Protection of public morality (+ video)
Lviv, 28 September 2011
Members of the Parliament of Ukraine
Dear Members of Parliament,
in the coming days a draft law on protection of public morality shall be presented to You. Unfortunately, this proposal does not lead to protection of public morality but to its eradication. Why? It refers to international standards and authorities, particularly the EU and the UN, which unfortunately do not promote moral and spiritual values at the present time but antivalues, antilaws and amorality. Antieducation is being introduced into the school system, including kindergartens. Children are being exposed to sexual immorality and gender schizophrenia.
The UN and the EU promote homosexuality as an ideology, this ideology destroying the family and all moral values and making people slaves of perverted sexuality. The UN and the EU promote the juvenile justice system which takes children away from good families without trial and without any chance of defence.
The UN and the EU advocate so-called anti-discrimination laws which introduce discrimination of the majority of society in the state. It means legalization of penalties for all opponents of amorality, especially for parents who defend their children against gay activists and paedophiles. The UN and the EU advocate euthanasia, which has already started to be used to kill undesirable people with impunity.
How are these antilaws pushed through? By bribes in the form of so-called subsidies granted on the condition of introduction of amorality, by psychological manipulation and by concealment of the essence of the problem.
An example of psychological manipulation was a trick of German Chancellor Merkel and her lawyers who pushed through the Lisbon Treaty and hence legalized homoideology throughout the EU in spite of the fact that the vast majority of people were opposed to it. President of the Czech Republic V. Klaus denounced that fraud as well as the illegal second referendum in Ireland.
The laws are now being changed – or, as they say, amended – in such way that Members of Parliament are unable to penetrate to the heart of the problem and to reveal the hidden intentions which pursue demoralization of the individual and society and loss of national sovereignty. At the end the seemingly good amendments add a statement saying that the law shall be interpreted in compliance with international treaties, that means, with quite the opposite meaning. This is the case with Art. 31 concerning so-called protection of public morality.
In 2005, Ukraine adopted the Law on Ensuring Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities for Women and Men. The meaning of gender equality was that men and women had equal civil rights. However, Resolution 1728 issued by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in 2010 gives a new meaning to gender equality. It presents a new theory of so-called social gender according to which everyone can choose if one wants to be a man or a woman, regardless of who one really is. If Ukraine wished to repeal the 2005 law because of its fundamental changes in 2010, it would be classified as non-compliance with international commitments, which is liable to sanctions.
If the law is to serve the purpose of protecting morality, it necessarily has to contain the following:
1) identification of the root of immorality,
2) diagnosis of specific basic forms through which the youth and society are demoralized,
3) specification of the means of prevention of negative influences in the mass media, education and culture,
4) specification of the means of positive education of the future generation as preparation for responsible marriage and parenthood.
Instead of this, the draft law covertly promotes homosexuality which destroys the family and, moreover, spreads fatal AIDS. This so-called amendment to the law on protection of public morality is a part of changes planned until 2016.
What is the aim of these changes? Promotion of homosexuality, legalization of immorality and lawlessness, elimination of Ukrainian independence and introduction of globalization which will be the highest form of dictatorship by means of unlimited control over individuals and families. President of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Klaus, said that such control would deprive people of the opportunity to manage their own lives. The amendments speak about freedom, lawfulness, rights, elimination of discrimination… But in essence they establish lack of freedom, injustice, antilaws, discrimination and amorality.
What is the root of morality and what is the root of antimorality?
True morality is intrinsically linked with the faith in God, the Creator of all that is, seen and unseen (the Creed). Darwinism is an unscientific theory and ideology, artificially maintained in order to promote atheism. Antimorality is intrinsically linked with atheism, pagan demonism and Satanism. True Christian faith reckons with death, God’s Judgement and a happy or unhappy life after death. This life, happy or unhappy, lasts for all eternity. The Christian faith reckons with the reality of evil and sin, truth and lie. God’s Commandments – the Decalogue – assure harmony and happiness both on earth and after death. They culminate in the commandment of love: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength, and your neighbour as yourself.” (Lk 10:27)
An example of love for God and neighbour is our Saviour Jesus Christ who took the punishment which we deserved for our sins and died on the cross for us. Love is the opposite of self-love – egoism. Antimorality is based on egoism and lie, and develops the evil which is in us. “From within, out of the human nature, proceed murders, immoralities, thefts, pride…” (cf. Mk 7:21-22). True morality is effective protection against sin and against development of evil in us as well as outside us. False morality promotes evil and falsehood. It turns the individual and society into slaves of sinful addictions. Jesus gives us forgiveness of sins and true freedom of spirit. He also sets an example of forgiveness. Dying on the cross, He prayed for the enemies: “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” (Lk 23:34) He expressed the basic standard of morality with the words: “Whatever you do not wish that others would do to you, do not do to them.” (cf. Mt 7:12)
The Word of God clearly enumerates sins, including homosexuality, and emphasizes: “All who do these things will not enter the kingdom of God.” (cf. 1Cor 6:9)
Well-brought-up youth are the hope of the nation, the nation’s greatest treasure. Depraved youth dig a grave both for themselves and for all those who neglected their education. But the greatest responsibility falls on those who by legalization of amorality caused their demoralization and demonization.
Good education of the future generation must be founded on the true and living faith. On a personal relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who died on the cross and rose from the dead for the sake of every one of us. Before Him we shall give account for all our life. If now, in a short period of testing, we kill our conscience, boycott divine and moral laws and reject the redemptive death of the Son of God for our sins, there remains but fearful expectation of judgement and eternal condemnation.
If the Ukrainian society is to see its moral renewal, young people must be given the opportunity to meet with living Christianity. Western Christianity has betrayed the foundations of faith and morals. It covers up paedophilia, tolerates and even promotes homosexuality (e.g. ex-Card. Husar). This pseudo-Christianity disputes the redemptive sacrifice of the Son of God (ex-Archbp. Zollitsch) as well as His real and historical resurrection (Prof. Halik). This apostatical Christianity has spiritual unity with the so-called spirit of Assisi which puts the true worship of God on an equal footing with the worship of demons. The worship of demons is associated with immorality and perversions. The worship of God, by contrast, is associated with morality and virtues.
Dear Members of Parliament, do not let Yourselves be deceived or broken by psychological pressure which is forcing You, little by little, into passing a sentence of death upon Yourselves and upon Ukraine. Do not pass the following bills by any means:
1) “On protection of public morality”
2) “Strategy of juvenile criminal justice in Ukraine” (this is, in essence, legalization of the juvenile justice system)
3) “Strategy to combat discrimination in Ukraine”, i.e. so-called antidiscrimination laws (this is an effort at secret establishment of a homodictatorship).
Praying for You and bestowing a blessing on You in the fight for the sake of God and Ukraine,
