New Year’s Appeal: Save the Children!
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeals to the President, Government, MPs, members of Regional and District State Administrations, teachers, parents, all Christians and all people of good will: Save children from moral and physical destruction! Wake up, do not be indifferent! Those who destroy the family and nation morally, spiritually and physically are extremely cunning and active at this time. You should found civic organizations for the protection of parents and children, write letters to the President, government and MPs. At least once a month organize demonstrations in front of the local State Administrations for the purpose of saving children from the juvenile justice system and homosexualism. Demand that the process of legislative amendments forced upon Ukraine by the West should be stopped. These amendments, in essence, destroy all moral values and violate the Constitution of Ukraine.
On 12 October 2011, the Prime Minister of Ukraine signed “Implementation plan of the Concept for Development of Criminal Justice for Minors in Ukraine”. The Prime Minister was deceived by ambiguous terms, such as “restorative justice”, “probation service”…
What is “restorative justice”? It is third-party interference between the judge and the so-called delinquent – in other words, probation service.
What is “probation service”? It is a network of inspectors – volunteers – out of hastily trained students or members of LGBT civic organizations, genderists from La Strada, etc. They carry out control over children – artificial delinquents. In fact, the matter here is introduction of a criminal juvenile justice system. This whole system of deceit is funded by Canadian Embassy in Kiev, multimillionaire G. Soros, United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF), and the responsibility for the enforcement of this criminal structure rests with Dmytro Yagunov from Odessa, who was trained for this purpose in Belfast (Ireland).
The concept for criminal justice was signed by the Ukrainian President without his knowing that he had in fact signed juvenile justice. The Parliament was not presented the concept for approbation at all. Lobbyists adroitly circumvented the Parliament by making no draft law but just a “Concept Implementation Plan…” which, without explanation of terms, was presented by them to Prime Minister M. Azarov for approval. They explained neither the term “restorative justice” (point 1) nor the term “probation service” (point 4). Yet the main mechanism of the introduction of the juvenile (criminal) justice system is the very establishment of “restorative justice” and “probation service”.
The main principle of restorative justice is that “the delinquent is always more important than the offence itself”. This sounds very noble. But in fact it is colossal lawlessness against defenceless children and parents. In this system of criminal inspectors, an innocent person is turned into a culprit. Then they hypocritically save him from legal proceedings by inflicting on him practically the heaviest punishment – they remove the child from its parents. The principle is the same as if a completely innocent person was accused of murder for which the court imposes, let’s say, a prison sentence of 15 years. The person concerned is completely innocent; however, probation service “saves” him from the court trial in such way that it unfairly punishes him straight away – e.g. by euthanasia.
What does “preventive control” mean here? This system removes a child from normal family conditions, hypocritically claiming that this is prevention of potential offence. In fact, this is the heaviest crime against children and against humanity, worse than the crimes of Fascism. Once a child has been taken away from its family, neither objective assessment by the public nor a court trial nor the efforts of the parents nor anything else has any effect. It is no more possible to obtain justice, detect the truth and get the child back. And after deceiving the highest state authorities, these criminals now seek to incorporate this heaviest crime against children, parents and the nation from below. They deceive state officials from regional and district administrations and incorporate therein the criminal system of juvenile justice through illegally founded gender centres.
Inspectors of probation service elicit information about the child and its parents from neighbours or from people in the street. Completely immaterial information becomes a cause for removal of children. They punish for example for so-called child neglect, which means that if a child plays in the family’s yard e.g. for 30 minutes without supervision, it is a reason for the probation service to remove the child from the family. There has so far been no such criminal “service” in Ukraine. And now an entire network of inspectors is to be established already in the year 2012 without being legalized. Even this is subsidized from the West.
This will be a whole structure of inspectors authorized to implement various measures in schools, take children to psychologists, narcologists, social workers or other so-called specialists, and that all without the knowledge of parents. In this point, the activity of the probation service violates the Family and Ethical Code of Ukraine. For example, in St. Petersburg 36 nursery schools were visited by so-called gynaecologists who, without parents’ knowledge, carried out experiments on children who, as a consequence, suffered severe traumata. It turned out that those so-called specialists were perverted people.
How the juvenile justice system in France works, demonstrates an example of removal of a 3-year-old daughter from actress Natalia Zakharova 13 years ago: The child was taken away without trial. Only after the mother started a struggle for the return of her child, she received a verdict which was issued on the basis of probation service. It contained allegations of “stifling maternal love”. Intervention of the Presidents of Russia and France changed nothing. Chief prosecutor of France commented: “Our removal of children meets a quota fixed from above.” The process of reaching juvenile justice verdicts looked as follows: serial production of exactly the same verdict forms with a single space left to be filled with the name. Today there are 2 million artificial orphans in France. The Paris model is being incorporated in Ukraine through probation service and restorative justice.
Probation service in Ukraine refers to the Decree of President of Ukraine № 1085/2010 “On Optimization of the System of Central Executive Authorities” dated 9 December 2010. Point 1 of the document has an additional note on State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine (DPtS). The abbreviation contains the letter “t” which indicates territorial implementation of the service (in districts and regions). DPtS is a precursor to so-called probation service which already performs all of its tasks. This is an abuse of the Decree of the President, a fraud and a crime resulting in mass tyranny over innocent children. The MPs and the general public do not know that this is in fact a new network of juvenile inspectors and covert incorporation of the juvenile justice system.
We therefore appeal to the Ukrainian government to stop the vague process of so-called legislative amendments imposed by the West, because it is founded on a colossal and malicious lie. One signs something positive, such as child protection, and in fact these are crimes against children. Such legislative changes lead to gradual moral, spiritual and physical autogenocide of Ukraine.
Conclusion: We ask the employees of the District and Regional State Administrations not to allow implementation of DPtS in individual districts and regions, nor probation service with so-called restorative justice. The argument is clear: the juvenile justice system has not been legalized in Ukraine and is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine.
We also ask the managements of District and Regional State Administrations to abolish gender centres promoting gender-gay ideology and juvenile justice.
