Your Excellency,

on Sunday 2 October 2011 You celebrated Divine Liturgy in the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Ternopol. The Liturgy was attended by the so-called Knights of the International Sovereign Christian Military Order of St. Michael the Archangel. After the Liturgy You delivered a sermon which opened the ceremony of dubbing so-called Christian knights. The solemn ceremony was followed by conferring honours on men of dignity, including You.

On 1^st May 2011, the Church has found herself in a sedes vacantis state. Pope Benedict XVI excommunicated himself from the Church by elevating to the altar of the Church the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – through pseudo beatification. The culmination of this apostasy was preceded by gradual apostasy of the hierarchy and majority of theologians from the Gospel and apostolic teaching into heresy.

On 1^st May 2011, Benedict XVI beatified John Paul II who marked an apostatical path in the very Church. By this gesture of his, Benedict XVI elevated to the altar of the Church the programme of heretical syncretism of John Paul II. On 1^st May 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate made it public that both these Popes fell out of the Church owing to their apostasy. As from 1^st May 2011, the Church is in a sedes vacantis state. Benedict XVI occupies the papal office unlawfully. A heretic cannot be a Pope. Benedict XVI is a Pope no longer.

On 13 September 2011, Reuters news agency reported that the victims of sexual child abuse brought an action before the International Criminal Court in The Hague against the highest representatives of the Catholic Church. It concerns Benedict XVI, the former Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the former Secretary of State Cardinal Sodano, Cardinal Bertone and Cardinal Levada. The court was presented with an 80-page complaint along with 20,000 pages of evidence of child abuse crimes for which the full responsibility falls upon the Church hierarchy. The main culprit, however, is missing among the accused because instead of being brought before the court he was beatified on 1 May 2011!

Members of the Ukrainian Parliament

Dear Members of Parliament,

we would like to ask You to deal with an urgent issue at the Parliament session on Tuesday 6^th September 2011, namely with religious discrimination now already associated with deportation and dissolution.

As from 10^th September 2011, Ukraine is introducing liberalization of the visa regime between Ukraine and the EU. The State Committee of Ukraine on Matters of Nationalities and Religions has been illegally blocking the registration of a religious minority – Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) for two years. From this it follows:

a) 23 contemplative sisters from the monastery of St. Elijah the Prophet find themselves outside the law, they will not obtain documentation for a long-stay visa and will have to leave Ukraine. They do not have monastery in the EU. Religious discrimination de facto passes into their dissolution.

Dear Mr Teixeira,

we turn to You in the matter of violations of human rights in the field of discrimination of a religious minority. Specifically, the enquiry here is discrimination of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). Monitoring over the Ukraine concerning observance of human rights is delegated to Mrs Reps and Mrs Wolwend. Their duty is to solve a specific problem which threatens to develop into an international scandal. The main culprits in the religious discrimination against the UOGCC are Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr Y.Bohutskyi, and Minister of Justice, Mr O. Lavrynovych. The new law on the liberalization of visa regime connected with the promotion of antidiscrimination laws does not bring liberalization but has an opposite effect. EU citizens in Ukraine, 23 religious sisters, are not only in danger of discrimination but also of deportation and, de facto, liquidation. Some of them have been in Ukraine for 17 years. The root of the problem is that there has been unlawfully refused registration of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) for two years. As a consequence of this religious discrimination, the Patriarch of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate and 23 religious sisters now cannot be granted long-term visas.

The mayor of Prague took under his patronage promotion of homosexuality – Prague-pride on 10th-14th August 2011. Vice Chancellor of the President justly condemned this support of his. The President said that he was not proud at all that a gay-pride was held in Prague. Ladislav Batora, an employee of the Ministry of Education, took the President’s side too.

Homosexual exhibition culminated in an allegorical procession on Saturday, 13th August 2011. One of the banners displayed an insulting cartoon of naked Vice Chancellor. Similarly, a cartoon of the President wearing pink glasses and standing on an allegorical car falsely and rudely labelled the President as a gay.

the laws relating to religious discrimination and fomentation of religious hatred are being violated in Ukraine. These crimes are committed by the state authorities, namely by the Regional State Administration in Lvov (R. Kurash) and Regional State Administration in Ternopol (I. Kulchytskyi). The police in Lvov and Chortkiv (Ternopol region) cooperates with them in these crimes.

the letter of our Bishop’s Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) was responded to on Your authority by Head of Your Cabinet. Your reply does not refer at all to the substance of the issue which we wrote You about. Instead of responding to the real facts, Your letter contains mere phrases about respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and so-called rights… Among other things, Your letter states the following: “Legislation on euthanasia in Belgium represents the decision of a sovereign EU Member State on a matter of national competence. As you are certainly aware, the European Union has no competence in such internal matters.”

In this historic moment when it is being decided whether the juvenile justice system will be approved in the near future, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appealed to all Christian Churches in Ukraine not to be indifferent but to urge Members of Parliament not to permit in any case legalization of this criminal structure in Ukraine whether in August or at any time later. 1st August 2011 was set as a term by which they were to publish their appeal to the Ukrainian Parliament on their web pages.

The juvenile justice system, without witnesses, without trial, without any real guilt and without a chance of defence, removes children from good families, places them in reception camps and then sells them preferentially to pseudo-families of homosexuals and paedophiles by means of so-called international adoption.

Dear Sir,

on 14 December 2010, we requested You personally to put a place at our disposal where we could celebrate Divine Liturgies. Specifically, we applied for the Jesuit Church of Sts. Peter and Paul in Lvov. You said that it was not possible because You had already donated it to the UGCC. You suggested that we should look for some other place in Lvov. We found a disused warehouse which was once a church. We bought it lawfully and it became our private property. We did most urgent repairs. We put on a new roof and now we use the church for regular worship and Liturgies for our faithful.

Religious sisters of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church have their chapel in Lvov on 6, Pluhova St., which is their private property. On Sunday 17 July 2011, another of a series of provocative actions organized by the Redemptorists and apostatical UGCC hierarchy took place in front of the chapel, during which they “sanctified” a cross. This all took place under the leadership of O. Fredyna, until recently chancellor of the Lvov archeparchy. He now holds the new office of a church political instructor of the Lvov City Council. This office is an anachronism since the Church in Ukraine is separated from the state. The main purpose of their action was to defame the orthodox Catholics, to incite the UGCC faithful against them, to arouse religious hatred and, finally, to steal the chapel, which is the private property of the sisters, or at least to prevent celebration of Divine Liturgies in that place. In other words – religious discrimination! The orthodox Catholics, though being publicly defamed during the provocative action, did not repay evil for evil.

dear government representatives of Austria,

we live in historic times, witnessing artful destruction of moral and spiritual values which have formed the foundation of Europe for nearly 2000 years. The new thinking is built on lies and unreality and leads to moral, spiritual and physical genocide of individuals, families and individual nations of Europe. Unfortunately, the tragedy is that this process of self-destruction is supported by international organizations such as the UN, European Parliament and PACE. However, the greatest responsibility falls on the Christian Churches.

It is publicly known that Austrian ex-Cardinal Sch?nborn shares the views that deny the essence of the Christian faith and morals. He sees the so-called reform of the Church in abolition of the priestly celibacy, in ordination of women priests, in church marriages of homosexuals and their ordination as priests and bishops.

On 29 June 2011, 300 priests in Austria signed a petition in which, among other things, they demand promotion of the above-mentioned perversions. The Catholic Church in Austria is no light any more but darkness, no way to salvation but to eternal perdition. The reason is that it has abandoned the Gospel and the Apostolic Tradition and failed to highlight conversion to Christ and true mission.

Dear Mr President,

dear government officials of Germany,

we announce to You a painful reality that the Evangelical Church of Germany and the Old Catholic Church, just like the Catholic Church in Germany, have brought down God’s anathema upon themselves and hence upon the German people. The reason is internal apostasy from the saving faith and in the case of the Evangelical Church its open legalization of homosexuality. They virtually denied sin, God’s laws and commandments, they no longer call evil evil and the truth the truth. These Churches have no more right to be called the Church of Christ. Denying the essential truths of the Gospel and casting out the Holy Spirit, they have become the spiritual Babylon (Rev 17:5) and the harlot of antichrist (Rev 17). They pose a threat of a dangerous infection for Germany.

On 26 July 2009, the Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) promulgated God’s anathema upon the Catholic hierarchy of Germany. The reason was the unity of the German hierarchy with the heresy of Msgr. Zollitsch who said that Christ did not die for our sins but only out of solidarity with the suffering. Denial of this fundamental truth of faith means denial of the essence of Christianity.

To Representatives and believers

of the Evangelical Church in Germany

Your Evangelical Church in Germany is a federation of 22 Churches. The majority of them give so-called blessing to the perverted homosexual lifestyle which God calls an abomination (see Lev 18:22). You have erased the term of sin and led people away from the way of salvation, i.e. from repentance! You have thus set a precedent for the whole world of a safe path to hell with the Church’s antiblessing. In addition, You ordain these immoral people to serve as shepherds. Instead of doing penance You kill conscience and publicly deny God’s commandments and God’s laws.

On 26th February 1996, You released the document “Living with Tensions” by which You officially approved of homosexuality in the Church. In fact, under the title of “Living with Tensions” is concealed a life without moral and God’s laws. God’s laws cannot be voted for or against; they are either observed or convict us of sin. You denied Sin and abomination!

On 15th November 2010, You released a document by which You allow immoral pastors – gays and lesbians – to live together with their so-called partners in church buildings. You have thus started the most efficient mission of a demonic abomination among Christians.
