Promulgation of anathema on cardinals of the Catholic Church

The below-named cardinals were appealed along with other Catholic bishops in March 2009 to confess the true faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by 14th September 2009, the feast of Exaltation of the Holy Cross. On 25th August 2009 they were appealed for the second time. They denied their faith, they betrayed Christ, they did not dissociate themselves from the contemporary heresies and from the spirit of apostasy. Thus they called down on themselves God’s anathema (cf. Gal 1:8-9) as well as the canonical penalty of latae sententiae excommunication by reason of heresy according to can. 1364 §1 CIC.
By this announcement we just bring into the open the painful reality before the whole Church. As from this day, i.e. 15th September 2009, the below-named cardinals are excommunicated from the Catholic Church. They now hold their office unlawfully. The decrees issued by them will be invalid. Likewise the sacraments administered by them as from this day, with the exception of Baptism, are invalid. Unless they repent of their betrayal, they will be eternally condemned!
If they repent, they can be received back into the Church, but can no more occupy any post.

in this time of a deep crisis inside the Church, when the fundamental truths of the Christian faith are being generally denied and another gospel is being preached (cf. Gal 1:8-9), we appealed to all cardinals to publicly confess the faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies as well as cooperation with Freemasons.
We announce to You that all cardinals betrayed Christ, the Church as well as You!
As from 15th September 2009, the Church institution called the College of Cardinals has ceased to exist. In the past it did make some sense but now, owing to a common betrayal of Christ, of the Church and of You, it has lost this sense. It has thus become useless and harmful with regard to supreme good – salvation of the immortal souls – which is the purpose of the Church’s existence.
Your Holiness, we propose to You a biblical Church structure for the leadership of the Church, namely an assembly of the 12 headed by You – Peter.
Programme of internal reform:
– The assembly of the 12 prepares the programme of the reform and together with You issues directives binding in conscience, connected with sanctions.
– The activity of dicasteries and all ecclesiastical structures is ceased. They have to change the spirit.
– Each nation shall have a reform committee established which will implement the programme of the assembly of the Twelve (headed by Peter).
Your Holiness, 25 years ago God cast out the spirit of militarism and death from the greatest world power through one man; 100 years ago Pope St. Pius X performed a reform of the Church. God gave You spiritual authority and responsibility. Start an internal reform of the Church!
