Crimes against children

Dear Mr President,

Dear Members of the Government and Parliament,

in 2010, 100,000 children were sold from Russia to the United States. Now it is planned to remove children from 180,000 families.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate turns to the Russian government and all members of the Duma with an urgent appeal: Start to protect the moral and spiritual values of the individual, family and society, or the Russian nation will end with autogenocide! Forbid the criminal juvenile justice system in all its forms. Begin to punish local as well as international criminals of the social services, juvenile justice terrorists and pirates of the probation service who sell children abroad to homosexuals, paedophiles or even for organs! We ask: Who specifically is responsible for these massive crimes against Russian children? It is necessary to condemn by law this criminal system of the stealing of children. It is necessary to find the culprits and punish them with the most severe penalties, even if they hold high positions in government offices.

These are the most serious crimes against humanity perpetrated on defenceless children. In the past, if a woman lost her husband by death or in the war and remained alone with the children, no one would steal them, but the whole neighbourhood helped her to provide for them and bring them up. What a perverted logic now dominates people’s minds! Under the term of “social services” there are hidden greatest criminals and pirates who mercilessly steal children. In Russia, a system of so-called juvenile services volunteers has been built who discover still new and new “problem families”, the parents of which – in the opinion of juvenile workers – should not be allowed to bring up their children. There have even been reward tariffs published on the Internet for such snitchers: 470 roubles for every “problem schoolboy” found, aged 7 and over, and 350 roubles for every child of preschool age. Last summer the so-called social services in different regions of Russia dangled such pay offers before the students who wanted to earn dirty money. Behind this system is a mafia of criminals apparently acting under the umbrella of the top brass which covers up that all! And what is more, the headquarters set a rate for the particular regions how many “problem families” in the region they are to discover in order to fulfil the plan. You understand that if there is a plan, there must also be families found so that the plan is fulfilled. In addition, the criteria according to which one assesses whether the family is “problematic” or “problem-free” are very broad and vague. So anyone can be accused of living in a problem family. Children are removed from their families for various reasons: there is no fruit in the fridge, plinth in the room is not nailed, parents restrain their child from spending all time watching television, restrict the child’s access to the internet due to deforming, perverted and sadistic games and programs, try to keep their child from the company of peers who take drugs… Moral destruction of the soul of a child is hypocritically called “the right of the child”.

Dear Mr President, honourable members of the Duma, this is programmed demoralization and purposeful annihilation of the Russian nation! Unless You, by the power You have been entrusted with, stop this criminal and piratical system of child stealing involving tyranny, traumatization and stigmatization, You will soon be condemned by the Russian nation as accomplices in these most hideous crimes! But remember death, God’s judgment and eternity, which you can not escape! “Juvenile” system leads to the genocide of the Russian nation. In this criminal and fraudulent system, parents become absolutely helpless to prove their parental rights, even if they appeal to the court.

Just two appalling examples from many: Husband of Victoria T. from Volgodonsk died of a heart attack, shortly after her house was burned down in fires and she found herself in a rented apartment. The so-called social services immediately “pounced” on the young widow. Her youngest child was 4 months old, and she also had two older sons, aged 3 and 10. All three children were removed from the mother without any reason. When she struggled for the return of her dear children and could not find help anywhere, she committed suicide of desperation.

In September last year, the so-called social services in the Arkhangelsk Region removed three children from Mrs Helena Serganova. The “reason” was that their father, who was an alcoholic and whom the mother divorced in 2004, refused to leave their communal flat. The former husband did not work, misused alcohol and led antisocial way of life. Children were forcibly taken to children’s home in North Onega. 15 year-old Christine ran away repeatedly pining for her mother, she was forcibly taken back to the children’s home several times and punished. Finally, in desperation, she committed suicide. Who is responsible for the death of this girl? No one has been punished.

Former Italian Interior Minister, Roberto Maroni, admitted that out of 1260 Russian children sold to Italy, te police managed to find only 5. At the same time he admitted that children from abroad are a goldmine for traders in human organs.

In 2010, Russia sold 100,000 children to the U.S. This year, 180,000 families are on the blacklist of the social workers who intend to remove children from them. Such crimes as are committed in Russia are not seen in any other country in the world!

Already for 10 years, Russia has been solving whether to adopt juvenile justice or not. However, in many regions the so-called pilot projects are already carried out, which implement these piratical practices committing crimes against children.

Let Russia follow the example of Belarus. Such a criminal system does not exist there. Just laws punish evil even by the death penalty and protect defenceless population.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, which defends moral and Christian values, is obliged to stand up for the Russian children and their parents. Specifically, we demand:

1) that parliament adopts in the nearest term possible a new law banning all forms of juvenile justice in the whole territory of Russia.

2) that the law is passed providing for the heaviest penalties for those who are guilty of the sale of children (from 5 to 20 years of imprisonment).

3) that Russian children are immediately returned to their parents who request so.

4) that students who collaborated in the sale of children as volunteers and sought child victims are dismissed from the universities and fined from 100 000 to 1 million roubles or put in prison, because they committed a crime against nation and against humanity.
