transgress the laws of Ukraine without remorse. E.g.: Against the laws of Ukraine the hierarchy of the UGCC prevents registration of the UOGCC.
There are two forms of bribery: financial and lobbying.
By bribery one destroys justice, natural and moral values and promotes selfish interests of the individual at the expense of the majority and of the good of the society. Moral values, autonomy of Ukraine and even children and souls are sold for money.
b) bribery in education
It degrades the study because knowledge is replaced by money. A young person is not such a hero as to be his or her own enemy by trying to be fair in the corrupt environment. The consequence of bribery in education is moral corruption since using corrupt practices students lose conscience and establish a lifestyle built on deception. Qualified doctors, engineers or pedagogues lack the necessary knowledge and experience. This causes damage to society as a whole. The nation has a shortage of responsible experts.
c) bribery in health service
How can a major surgery end if performed by a doctor who bought all his exams as well as diploma? Such a doctor has neither skills nor conscience. He is a cheater who will enrich himself by mutilating people, promote quackery (homoeopathy, acupuncture…) and finally persuade the patient into euthanasia (suicide). This will also bring him in a decent sum. MEDICINE AND HOSPITALS WILL TURN INTO THE NATION’S FUNERAL HOME.
d) bribery in the judiciary
The judiciary is becoming an instrument of crime and injustice, because justice is sold for money. The model of injustice is the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Lesbians get compensation when the national court adjourns their request for immediate adoption of children (e.g. France, Spain…). However, the cases of an illegal removal of children by juvenile justice are practically not dealt with in Strasbourg (delaying tactics).
e) bribery in the economy
International economic agreements today are “subsidized” by the EU under one condition – changes in legislation. Specifically, these changes entail destruction of moral and spiritual values and of the family, establishment of a perverted homodictatorship associated with deadly AIDS, and legalization of narcotics and crime. This is criminal bribery and treason.
f) political bribery
For a betrayal of moral and spiritual values and for a betrayal of the nation traitors are either given money or promised a career. An example is the supranational global and half-secret organization of Freemasons. Its members do not foster moral and national values; on the contrary they covertly subvert the nation morally, politically and economically. A Christian who is a member of the Masonic organization is ipso facto excommunicated from the Church. This remains the case even if the very members of the papal dicasteries belong to this organization.
The position of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate on bribery is unequivocal: bribery is a moral ulcer of the society, causing decay of legislation and justice. Bribery must be justly punished, otherwise recovery of the Ukrainian society will never be possible.
Conclusion:
The ideology promoted by the EU, UN and PACE is an ideology of death which pursues regulation of mankind – that means, mass extermination. It testifies to the loss of reason and conscience. One no longer distinguishes truth from lie, good from evil, life from death. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate warns the Ukrainian nation against the EU pseudo-standards, namely homosexuality, gender ideology and juvenile justice. The Patriarchate hereby demands:
1) abolishment of the LGBT Council legalized by the Minister of Justice on 9 February 2011;
2) abolishment of the juvenile justice system associated with the sale of children, and dismissal and punishment of the Minister of Justice O. Lavrynovych;
3) annulment of the law on adoption of children by homosexual pseudomarried couples dated 15 February 2011;
4) stopping of the process of so-called law amendments which gradually change the Ukrainian Constitution and all legislation;
5) abolishment of sexual education in schools after the example of the Czech Republic;
6) introduction of moral education for a responsible life and parenthood;
7) promotion of moral and spiritual values in the mass media instead of immorality and crime;
8 ) the Ukrainian people must go out into the streets these days and demonstrate for abolition of the LGBT Council and the juvenile justice system.
