Is Patriarch Kirill a spiritual schizophrenic or does he consciously deceive the public?

On 26 June 2016, Pope Francis said that the Church had to ask the LGBT community for forgiveness for the way it had treated them. The Russian Orthodox Church responded to this statement of Pope Francis.

Quote of the press service of Patriarch Kirill: “In our view, it is quite a strange challenge. You will hear nothing like this from our mouth. We call a sin a sin and we call on sinners to repent. No other approach is acceptable from the Orthodox Church. A person must become aware of his sin, and not cover it up with a sort of universal human values.”

Response: This statement of the press service of the Patriarchate is fully Orthodox and Catholic. This is how every Christian must respond if he has received Christ and respects God’s commandments. However, the problem is that on Monday 20 June 2016, the Council in Crete adopted a document in which the Orthodox Church de facto approved homosexualism under the guise of removal of discrimination. This document of the “Holy Great Council” will be taken more seriously than the Holy Scripture or the Holy Tradition and even more seriously than the statement of the press service of the Patriarchate.

How did Patriarch Kirill comment on the Council in Crete? He himself diplomatically avoided participating in the Council but he was the very initiator of this heretical document which he had approved in Chambesy as early as January 2016. So his absence in Crete is a mere diplomatic move just like the statement of the Patriarchate’s press service.

Furthermore, the heretical document of the Council approved so-called interreligious dialogue, which in fact is no dialogue but submission of Christianity to pagan cults and gradual transition to the New Age All-In-One Religion. The document also contains a heretical attitude which rejects so-called fanaticism, this fanaticism actually being a label for the Orthodox faith and a true Christian life founded on the law of God! Moreover, the document obliges the believers to place Christianity and paganism on the same level. It says that one religion (Christianity) must not predominate over the other (pagan) ones. It is a heresy and betrayal of our Lord Jesus Christ and of the Holy Tradition.
