BCP’s commentary on a journalist’s interview with a homosexuality promoter, Vatican adviser, priest James Martin SJ (Part two)

17 September 2020

Quote by the Jesuit Martin: “LGBT people are everywhere and so are LGBT Catholics. You can see why the Church in all countries is called to treat them as the Catechism dictates: ‘with respect, compassion, and sensitivity’.”

Commentary: We respond to this manipulation with our open letter which we addressed to Pope Benedict XVI in 2010. We demanded a revision of the Catechism which the Jesuit Martin now appeals to. This Catechism, approved by John Paul II, contains heresies.

Here are a few excerpts from our letter “The Catechism (CCC) approves of homosexuality (therefore it needs revision, art. 2357-59)”:

The promoters of homosexual immorality purposefully appeal to the CCC.

What is the Church’s true view of homosexuality? The sphere of sexuality is delimited by the Creator in the Sixth and Ninth Commandments of the Decalogue. Jesus cast out unclean demons, including demons behind homosexuality. Homosexuality is not innate, but it can be a dark legacy for the sins of the ancestors who brought down a curse on their offspring. The sins which bring down a curse include rebellion against God or the worship of pagan demons associated with various forms of divination, magic and spiritualism (Deu 18). However, homosexuality is nowadays acquired among young people mainly because of homosexual propaganda which is gaining in the power of false fashion and popularizing an immoral lifestyle. In the background, there is strong pressure from the NWO to enforce destructive totalitarian legislation.

The main fault for the mass spread of this immorality lies with fallen-away Christianity which has brought down a curse and refuses to repent. Through the heresies of neomodernism and a regard for pagan cults and their demons (Vatican II), it has opened the door to the spirit of the world and to mass apostasy. The same spirit of manipulation and lies has penetrated into the CCC’s interpretation of homosexuality.

The Catechism totally boycotts God’s Word which says: “People exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator… For this reason God gave them over to shameful lusts. For even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another.” (Rom 1:25-27)

The New Testament gives an emphatic warning against fire from heaven to all mankind for the sin of the Sodomites: “God condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction, reducing them to ashes, making them an example for the godless people of what is coming.” (2Pe 2:6) However, God also warns in the Scripture against the punishment of eternal fire for homosexuality and impenitence: “Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.” (Jud 1:7)

6 stages of lies contained in the CCC

Stage 1: Inaccurate definition

Quotation (CCC 2357): “Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex.”

Response: What spirit is behind this definition? A spirit that makes people believe that homosexuality is quite a normal thing. In fact, it is no innocent “attraction toward persons of the same sex” but it is a sin of unnatural and immoral abuse of sexuality.

Stage 2: Dispute on a historical and cultural basis

Quotation (CCC 2357): “It (homosexuality) has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures.”

Response: The CCC uses a poetic expression “a great variety of forms” for the most shameless perversions. It is not important at all to take into account different centuries with different cultures of pagan idolatry. What is important is that homosexuality has always been explicitly called a grave sin and abomination in all Christian cultures and in all centuries! The Catechism omits this fact.

Stage 3: Psychological dispute

Quotation (CCC 2357): “Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained.”

Response: God’s Word in Rom 1:25-26 clearly points out the psychological genesis of homosexuality:

  1. apostasy“they exchanged the truth of God for a lie” (v. 25a)
  2. idolatry“they worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator” (v. 25b)
  3. the consequence is expressed with the words for this reason: “for this reason God gave them over to shameful lusts” – homosexuality (v. 26)

The cause of homosexuality in Christian nations lies in the fact that the apostate church hierarchy has brought down a curse (see Gal 1:8-9):

heresies of neomodernism (Rom 1:25a) + syncretism with paganism (v. 25b) = homosexuality (v. 26)

The psychological and spiritual genesis of homosexuality is quite clearly explained.

Stage 4: The truth used as an alibi

Quotation (CCC 2357): “Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that ‘homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered’.”

Response: It seems here as if a sin is called a sin and an abomination an abomination, but it is not so in fact. From the context it follows that this quotation is a mere alibi. The Catechism neglects to clearly emphasize the essential thing, namely that homosexuality is a sin, and to warn Christians that they must not practise this perversion!

Quotation (CCC 2357): “Homosexual acts are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life…

Response: The expression close the sexual act to the gift of life gives the impression that homosexuality is not an unnatural moral perversion but is on the same level as, for example, illegal premarital sexual intercourse or marital cohabitation in which spouses illegally prevent the conception of a child. These are sins in the natural relationship between man and woman. But homosexuality is an abomination. The misleading expression of the Catechism, which confuses Catholics, is a crime.

Quotation (CCC 2357): “… (Homosexual acts) do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity.”

Response: This statement likewise gives rise to a false opinion that a sexual act between two homosexuals is no sin. It just says that these acts do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. The statement purposefully conceals the extreme gravity of this mortal sin.

Quotation (CCC 2357): “Under no circumstances can they be approved.”

Response: If the previous confusing statement is concluded with this additional one, it naturally follows that the Catechism takes homosexuality very seriously but only needs to add a negative conclusion as an alibi in view of Church doctrine. In this context, however, the conclusion is not taken seriously by anyone. The promoters of homosexuality in the Church who elaborated this part of the Catechism (Card. Schönborn and others) add an explanation below in the CCC according to which this rejection of homosexuality seems to be a mere one-sided opinion which, moreover, is discriminatory, i.e. homophobic! The CCC conceals that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination. (see Jud 1:7; 2Pe 2:6)

Stage 5: Theories on a false basis

Quotation (CCC 2358): “The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible.”

Response: The CCC speaks about deep-seated (i.e. innate) tendencies which science denies, and moreover, it is hypocritically silent about acquired homosexuality. By speaking about “a non-negligible number”, it deliberately gives the impression that every other Christian is a homosexual born with homosexual tendencies. And this is evil manipulation. The Catechism also conceals the fact that homosexuality is connected with unclean spirits that were cast out by Jesus rather than treated “with respect, compassion, and sensitivity”.

Quotation (CCC 2358): “This inclination constitutes for most of them a trial.”

Response: The misleading phrases of the Catechism, however, are not able to tell the truth, still less show these people the way of liberation!

Quotation (CCC 2358): “They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity.”

Response: Here the Catechism directly forbids telling the truth about sin. We must not lead them to conversion, repentance and the salvation of their soul. In actual fact, this false respect and false sensitivity is cruelty on the part of the Church because it offers no solution. Moreover, in case one follows these false principles presented in the Catechism, one will most likely become a homosexual oneself.

Quotation (CCC 2358): “Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided.”

Response: We ask: Does the CCC present to us the binding divine truths or some atheistic psychologies which justify, generalize and promote homosexuality? The Catechism does not allow the truth of the Holy Scripture to be said about homosexuality and, moreover, treats it as “discrimination”. The words every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided betray the CCC’s unity of spirit with the so-called anti-discrimination laws which punish so-called homophobes and discriminate against all normal people just because they do not pay tribute to homosexuals. This statement of the CCC directly contradicts the teachings of the Church. According to the CCC, all warning texts in both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible must be deleted. What the CCC preaches is a false gospel for which anathema – a curse – falls on the whole Catechism as well as on those who take these heresies seriously and believe them.

Quotation (CCC 2358): “These persons are called to fulfil God’s will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord’s Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.”

Response: What does the CCC mean by the term “to fulfil God’s will” in relation to pagans who practise this abomination and change partners? The CCC does not respond to this. And how should Christians who are in bondage to this unclean spirit fulfil this so-called God’s will if the Catechism neglects to call on them to repent? The CCC also neglects to encourage them to seek deliverance and healing from Jesus. For those who reject true repentance, there only remain the terrible words: “Do not be deceived: homosexuals will not enter the kingdom of God!” (1Co 6:9) If instead of repentance the CCC advises sodomites “to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord’s Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition”, it is just a manipulative pious phrase and degradation of the sacrifice of Calvary.

Stage 6: Pious phrases

Quotation (CCC 2359): “Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom…”

Response: The very term “homosexual persons” is misleading – it indirectly normalizes the sin of homosexuality. Behind homosexuality is an unclean spirit. Jesus delivers from unclean demons even today. Experience has shown that exorcism or prayer of liberation must be followed by true self-denial, interior prayer, a hard fight with thoughts and feelings, and radical avoidance of sin. It is similar to the process of liberation from drug addiction. Usually only after three to five years this person may be completely healed. In comparison to this, the CCC’s theories are just misleading pious phrases. The CCC says that so-called homosexual persons are called to chastity. But it does not say that the first and basic condition is conversion and repentance. According to the CCC, speaking about repentance would be a sign of so-called discrimination which a Catholic must avoid. The author of this section of the CCC has revealed that he has a homosexual, that is, an unclean spirit, and through the CCC this spirit, like a plague, infects the whole Church.

Quotation (CCC 2359): “…by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they (homosexual persons) can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.”

Response: Without repentance, all this is a bunch of phrases again. Where will such disinterested friendship end if it does not even exclude friendship with other unrepentant homosexuals?

Sacramental grace without conversion and repentance does not work. On the contrary, it is a sacrilege! If today some homosexuals demand church marriage, they are evidently inspired by the CCC which speaks confusingly about sacramental grace.

The CCC denies the fundamental principles of a true spiritual fight and presents false theories which keep Christians in sin and bondage. The CCC is to blame for the current epidemic of homosexuality and paedophilia.

The fruit of lies – spiritual and moral destruction

In America, Ireland, Australia, Germany and other states, homosexual and paedophile scandals have broken out even among the clergy. The responsibility for this also falls on the Catholic Catechism which indirectly approves of homosexuality.
