Dictatorship or democracy?
Lvov, 25 March 2012
President and Government of Ukraine
Dear Mr President, dear Sirs!
On 27-29 March 2012 Ukraine is to be visited by PACE Commissioner, Ms Reps. Her aim is to force You into complying with Resolution No. 1862 (2012) of 26 January 2012. This resolution is hypocritically called “The functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine”. It dictates so-called democracy which, however, should help the PACE to fully establish its dictatorship in Ukraine and make Ukraine into its satellite state or colony.
Parallel to this visit, Cardinal Husar in cooperation with Masonic organizations and the leadership of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) have formed an initiative group with the view of changing the “rules of the game in the state” and setting a “new agenda”. This is, in fact, a planned coup against the legitimate government. The tragedy is that it is led by Catholic Cardinal Husar and the Catholic University in Lvov. This is a betrayal of God and the nation!
The so-called democratic institutions (feminists, LGBTs…) have the same spirit and follow the same line as the Masons and Husar. This coup is actually a gradual change in the Constitution and laws. The Masons in the PACE, among the Catholic hierarchy, in political structures and at Ministries share a common goal. They use terms like democracy, rule of law, dignity, freedom, or even moral values and in fact seek their elimination. The ultimate purpose is both spiritual and physical genocide of Ukraine.
They are promoting:
a) changes in the Criminal Procedure Code, and consequently implementation of the juvenile justice system.
b) incorporation of homosexual ideology into legislation through Euro 2012 and through the planned gay-pride parade on this occasion.
c) changes in the justice system, in the parliamentary electoral law (Autumn 2012), and in the Constitution. This will complete the gradual coup d’?tat process.
d) Resolution 1862 (2012) reproaches Ukraine for not complying with the previous resolutions and recommendations.
In 2010, the PACE Resolution 1728 changed the interpretation of the concept of gender and legalized gender-transsexualism. Thereby it perpetrated an international fraud and also violated the Constitution of Ukraine. It committed a crime and now brazenly and cynically demands its observance. This is a sign of a totalitarian system which has nothing to do with democracy. Now on the basis of a fraud it dictates changes in the Constitution. And what is more, these changes will eliminate morality, justice and rights and establish injustice, crime and dictatorship.
What is the solution in this situation? If the PACE strives to establish a dictatorship in Ukraine, the President and Government must protect Ukrainian democracy with even greater political power and perseverance. Therefore it is necessary:
1) To withdraw from the CE as soon as possible.
2) To redress the negative impact of the resolutions and recommendations on the Ukrainian legislation. To prevent by means of sanctions any future promotion of the criminal ideology of the PACE, i.e. immorality and treason.
3) To ban the Masonic organization in Ukraine. The politicians who will not break radically with this organization must not be allowed to act in the political sphere.
4) To take full control over the mass media. Without this point it is not possible to carry out a true reform in Ukraine.
5) To counterbalance the strong pressure from the West and the economic crisis in Europe (e.g. Greece), there is a need to establish close economic relations with Belarus and Russia as Christian countries.
Dear Mr President, dear representatives of the Ukrainian government, take the first step to a successful reform: withdraw from the PACE as soon as possible.
Bestowing a blessing on You,
