A call to repentance for LGBT persons

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate is obliged before God, before all Christians and before the Ukrainian nation to tell you a clear word for the sake of your salvation and salvation of Ukraine.

It is a great tragedy and scandal that ex-head of the UGCC, Card. L. Husar, in his book “Discussions with His Beatitude L. Husar: On Postconfessional Christianity” (pp. 67-68) utters a colossal lie that denies the Scripture and the Church Tradition: “(Homosexuals) can live together if they insist on it. Of course, they can perform sexual activity of whatever kind.” This statement is a rebellion against God and against the whole law of God! Husar approves of and promotes grave sin and abomination! However, the Word of God says: “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave.” (Gen 18:20)

In order to set a deterrent “example to future sinners” (2Pt 2:6) “the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah … and He overthrew those cities.” (Gen 19:24)

1Cor 6:9: “Neither idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals shall inherit the kingdom of God.” God’s Word says: “shall not inherit”.

Homosexuality is a very grave sin, the root of which is:

1) ungodliness: “The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness…” (Rom 1:18)

2) idolatry (idolatry) which is associated with occultism and the worship of demons. “Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man (guruism, New Age) and animals (Hinduism – sacred cows…) and reptiles (sacred snakes…). … they exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator (sin of idolatry).” (Rom 1:22-23.25)

The result of ungodliness and idolatry is homosexuality: “For this reason God gave them up to dishonourable passions. Women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another.” (vv. 26-27)

Homosexuality is not only a sin but even an abomination: “You shall not lie with a male (man with man). It is an abomination.” (Lev 18:22)

Since the apostate UGCC preaches heresies, it lacks the power of God. Therefore it is not able to lead you who are addicted to unnatural sexuality to true conversion and repentance and hence to deliverance from the bondage of perversion either. As the UGCC hierarchy does not call a sin a sin and an abomination an abomination, it invented a new gospel which approves your sinful way of life. Thus it keeps you in darkness and gives you no way out. When dealing with homosexuality, the Catechism of Pope John Paul II and Benedict XVI is misleading, too. The phrases about tolerance and so-called discrimination against homosexuals lead to expansion of slavish addiction and eventually to perdition. Statistics from the U.S. on homosexualism is alarming: 70% carriers of deadly AIDS and hepatitis, 50% murders in New York, 30 000 raped children in Los Angeles.

We present to you a part of the letter in which we responded to an e-mail of a parliamentarian of one of the European countries three years ago. He promoted homosexualism and wanted our response on the topic:

We, Catholic bishops of the orthodox Synod, are obliged to defend God’s laws and foundations of Christ’s teaching about salvation. Without repentance no one can be saved. God’s Word does not call only homosexuality or paedophilia a sin, but also premarital sexual relations, adultery as well as onanism. Moreover, Jesus says: “You have heard that it was said: ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Mt 5:27-28) Jesus did not condemn the sinners, but the sin. He died for the sinners, that means for each one of us. He paid even for You and Your sins “not with gold or silver, but with His precious blood”! Your soul is of greater value than all treasures of the world – the Son of God, Jesus, died for it.

If You confess and give Your sins to Him, He will take them away. Yet the path to this freedom is mostly a long process connected with true self-criticism and absolute confidence in God’s help. The thoughts and feelings are attacked by the spirit of evil habit which wants the soul to fall back into bad ways. It is necessary to have the support of a living Christian community which calls a sin a sin and uses sound and well-tried methods of the longstanding Christian practice of healing the soul. Freudian or other kinds of psychology are not able to free anyone from sin or sexual addiction.

If someone wants to be delivered, whether from pornography or onanism addiction or illicit sexual relations, one has to radically break contacts with other similarly dependent people (telephone calls, letters, discs, films, journals…). It is a fight, but God will give victory even to You. Then Your talents will be of benefit to both You and Your neighbours!

Jesus loves You, He wants to give You true freedom. The following refers even to You: “With God nothing shall be impossible.” (Lk 1:37) Yet He is waiting for Your YES to Him!

There are many testimonies of people who were freed from the slavery of this evil habit and spirit of homosexuality or transsexuality through faith in Jesus Christ and true repentance. An example is liberation of Natalie U. from Eastern Ukraine: “From the very childhood I felt to be a man. When I was 20 years old, I experienced deep depression during which I felt a strong urge to attempt suicide. I started to cry to God, honestly begging forgiveness for my sins. At that time, I experienced true conversion. I accepted Jesus as my Saviour and I sought help in the living Christian community. Here I learned that there is a spiritual world of demons and that they can live in people. These evil forces change the thinking of people and cause homosexuality and transsexuality. During one prayer I renounced the spirit that kept me in a lie and immoral addiction. However, that wasn’t enough. Afterwards, the Christians from the community prayed for me for three years. When I was twenty-four years old, I fully accepted that I am a woman and not a man. I accepted the reality which I had hated all my life. I fully accepted myself as a woman, I began to behave naturally and think like a woman. I am happy that I am a woman; I want to get married and have children. I know that my family will be happy. I confess that Jesus is the God of my life. He is everything to me. I never even desired to be as happy as I am now.”

If you decide to ask Jesus to set you free, the fruit of your conversion will bring salvation not only to your soul, but it can contribute immensely to the salvation of Ukraine from the planned genocide. Maybe you do not realize that your addiction is exploited by supranational organizations that abuse it not only against you, but also against the majority of the Ukrainian population.

Homosexuality is promoted by supranational organizations that are managed by the Masonic lodges from backstage. Their spirituality is associated with Satanism and requires human sacrifices (sale of children for the purposes of paedophilia and for organs). The objective is reduction of mankind, i.e. genocide of humanity. Supranational organizations likewise intend to take advantage of Euro 2012 for the breakthrough of the spirit of homosexualism. There is a deliberate plan to organize a gay-pride parade in Kiev, which is contrary to the Ukrainian Constitution and its protection of moral and family values. Gay-pride parades have been forcibly imposed practically on all states with the view of destroying moral, family and Christian values.

Supranational organizations need to exploit you and make you dig a grave for yourselves and for Ukraine. They do not want you to be set free! If you become sincerely converted, you will be free and have a share in the salvation of Ukraine.

Be brave! Turn with faith to the only Saviour, Jesus Christ. He will save and deliver you from the spirit of lies and death!
