Dissolution of the Strasbourg Court

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby makes a proposal for dissolution of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

The reason: This Court has denied the sense of its existence and, moreover, acts contrary to its purpose.

Patriarch Elijah, Head of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, became a victim of blatant religious discrimination and a subsequent frame-up trial on the orders of the hierarchy of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church (UGCC) with the intention of his deportation from Ukraine. The Patriarch appealed against this religious discrimination to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

This Court sought for five years to satisfy the whims of a woman who demanded the removal of crucifixes from all public places in Italy.

This Court imposed a heavy fine on the French courts on the grounds that they had failed to satisfy a demand of a lesbian for preferential adoption of a child.

This Court threatened to impose fines on Russia unless it privileges immoral homosexuality.

This Court confirms a crime of religious discrimination against innocent Patriarch Elijah.

In promoting lawlessness, the Strasbourg Court acts quickly, consistently and irrevocably: “This resolution is final and subject to no further appeal…” (Strasbourg, No. 57100/11; 19 Jan 2012)

This Court can add no further explanation to its criminal resolution: “The Secretariat (in Strasbourg) cannot provide any further explanation … nor reply to your next letters.” (No. 57100/11)

It is no secret that Patriarch Elijah, as a religious authority, defends the fundamental moral and spiritual values, and opposes gender-gay schizophrenia, homodictatorship, and the pirate juvenile justice system and probation service which removes children from the families without any reason and without trial. The Strasbourg Court, on the other hand, is in line with all this amorality. It is therefore not surprising that it committed a crime of blatant religious discrimination against Patriarch Elijah.

Bishops of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeal to all Presidents of Europe: totally boycott this deceitful organization called the Strasbourg Court. This institution neglects to defend human rights, promotes lawless acts committed by a handful of perverted people, and is thus an instrument of mass discrimination against the majority of population in Europe. We therefore propose dissolution of this Strasbourg institution which confirms crimes and is part of the system leading to the moral, spiritual and physical genocide of Europe.
