Dear Mr President, dear Government representatives,
our Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate represents true Christianity. In Ukraine, Christianity has existed for more than 1000 years, and moral and spiritual values of the Ukrainian nation have been built on its foundations.
Due to the great crisis of Christianity in the West decadent influences come to Ukraine which destroy Christianity in its very essence.
As regards the gender issue in Christianity, we are obliged to clarify the whole problem before You and before the whole nation.
In 2004, a textbook under the title of «Basics of Gender Theory» was published in Ukraine with an official authorization by the Ministry of Education. The book has 536 pages. From page 383 to page 420 the book deals with the theme of gender and religion.
Gender-gay ideology is essentially the theory of social gender which alleges that people are not born men or women but choose who they want to be. It shakes the children’s life certainty: a boy must no longer say that he is a boy and a girl that she is a girl. Gender ideologues argue that only during the child’s development, after perverted views have already been imposed on the child, the child can “freely” choose who it wants to be. In short, gender ideology is loss of reason. This schizophrenic change of thinking in early childhood has a tragic impact on the children’s minds and on their whole future life. During puberty, hormonal preparations are forced upon children and later on even transsexual surgery. As a consequence, young people become total mental and physical cripples. Such moral wreck is no longer able to start a family and is disposed to depression and all kinds of dependencies (drug abuse…) which beget criminality. However, forcibly legalized immorality involves a high risk of fatal disease – AIDS – and then one is suggestively proposed a way out: suicide under the code name of euthanasia.
What is the relationship between “gender” and “religion”? If “gender” is associated with pagan religions, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Shamanism, there is a relationship between them. Pagan religions combine immorality, perversion and occultism in the rites of worship of their so-called gods – demons in fact – and some pagans even receive them into themselves (so-called enlightenment).
What is the relationship between “gender” and Christianity, which is diametrically different from paganism? Christianity worships the one True God, accepts God’s laws which are based on the love of God and neighbour. God created man as male and female. Gender-gay schizophrenia denies this reality as well as God’s laws established in the Decalogue and in the Gospel.
The authors of the textbook «Basics of Gender Theory» refer to the so-called feminist theology; they quote several authorities in this field and impose an idea on the reader that this pack of lies is Christianity. In fact, this is no theology but “heresiology”, in other words – spiritual pathology. True Christianity rejects it and distances itself from it. The authors of the textbook grossly insult our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and the Mother of God. If they insulted Muhammad in such manner, they would probably no longer be among the living.
The main objective of gender ideologues is to place Christianity in the so-called gender perspective. Of course, the apostatical Christianity of the West accepts such nonsense. Through concepts such as “restoration of gender justice”, “overcoming sexist stereotypes”, they want to subordinate both the Church and Christians to this gender schizophrenia. However, true Christianity never had, has or will have anything to do with this gender foolishness and purposeful rebellion against God.
28 Christian denominations have by this time fallen under God’s anathema (acc. Gal 1:8-9) by reason of their betrayal of the essence of Christian doctrine. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate published this painful reality on 12 July 2011. These denominations tolerate pastors who are overt homosexuals and allow church blessing ceremonies for “unions” of two perverted people – gays or lesbians.
Gender authors of the book mentioned are most disturbed by the Orthodox Church.
Ex-head of the UGCC L. Husar openly defends homosexuality as if it was a sinless way of life and approves of “sexual activity of whatever kind”. This is a betrayal of God, the Church and the nation. The LGBT activists constantly appeal to the position of Husar.
The principle of gender insanity is the same as inculcating a sighted person from his early childhood with the conviction: “You are blind, you can’t see.” This absurdity would be constantly repeated until he would let his eyes be cut out by surgery. He would thus be psychologically forced to adjust the physical reality to the insanity that was hammered into him. He would become a physical cripple, but he would still have a chance to be saved. Gender ideologues, however, force men and women into gender-reassignment surgery, which is far worse mutilation of a human than extirpation of two healthy eyes and making man blind. Gender victims open their souls to demons.
Nowadays, this criminal violence against Ukrainian children and youth is promoted at all school levels. In accordance with the PACE Resolution 1728 children are forced into a so-called choice of sexual orientation and gender identity. In essence, this is systematic demoralization and demonization of youth resulting in gender-genocide of Ukraine.
In the Gospel, Jesus cast out unclean demons and healed all diseases. If Ukraine accepts Jesus Christ and His laws of love, she will be saved from mass gender-demonization of the young generation.
Natalie U. from Eastern Ukraine bears witness to her deliverance from the gender demon and subsequent psychical healing: “From the very childhood I felt to be a man. When I was 20 years old, I experienced deep depression during which I felt a strong urge to attempt suicide. I started to cry to God, honestly begging forgiveness for my sins. At that time, I experienced true conversion. I accepted Jesus as my Saviour and I sought help in the living Christian community. Here I learned that there is a spiritual world of demons and that they can live in people. These evil forces change the thinking of people and cause homosexuality and transsexuality. During one prayer I renounced the spirit that kept me in a lie and immoral addiction. However, that wasn’t enough. Afterwards, the Christians from the community prayed for me for three years. When I was twenty-four years old, I fully accepted that I am a woman and not a man. I accepted the reality which I had hated all my life. I fully accepted myself as a woman, I began to behave naturally and think like a woman. I am happy that I am a woman; I want to get married and have children. I know that my family will be happy. I confess that Jesus is the God of my life. He is everything to me. I never even desired to be as happy as I am now.”
The Bible’s and the Church’s position on homosexuality
Holy God condemned homosexuality (LGBT deviations) and called it an abomination once for all. Nobody in the world has the power to change God’s laws.
“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.” (Lev 18:22)
“If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination …” (Lev 20:13)
God’s Word sets inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah as a deterrent example, on whom fire fell from heaven as a punishment (cf. Gen 18-19).
“Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters … nor homosexuals … will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1Cor 6:9-10)
God’s Word clearly points to the root of homosexuality. It is rejection of God (through historical-critical theology) and idolatry (through reverence for pagan demons: Nostra aetate and the spirit of Assisi 1986, 2011).
“They exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator … For this reason God gave them up to dishonourable passions. Their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another.” (Rom 1:25-27)
The New Testament strongly warns all mankind against the sin of sodomy: “By turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes He condemned them to extinction, making them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly.” (2Pt 2:6)
“Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” (Jude 7)
Summary:
– On the basis of the words of the living God, homosexuality is an abomination and as such is doomed by Him once for all.
– From a human point of view, it is sexual pathology (mania), which breaks down the human psyche.
– A sinful gay relationship has never been and can not be recognized by God and Christ’s Church as a marriage.
– Homosexuals must not be given children for adoption because they devastate them morally, mentally and physically.
– The UN, EU and PACE resolutions oppose God’s laws. They introduce antilaws which impose homosexuality on children, youth and the whole society. They thus lead the entire nations towards autogenocide.
The apostate Catholic hierarchy, who stubbornly refuse to repent, are to blame most for the massive spread of gender immorality. By promoting heresies of the historical-critical theology and reverence for pagan demons they have opened the door to a curse that has fallen on the entire nations.
Conclusion:
The position of the Holy Scripture and Tradition of the Church on homosexuality and hence on gender-ideology is clear: it is a sin and an abomination for which there comes a curse and punishment of self-destruction.
The present-day world is witnessing Christianophobia rather than homophobia. What is called homophobia is just a cover-up manoeuvre for the persecution of all who keep God’s laws.
