Violation of the Constitution and subsequent destruction of Ukraine

According to international standards of the EU and the UN, “Ukraine has committed herself to achieving gender equality at all levels of education no later than 2015”.

Well-known journalist Eva Herman from Germany, where gender ideology has already been promoted for many years, presumes that “‘gender-mainstreaming’ is the largest and most dangerous programme of re-education of the human race, but less than 5% of Germans know the true meaning of gender equality”. German sociologist Gabrielle Kubi argues that gender ideology aggressively destroys the institution of the family and has brought about an unprecedented demographic crisis in Germany, so that German population is actually dying out.

On 8 September 2005, Ukraine adopted the law “On equal rights and opportunities for women and men” (No. 2866-IV), which laid the basis of gender legislation. In 2005, when the MPs approved of this Act, the term “gender equality” was understood as equal rights and opportunities for women and men, which ensured equal participation of both sexes in public life. Article 2 of this Act contains the following provision: “If an international treaty endorsed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine lays down the rules different from those provided in Ukrainian legislation on equal rights and opportunities for women and men, the provisions of the international treaty shall be applied.” This provision is dangerous. It must be repealed in all documents because in practice it actually means violation of the Constitution of Ukraine!

Ukraine did not anticipate colossal international frauds on the part of the PACE. Resolution No. 1728 of 29 April 2010 changed the very essence of the original Act by redefining the concept of gender as a “social gender”. It no longer deals with the issue of equal rights and opportunities for men and women, but rather with legalization of transsexuality, which means that a man can declare himself to be a woman and vice versa and the state must accept this decision.

Such a fraudulent document is invalid and, moreover, it is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine.

A striking example of colossal hypocrisy and international deceit of the Council of Europe is the document №CM/Rec(2010)5 of 31 March 2010.

Quotation from the document: “Taking into due account the over-riding interests of the child, member states should take appropriate legislative and other measures, addressed to educational staff and pupils, to ensure that the right to education can be effectively enjoyed without discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity.”

Response: After reading this, a common man is convinced of special concern for children’s interests and of the absolute necessity of taking such legislative measures which are aimed at ensuring the right to education. But nobody would suspect that these words are actually the disguise of most cruel tyranny over children and crimes against humanity which are to be made law.

Quotation: “… that the right to education can be effectively enjoyed without discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity … to enable them to live in accordance with their sexual orientation and gender identity.”

Response: The right to education is guaranteed by the Constitution to every citizen; however, this is not a right to demoralization of children at schools by their teachers. Violence against defenceless children is hypocritically labelled by the PACE as “the right to education without discrimination”. This so-called right to education without discrimination facilitates systematic implementation of programmes and trainings that lead to moral degradation of youth. This “right” disintegrates the person and his identity in the innermost being and leads to gender schizophrenia. This is the hardest form of schizophrenia, because one no longer distinguishes whether one is a man or a woman. The “right to education” is misused for transformation of children into homosexuals and transsexuals. Teachers must hammer it into children’s heads that a boy is not a boy and a girl is not a girl. The so-called “right to education”, i.e. to this destructive change in thinking, does not remain a theory but is practically applied through videos, role plays and training courses which open the children’s souls for the unclean demon of perversion. The mentally crippled and demonized children will then complete this process of gender reassignment through hormones and surgery. Through the right to education, the child will turn into a monster and a dwelling place of demons capable of cruellest perversion and crime. If children were thrown straight into the lions or tigers cage, it would not be such tyranny as that imposed by PACE Recommendations.

We ask: Who is responsible for these gravest crimes against humanity, for these gravest crimes against children?

Response: The Council of Europe, the UN and other international organizations that commit crimes against humanity by opposing to God and God’s laws and legalizing crime and perversion. All this is hidden behind lofty phrases: “… to enable them to live in accordance with their sexual orientation and gender identity”.

The school must provide proper education so as to prevent young people from falling victim to drugs, alcohol, perverse sexuality or various occult sects. Young people should be prepared for a responsible family life in marriage associated with responsible fatherhood and motherhood. This is the duty of schools to the nation – to form a healthy, responsible generation, and not to turn children and youth into cripples and criminals!

Therefore, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate calls upon all people of good will:

1) to establish civic societies for the protection of children against gender demoralization and probation service;

2) to write letters to the President and government representatives;

3) to organize regular demonstrations in front of the district and regional councils with a demand that the process of changes in legislation should be stopped and all treaties and conventions that were forced upon Ukraine by fraud and lead to its degeneration and extinction should be cancelled.

4) The parent-teacher associations should demand that headmasters stop gender education in schools of all levels, starting from kindergartens and ending with universities. The Minister of Education is obliged to abolish this whole criminal system of antieducation. Therefore, the associations should address their petitions to the district and regional councils and demand dissolution of gender centres in all districts and regions.

The provisions of PACE resolutions are tricky, monopolistic and contrary to law, and therefore void and not binding. Ukraine will either comply with the fraudulent provisions of the so-called PACE resolutions and hence violate the Constitution, or adhere to the Constitution and ignore the criminal obligations towards the PACE. She must make a choice. In fact, this is a choice between life and death, between a process of spiritual and moral revival and a process of gender genocide.
