Art.1: “Electronic identification of all citizens of the EU and the Russian Federation (from 16 June 2017). Adoption of the Article by all the Christian Churches.”
Response: Archbishop Hilarion discusses electronic identification in Strasbourg behind the back of the Orthodox Christians not only in relation to EU citizens but also in relation to the citizens of Russia. As a delegate of Patriarch Kirill, Bishop Hilarion acts on behalf of the Patriarch. The responsibility for all his actions falls on Patriarch Kirill. His gestures can be classified not only as a betrayal of the Church but also as treason.
Art.2A: “Abolition of state sovereignty – the formation of federal states united in districts with their capitals (from 17 October 2017).”
Response: Archbishop Hilarion carries out subversive activity; he decides the issue of abolition of state sovereignty and signs the relevant document.
Art.2C: “Recognition of the UN’s major role (from 7 October 2017) for all the world’s religions.”
Response: Archbishop Hilarion signs the transition of the Orthodox Church to the antichristian New Age pseudo religion. He subordinates the Church to a foreign and, what is more, antichristian organization. This is a suicide!
Art.3: “Legalization of all immigrants in all EU countries without restrictions (from 19 November 2016).”
Response: The legalization of immigrants may be decided only by the state government, not by the church hierarchs! Legalization of immigrants without restrictions is against the interests of citizens and to their detriment.
Art.4A: “Recognition of gay activities (gay pride parades…), so that they can freely and regularly go through all the streets of the cities of the EU (from 16 August 2016).”
Response: The goal of gay prides is demoralization of the moral and Christian public! The Church is obliged to protest and not approve demoralization.
Art.4B: “Recognition of homosexual and transsexual marriages and gay adoption of children (from 16 May 2016).”
Response: These are crimes against human nature. The religious leaders who signed the document, or initiated the signing process, fell under God’s anathema!
Art.4D: “Approval of sexual freedom in all the mass media and free circulation of different kinds of pornographic magazines at all levels of education (from 18 November 2016).”
Response: The anathema was placed on the religious leaders for this reason too. Youth, on the contrary, should be educated in responsible parenthood, selfless love, and warned against perversity.
Art.4E: “The opening of brothels (prostitution) in the vicinity of schools and universities throughout the EU as well as military camps (from 19 December 2016).”
Response: These are serious crimes against the young generation committed by the treacherous religious leaders! They are under God’s curse – anathema!
Art.4F: “At all levels of education it will be taught that sex for money is something great. This will be taught not only by teachers, but also by people who earn good money this way (from 22 December 2017).”
Response: To them who will do so Jesus says: “It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” (Mt 18:6)
Art.5: “Freely available child pornography on the Internet, but only for children aged 14 and over (from 24 December 2017).”
Response: Another moral crime which the Church is obliged to condemn rather than approve or programme it.
Art.6A: “Accepting a world government (from 10 December 2016).”
Response: It means to accept the Masonic programme of one world government under the NWO, which also introduces one world religion – i.e. New Age religion with the spirit of antichrist.
Art.6B: “The legalization of homosexuality in schools, the teaching of homosexuality in educational establishments (from 20 September 2016).”
Response: These are crimes against youth which bring down a curse on church leaders! Youth should be compulsorily educated in moral values which are a priceless treasure for man.
Art.7A: “Legalization of New Age cults (from 21 September 2016).”
Response: Participation in the pagan cults is a grave sin. The people of Israel were punished for this sin by wars, Babylonian captivity and exile.
Art.7B: “Removal of the Greek flag and the flags throughout Europe, abolition of the Christian festivals of Europe (from 1 March 2017).”
Response: Regarding the removal of the flag and the abolition of Christian festivals, it is destruction of patriotism and Christianity. Youth should have reverence for saints and true heroes of their nation and follow them.
Art.8: “The recognition of gay registered partnerships and removal of the binding nature of Christian and civil marriages across the EU (from 21 October 2017).”
Response: This is a sign of satanization of the Christian nations.
Art.8D: “Removal of the practice of Christian burials and gradual introduction of mandatory cremation of the dead (from 20 May 2016).”
Art.8E: “The Church shall make cremation mandatory for those too who want a Christian burial (from 22 May 2016).”
Response: This is another element of uprooting the Christian tradition.
Art.8F: “Removal of the religious oath for MPs, governors, mayors, students etc. across the EU (from 23 May 2016).”
Response: Why do they want it? They want people in positions of responsibility to be people without conscience, ready to commit whatever fraud or crime!
Art.9A: “Abolition of the oath in parliament in all member states of the EU (from 25 May 2016).”
Response: It means to uproot the relation to their own nation!
Art.9B: “Abolition of the practice of sprinkling with holy water in all schools and educational establishments (from 11 September 2016).”
Response: This has been a long-standing tradition both in Greece and Ukraine which has its spiritual, Christian background, and brings protection and blessing.
Art.9C: “Abolition of the practice of baptizing infants and entries in registers (from 12 September 2016).”
Response: The EU demoralizes little children in kindergartens but prohibits baptism.
Art.10A: “The formation of multinational and non-national armed forces according to NATO standards (from 30 January 2017), coupled with the abolition of compulsory military service in those EU countries where it is still practised.”
Response: NWO introduces destructive methods in the nation, and thereby causes unrest and rebellion. A foreign army will not take sides with the nation.
Art.15A: “The above-given regulations will be ratified by the Eighth Pan-Orthodox Council of the Christian Orthodox Church (19 June-9 July 2016).”
Conclusion of the Memorandum: “We commit to effect all these reforms in the period from 1 May 2016 to 16 August 2020 in order to allow the changes to be made and to fully enter the New Age on 1 May 2016. … we pray to one God and one man that he would appear to the world for the sake of solving all the problems of the planet.”
Response: The New Age means total destruction of Christianity. The god they pray to is Satan – Creator worshipped by the Masons – the Illuminati. And the one man who shall be revealed in the world is the Antichrist! All the reforms carried out by the apostates Kirill, Bartholomew and Francis are preparing the ground for the appearance of the Antichrist!

By authority of the apostolic and prophetic office, in the name of the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate declares God’s anathema – curse on the apostate Patriarch Kirill and his delegate Metropolitan Hilarion, on the apostate Patriarch Bartholomew and his delegate Metropolitan Theoklitos, on the apostate Pope Francis and his delegate Card. Kasper. Amen, amen, amen! If anyone is in spiritual unity with these Judases, God’s curse (anathema acc. Gal 1:8-9) which they brought down on themselves falls on him too.
