Dear Sirs and Madams,
in case You adopt the new procedural criminal code, You will thereby legalize the juvenile justice system with its “probation and mediation service”. This so-called restorative justice will gradually eliminate the current system of justice.
The so-called probation service is a network of volunteers with a high degree of competence. Without any trial, and even without the knowledge of parents, they remove children from the families and place them in a so-called foster home. The children are then shunted between various foster families. Probation service slave traders sell these children abroad into sexual slavery or even for organs.
This system is unconstitutional. Therefore, the Venetian Commission, the EU and the Council for LGBT Interests at the Ministry of Justice are exerting coercive pressure on the president’s office to make it change the Constitution.
Besides the “probation service” restorative justice also involves “mediation service”. A third party – so-called mediator – intervenes between the offender and the court. His task is to bring about “understanding” and “reconciliation” with a view to preventing a trial. These lofty ideas have in fact quite the opposite effect. By protecting crimes they extremely rapidly increase crime and corruption. On the other hand, mediators in cooperation with school psychologists in schools will act as a system of informers with the purpose of removal of children from their parents. Article 35 of the new Procedural Criminal Code makes “probation and mediation service” legal. This article must therefore not be approved.
Sound education based on spiritual and moral values is the best prevention of crime. The paradox is that the juvenile justice system steals children especially from good families. The reason for the removal is the very sound upbringing which is qualified as violence against children. Juvenile justice purposefully prohibits parents and teachers from giving a sound education to children, and thus turns children into potential criminals!
Dear Members of Parliament, be aware that each of You will be personally accountable for the mentally and physically crippled children before the Ukrainian nation and in the hour of Your death before God too. You must not approve this machinery of destruction of the Ukrainian children and youth! We propose voting before a camera. Those who will vote for it must be deprived of their mandate and condemned as criminals against humanity!
