Dear Mr President, honourable Members of the Russian Government,

on 12 March, we addressed You with an urgent proposal for the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Council of Europe and the possible establishment of a Eurasian Council. The reason is the imposition of mandatory commitments by the Council of Europe that lead to the most serious crimes against humanity and the most cruel abuse of children.

Let us draw attention to a criminal document of the Council of Europe entitled “Children’s Rights Strategy (2016-2021)”. It promotes a neo-fascist ideology of the NWO.

The contents of the document: Point 19 states that the family is the main source of violence.

the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby expresses an open protest against the ratification of the Istanbul Convention of the Council of Europe. Using positive terms, this Convention establishes a self-destructive system leading to spiritual, moral and ultimately physical genocide of the Czech nation.

The Council of Europe considers every form of upbringing to be violence and removes children from their parents therefor. The goal is to establish a mechanism for stealing children from each family, which cannot be appealed against in the state. So it introduces a new mechanism called GREVIO, de facto a modern Gestapo terrorizing families and children!

To President and Government of the Russian Federation

The Council of Europe with its priority programme of so-called human rights (de facto sexual deviations) subjects all member states to evil self-destruction. Depriving Russia of voting rights on the basis of artificial sanctions is an insult. The Council of Europe would deserve sanctions for the nefarious neo-fascist programme – it would deserve to be abolished! Russia should establish a Eurasian Council and withdraw its membership from the Council of Europe in protest.

Shock: NWO globalists promote the stealing of children in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)! They refer to obligations that Russia has to the Council of Europe. They even plan that Yakutia will become a pilot project for the promotion of child stealing across the Russian Federation. Russia as a member of the Council of Europe is de facto implicitly forced to adopt all destructive laws promoted by the NWO and approved by the EU. These are the so-called human rights of the Council of Europe: homosexuality and the punishment of the majority of the population under so-called antidiscrimination laws, the exposure of children since their birth to sexual perversion, harmful vaccination of infants, the stealing of children from families for fabricated reasons, the legalization of drugs, sterilization and euthanasia, the promotion of various forms of occultism and sects with a view to eliminating Christianity and moral principles, which have been the foundation of the European civilization for nearly 2000 years. This programme is a programme of so-called reduction of humanity, which means genocide of the planet.

On Tuesday, 22 March 2016, the Islamists made a terrorist attack in Brussels and on 24 March, Francis washed and kissed the feet of the Islamists. His aim is to promote the Islamization of Europe leading to the destruction of Christianity and European civilization. He betrayed Christ, expelled the Spirit of Truth and received the spirit of lies, the spirit of antichrist.

“Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah)? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.” (1Jn 2:22-23)

Francis denies the Father and the Son by placing Christians on a level with worshippers of pagan gods – demons, and says: “We are all children of God.” Francis’ manipulation consists in telling a partial truth to assert heresy. We are all children of God, but only in the sense that God created all people. Those who are saved as well as those who are condemned. However, Francis uses the term “children of God” as if we were all automatically saved without repentance and without Jesus Christ. And that is a supreme heresy. Manipulation by using the terms children of God and the mercy of God is de facto denial of the truth that God is just and also denial of eternal punishment, and this is another heresy. The Catechism teaches that presumptuous reliance on Divine Mercy is a sin against the Holy Spirit.

USA controls and dictates to the Ukrainians how to commit their own suicide not only in economy but especially concerning Christianity and moral values. In the US, according to statistics, 75% of AIDS carriers and 80% of the carriers of hepatitis B or other infectious diseases are homosexuals. Homosexualism entails massive spread of crime and drug addiction. Homosexuals are responsible for 50% of murders in New York. In Los Angeles, homosexuals sexually abused 30,000 children.

You yourself at every opportunity vigorously promote homosexualism, so-called “pride parades” and so-called “LGBT Rights”, and now You try to force this sexual deviance on the Ukrainians as if it were something of prestige. Let us point out that homosexuality, apart from the fact that it is moral perversion, was until recently ranked among mental diseases worldwide.

There can be physical terrorism and spiritual terrorism. The one who prepares the conditions for mass terrorism has the greater guilt than the one who is guilty of physical terrorism. And this is what Francis is doing! He prepares destruction of Christianity and European civilization. The whole world is shocked by the crimes of Islamists in Paris, Cologne and now in Brussels; however, Francis cynically continues to promote Islamization. This time he made a gesture of kissing the feet of Islamists instead of focusing on Christ and His redemptive death on the cross during the greatest Christian feast.

Francis is an antichrist; he says that we, Muslims and Hindus have the same god. Does this mean Allah or Shiva or other Hindu gods (demons)? The Apostle John writes: “He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.”

The Holy Week begins. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby turns to You and appeals to You publicly to repent on behalf of Yourself and the Vatican.

We live in a time when supranational structures in stages promote the Holocaust of Europe and the entire planet. The major means they use is the promotion of homosexuality – the sin of the Sodomites. The Scripture warns all mankind against this abomination. “…just as Sodom and Gomorrah … which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.” (Jude 7, cf. 2Pe 2:6-8)

Another means towards the Holocaust is the promotion of mass stealing of children from their loving parents for fabricated reasons. The Council of Europe has agreed a Convention and Strategy for stealing children de facto from every family. These children are then demoralized in so-called professional families by homosexuals, paedophiles and sadomasochists. Children are shunted between them. This is the greatest suffering for children, harder than the suffering of the war, harder than misery or hunger. If these children died, it would be for them a lesser evil than to be sacrificed to the Moloch of the NWO which demands satanic tyranny over children, and often even their lives.

Two Moldovan monasteries and 12 priests have stood in defence of the Orthodox faith, the Gospel and the Holy Tradition. Saint Basil, Saint Athanasius or other defenders of orthodoxy would do the same today and defend the faith against the archheretic Patriarch Kirill. Kirill has used manipulation to prepare the Pan-Orthodox Council of 2016 and ecumenism with the Vatican’s heresies to cause self-destruction of the Orthodox Church and the saving faith! For this and other crimes against Christ, the Church and the Russian nation, pseudo Patriarch Kirill has been placed under multiple anathema. If anyone is consciously in unity with the spirit and programme of self-destruction of the Orthodox Church planned by Kirill, one likewise is under God’s curse – anathema.

The Synod of Bishops of Moldova was confronted with a choice: They will either protect the defenceless sheep which had recourse to them as their shepherds or they will turn out a group of traitors of Christ and of the Church who subordinated themselves to the antichristian system introduced into the Orthodox Church by the archheretic Kirill.

On Sunday 6 March 2016, Pope Francis mentioned the terrorist act in Yemen in which four nuns and several other people were killed. He also used that opportunity to encourage Europe even more to take in the so-called “refugees”.

Quote: “I pray for them and for the other persons killed in the attack…”

Response: Francis was obliged to radically oppose the evil system which is the cause of the Islamization of Europe. Instead, he uses the terrorist attack to promote Islamization and thus manipulates people. His prayer, therefore, is a prayer of a hypocrite.

Quote: “These people are victims of the attack of those who killed them and of indifference, of this globalization of indifference, which doesn’t care.”

Response: Francis is not indifferent; he cares too much about implementing NWO globalization in Europe, particularly through Islamization.

According to the news published by L’Osservatore Romano, the Pope emphasized that the influx of migrants brings a chance as Europe found itself “enhanced” thanks to similar invasions in the past.

Response: Why does the Pope not mention a concrete case from the past when and where Europe was enhanced thanks to Muslims?

Quote: “Today we can talk about an Arab invasion. It is a social fact.”

Response: The Pope has repeatedly spoken only recently about migrants fleeing war and hunger, and he urged all the people not to reject them. Suddenly he is awakened to the reality, when there are more than a million of them here, and admits that it is an Arab invasion!

To Bishops of the Orthodox Church of the Russian Federation

In his speech, Bishop Tikhon concealed the true nature of the problem regarding Patriarch Kirill’s meeting with the Pope. The meeting was fully in line with the NWO globalization policy. Ecumenism today means unity with pan-heresies promoted by the apostate Vatican! It denies the uniqueness of salvation in Christ, the Divinity of Christ, His real and historical Resurrection and the inspiration of the Scriptures. Conducting an interreligious dialogue, the Vatican has accepted the spirit of reverence for pagans and their demons, and expelled the Holy Spirit. These are the gravest heresies, graver than Arianism or Monothelitism for which the Patriarchs and the Pope were excommunicated from the Church in 681. The pan-heresies of ecumenism within the NWO system also pose a threat to the security of the Russian state. Thus, the state government is obliged to intervene against self-destructive church politics. If the President and the Government underestimate the problem and neglect to intervene and to remove Patriarch Kirill from office, the blame for the autogenocidal process will fall not only on heretical and treacherous bishops but also on the President and the Government. Today the Vatican promotes the NWO globalization policy which secretly, in stages, leads the Orthodox Church to self-destruction.

During his general audience on 2 March 2016, Francis gave a speech about God’s mercy. On the one hand, he speaks about the deep truths concerning God’s mercy and repentance, on the other hand – as at every opportunity – he calls for the Islamization of Europe by so-called refugees. He says that if Catholics host Islamists in their parishes, monasteries and sanctuaries, God will forgive even the heaviest sins: “Your sins, though they be scarlet, shall become white as snow, pure white like wool, and the people will be able to eat the good of the land and live in peace.” (Isa 1:18-19) To misuse the Scriptures to support Islamization is manipulation and a sin against the Holy Spirit. Moreover, we can already see in practice how the Islamists are eating the good of the land and committing one criminal act after another. But Francis never talks about this. He is just a mouthpiece for the NWO architects, promoting their programme.

There was a great round of applause when Francis pathetically addressed suspicious benefactors: “Please, take your cheque back and burn it.… The people of God, that is the Church, do not need dirty money.”

Earlier this year, the WHO caused media hysteria about the so-called Zika virus threat. Even Pope Francis was carried away by this hysteria.

The BBC reports that Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccinations were mandated for pregnant women in Brazil in 2015. Since then Brazil women began to give birth to babies with the microcephaly birth defect. The minimum percentage of the affected children also have the Zika virus, but all mothers of the disabled children received the new combined vaccine during pregnancy. The history of the Zika virus does not record any birth defects.

Due to the fictional aftermath of the Zika virus, the World Health Organization declared an international emergency state and the Zika virus to be a serious global threat!!!

MUDr. P. Calda, Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, says: “The current media hysteria based on hypothetical unsubstantiated reports must be rejected…”

Pope Francis used this media hysteria to condone contraception. However, he swears that he in no way condones abortion “because it is a crime”. It can be expected that soon a new virus will break out unexpectedly and Francis will condone abortion, too, for ‘justified’ reasons.

Allah demands blood and cut-off heads of Christ’s disciples. Francis makes every effort to introduce this practice in Europe as soon as possible.

On Sunday, 28 February 2016, Francis once again urged Europe to “distribute equally the weight” of helping the “migrants”. Last year, Muslims in Egypt ritually beheaded 21 Christians and provocatively filmed it. Francis is silent on it, which means that he approves of it. In the same year, Muslims beheaded 30 Ethiopian Christians and murdered Christians in Libya in the same way. Francis keeps silent. Last year marked the 100th anniversary of the genocide of 1.5 million Armenian Christians. Francis is silent on this holocaust. Today, we are witnessing the programmed Islamization of Europe associated with terrorist attacks and crime of all kinds, but the Pope is not silent any more. He is constantly repeating one and the same mantra: Every parish, every monastery, every sanctuary of Europe, take in Muslim “migrants”!

The Qur’an is not the same holy book as the Bible and the Muslim Allah and the Christian God is not one and the same. Nonetheless, Francis publicly proclaims these heresies.

Memorandum of the antichrist

The Pan-Orthodox Council is scheduled for 19 June 2016. The Council is part of the plan of supranational globalists and is used by them to destroy the Orthodox faith in Greece as well as the spiritual centre of Orthodoxy, the Holy Mount Athos.

The Council is also a tool of globalization of Russia through treacherous Church hierarchy (apostate Patriarch Kirill, Archbp. Hilarion…).

The Catholic Church is the strongest secret advocate of the ideology of Satanic globalization coupled with the reduction of humanity. Now under the guise of a continuous dialogue with Catholic heretics the Orthodox clergy will start a process of self-destruction of Orthodoxy. Patriarch Kirill has betrayed Christ as well as the nation. The programme of the Council and the Strasbourg Memorandum are illegal and pose a threat to the security of the Russian state! The Strasbourg Memorandum is aimed at destroying Orthodoxy not only in Greece but also in other states. The Memorandum focuses on several spheres.

On 25-29 June 2014, a “Memorandum” was signed in Strasbourg which will come into effect on 1 May 2016 and involves a draft programme until 16 August 2020.

In the light of this document, one can clearly see the changes in the sphere of spiritual education as well as the reasons for the rapid convening of the Eighth Pan-Orthodox Council on the Feast of Pentecost (19 June 2016). As can be seen, there is only one aim behind this Council: to destroy the Orthodox Church and to demoralize the nation. From 21 to 28 January 2016, a preparatory meeting was held in Switzerland (Chambésy) where the liquidation programme was already approved under the guise of positive terms.

The signatures of the hierarchs who signed the Memorandum reveal that these hierarchs renounced the true God and chose the path to eternal hell. The Memorandum is a real “plan” of grey eminences which in many ways clarifies the current pseudo reforms in society.
