US prison as a model for the implementation of the “golden billion”
New World Order (NWO) aims for the reduction of humanity to a so-called “golden billion” – i.e. a compact group of microchipped people who are easy to control. Ideologues of this system of the reduction of mankind introduce suicidal mechanisms in various spheres of social life. For example, in health care (abortion, euthanasia, vaccinations etc.), the socio-economic sphere (juvenile justice, gender-homosexuality, narcotics, sexual education, electronic chip cards, bank credits, private prisons etc.). All this happens under the guise of positive phrases about “human rights”.
USA are undoubtedly taking the lead in these innovations. If we look, for example, at the system of the execution of sentence that works there, in parallel with the state prisons it presupposes the existence of private prisons. The judgment contains cumulated penalties for crimes so that it can reach up to 120 years’ imprisonment. Criminal procedure in other countries implies that major penalties include minor ones, so that the length of life is enough to carry the responsibility.
Generally it means that a person who committed a murder for which he is sentenced, for example, to 15 years’ imprisonment, also committed theft and assault. 5 years for theft, 6 years for assault. This person will be sentenced to 15 years in countries outside the US. However, according to the US Code of Criminal Procedure he will be sentenced to 15+5+6=26 years.
Regarding the number of prisoners – USA take the lead again. Various statistics show that there are 2.2 to 2.3 million people in US prisons, whom the society isolated for committing both felonies as well as minor offences. The statistics show that the number of prisoners in USA is higher than in any other country in the world. About half a million more than in China, although the number of the Chinese population is 5 times higher than in the US, as well as proportionately more than in Russia. USA even outstripped countries such as Iran in terms of the number of convicts.
“In all countries people who commit serious crimes, murder, rape or other serious crimes of violence, invariably go to prison if they are found guilty,” said Andrew Coyle, Professor at the International Centre for Prison Studies, King’s College, London. “However, the difference is an increasing prison population in the US as a result of the high number of convictions for petty offences.”
Private prisons are a new form of inhumane exploitation in various industries. Their owners do not have to be nervous due to strikes, due to the payment of unemployment insurance, due to holidays, leaves of absence or adequate compensation. All of their workers are employed full time, never late, never skip for “family reasons”; moreover, if they do not like the pay and refuse to work, they are locked in solitary confinement. Experts consider the US prison system to be “in imitation of Nazi Germany with regard to forced slave labour and concentration camps”.
According to human rights organizations, there are several factors that contribute to an increase in potential income for those who invest in the prison industrial complex:
1) The sentences to imprisonment for non-violent offences, and long prison sentences for possession of microscopic quantities of illegal substances. E.g. in New York City, Anti-Drug Act of 1973 provides for 15 years’ imprisonment to life sentence for 4 ounces of any banned substance. The system works as follows. Drugs are popularized, people get used to them and then drugs are legalized and it is presented as a human right. When the number of drug addicts increases, the state alerts the public to the need to combat this negative phenomenon through criminalization and large penalties. In this way an addict gets to prison. And considering the state of this person, he has virtually no chance of a return to freedom.
2) After the adoption of The Three Strikes Law in 13 states (i.e. a life sentence for three felonies) it was necessary to build another 20 federal prisons. One of the appalling consequences of this law became three judgments – 25 years each – passed on one man for stealing a car and two bicycles (75 years).
3) Long-term punishments:
– the adoption of laws that require at least a minimum imprisonment regardless of the circumstances
– the wide use of prison labour benefits, which leads to the imprisonment of a greater number of people and for longer periods
– the extension of prison sentences
One more fact regarding the association between the juvenile justice system and private prisons in the United States. The juvenile justice system works in Pennsylvania as in other states of the USA – it is a special justice system in relation to minors aged 10 to 17 years who did not necessarily commit a crime. The most common trespasses of this kind are skipping school, running away from home, and use of alcohol. Minors may be deprived of liberty not only for specific offences but also for “behaviour” or “family reasons”.
In 2009, the news reported on a “case of the sale of children” – a criminal offence committed by public officials, the judges of the canton of Lucerne, who illegally sold the convicted minors to private juvenile prisons of Pennsylvania. About 6,000 minors aged 10-18 years were illegally deprived of liberty and the right of defence. Under the “project”, the judges received $2.8 million from the directors of the private prison.
The genocidal juvenile justice system is designed so that in the first stage the mass media create the impression that a large number of parents are tyrants and children’s rights are violated. This is followed by an active propaganda among children in favour of “their rights”. Juvenile services remove children from normal families for fabricated reasons. Parents are punished for violating “children’s rights” if for the sake of the moral health of their child they reduce the child’s vices or harmful desires. Minors become unmanageable because they know, after the school “informed” them, that they can complain about their parents forbidding them from anything and so they threaten their parents and the parents must “eat humble pie” or else they will be punished. This leads to increasing crime among minors in the society. Ideologues then sound the alarm about the necessity of reducing crime as it is becoming more and more dangerous to live in such a society – and this is only possible through the introduction of severe penalties for minors. In this way ill-mannered and unruly young people get into jail. Children who were taught from childhood only to claim their rights and not to carry the responsibility are unable to obey any law and become potential criminals and permanent inmates. This fact is confirmed by statistics. However, the main criminals are not the children or their parents but the evil NWO system!
Reduction-of-mankind ideologues have invented an autogenocidal system, and the US legal system is a paragon. The mechanism operates so as to get into jail as many people as possible and to keep them there until the end of life. Prisons are places of imprisonment where prisoners can no longer enjoy their full rights as other citizens. They can easily, and even legally, be subjected to vaccination, microchip implantation, euthanasia, abortion or other negative practices. This is actually a model of implementation of the future “golden billion” – a modern form of slavery.
Conclusion: This satanic NWO system under the guise of human rights has come because people refuse to hear the truth. The only solution is true repentance; it means to admit the truth – we were deceived – and to draw the necessary conclusions!
