Your Beatitude,

the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate addresses You in the matter of the planned 4th Congress of World Religions which is to be held in Kazakhstan on 29-31 May 2012. You are being lured into this trap of the antichrist by the local Orthodox Metropolitan Alexander under the pretext of a visitation.

The originator of these events in Kazakhstan is the apostate Catholic hierarchy behind which is the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. The gesture of unity between Christians and pagans is changing the public opinion. Christ’s sacrifice on the cross for our sins and the worship of pagan demons are regarded as equal ways to salvation. This is one of the greatest heresies, denying the essence of the Gospel. God’s Word pronounces an anathema in such case: “If anyone preaches any other gospel, let him be accursed.” (Gal 1:8-9)

Your Beatitude, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby asks You to warn Metropolitan Alexander and to urge him to fully dissociate himself from this apostatical event. If he does not do so, You are obliged to punish him with the heaviest penalties. By the gesture of unity with pagans he will exclude himself from the Church. God will deprive him of grace and he will fall under God’s curse – anathema (Gal 1:8-9). Unless You warn him, You will be responsible for apostasy of the Orthodox believers from the Church of Christ in Kazakhstan. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate will be forced, instead of You, to declare an anathema against Metropolitan Alexander.

If You Yourself attend this meeting, it will be a public gesture of a betrayal of Christ causing offence not only to the Orthodox but to all Christians. You will fall under the anathema of God and God will deprive You of His grace. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate will be obliged before God and before all Christians to declare an anathema – i.e. a curse – against You. Our Patriarchate will be forced to appeal to all the Orthodox bishops to dissociate themselves from You and no longer to obey You as an apostate Patriarch.

We believe that as You refused to participate in Assisi 2011, You will also refuse participation in Kazakhstan.

We would like to propose that instead of the journey to Kazakhstan You, as Patriarch of Moscow and the entire Russian Orthodox Church, should convoke a Synod of all bishops of the Orthodox Church these days (29-31 May 2012) entitled “Orthodoxy”. It should address the essential questions on the orthodox doctrine which alone leads to salvation. In addition, it should deal with issues relating to the current pressure from the West through lapsed Catholicism and international organizations that are trying to legalize homosexuality even in the territories where the Orthodox Church prevails. Basically, the aim is destruction of all moral, spiritual and Christian values. In particular, the government of Russia expects You to take a definitely negative position on homosexual immorality.

God and history puts You in a specific situation these days. You will either make a clear gesture for the consolidation of orthodoxy, or cause its breakdown. Be a hero, be a blessing for Russia.
