Dear Sirs and Madams!

We, representatives of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, are turning to You, representatives of the nation. This historic hour decides the future of two Slavonic nations which for centuries have been united through the Christian faith received at solemn baptism of St. Vladimir in Kiev.

History witnessed painful moments, too, that undermined the relationship between the two nations. It was mainly associated with Stalinist gulags, famine… The totalitarian structure that ruled both territories ceased to exist.

After seven decades, Ukraine achieved independence. It is ironic that after twenty years of state independence Ukraine voluntarily embraces, through so-called amendments to laws and a planned change in the Constitution, an ideology worse than Fascism or Stalinism. The ideology of the EU eliminates God’s laws and moral values and prioritizes homosexuality, demoralizing and demonizing sexual antieducation of children from the age of 5, and gender schizophrenia which maintains a crazy belief that a man is not a man and a woman is not a woman. Gender-gay schizophrenia is intertwined with the juvenile justice system and its piratical probation “service” which removes children from good families without trial and without any indication of guilt. These children are sold abroad, primarily to homosexuals and paedophiles. Demoralization is progressing through alcoholism, narcotics, satanic and occult cults, which turn young people literally into mediums of demons. The institution of the family is being destroyed. People become cynical and selfish, crime reaches its peak. Euthanasia is being legalized as one of the euro standards and will result in mass murders of the population unheard of in the history of mankind. Criminal ideology of the EU, CoE and the UN is pushing through chip implantation – i.e. implantation of the antichristian code 666 – which gradually and subtly will lead to stigmatization of every citizen. Those who will refuse to accept it will not be allowed to buy or sell anything (see Rev 13:17). This will mean total control and loss of freedom. These are all crimes against humanity.

The fall of the totalitarian regime left a vacuum in Russia. The Masons hastily took advantage of it with the view to moral, political and economic decay of the Russian nation. They have taken over the government in certain provinces and implemented the criminal juvenile justice system which sells children abroad, often even for organs. Russia now faces the spread of alcoholism, drug addiction and various sects, and little by little this Slavonic nation is dying out.

Dear Presidents of Ukraine and Russia, dear Members of the Government and Parliament, You ask what the solution is. The only solution is to accept God’s laws which integrate sound natural principles. Unfortunately, the decadent wave from the West brings the decay of Christianity. It is necessary to create the conditions for spiritual revival of the nation by returning to sound Christian roots and ideals embodied in the Ukrainian and Russian saints and martyrs. The perfect example for us is Jesus Christ who died on the cross for us, saved us from eternal suffering and opened the gate for us to eternal glory. The faith in Him is connected with personal conversion, the adoption of His Gospel and the following of Him. This entails reception of the Spirit of Truth and a break with the spirit of lies and death hidden behind the Masonic organization and gender-gay ideology promoted by the EU, UN and PACE. This ideology pursues globalization and the reduction, or rather the genocide, of humanity. This whole system of Masons promoting homosexualism, stealing of children from their parents and their demoralization and demonization is committing the most serious crimes, crimes against humanity, worse than those committed under Fascism and condemned at Nuremberg. The Masons bring down a curse and not only make the life of the individuals and nations a hell on earth but also lead them to hell after death. In order to maintain their independence and moral and spiritual values, Ukraine and Russia must necessarily make a radical step: get out of the slavery of the PACE and hence protect their people from the programmed autogenocide.

We call on politicians to put an end to the false democracy which is no democracy but a mere means to introduce a most criminal totalitarian system – so-called globalization and demonization of humanity. There is a need to establish such political structure which will fairly and strictly punish crimes and protect the moral and spiritual values. This structure must also shape the young generation by systematic implantation of Christian principles. It concerns primarily education for responsible parenthood, and protection against alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual perversion and all kinds of destructive influences. An example to follow is Hungary, which has adopted a new Constitution this year founded on Christian principles, as well as Belarus, which protects its population from a homodictatorship, the juvenile justice system and other forms of crime.

Masons bring down a curse on the individuals and nations and bring a hell on earth and after death.

In 1917, Our Lady of Fatima uttered the prophecy: If Russia is converted, the world may be delivered from a great world catastrophe. (Ukraine was part of Russia at the time.)

Praying for the spiritual, political and economic revival and blessing all the representatives of Ukraine and Russia in carrying out a true spiritual revolution,
