David Zhvaniya, MP, has informed that one of the criterions of the passed election law is gender representation in the list of candidates. It establishes that the minimum representation of women must be 30%.

In 2010, PACE Resolution 1728 changed the meaning of the term “gender”. This term used in legislation no longer stands for gender as such. The essence of gender ideology is that a man has the right to declare himself to be a woman, and vice versa. He has the right to change his hairstyle and clothing, receive hormone treatment or undergo a sex-change operation. Even if his physiology remains unchanged and he just declares that he is not a man but a woman, the state must fully accept his decision. State authorities are then obliged to change his personal data accordingly.

World Health Organization (WHO) has officially confirmed the so-called gender theory. Based on gender ideology, it has published a brochure “Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe”. Under the guise of so-called sexual rights it promotes paedophilia, even starting with infants. This “new” approach has elevated the abuse of defenceless children as a sexual right, though it used to be punished as the most severe and heinous crime; and this crime has now become unpunishable. On the contrary, it is those who protect children from sexual abuse by paedophiles that are now put into prison in the West. Why? Because senior positions in the government, thanks to homosexual lobby groups, are now occupied even by paedophiles.

Belgium legalized the right to euthanasia for adults in 2002. Now the Senate has voted to extend the law to children. The draft bill was passed in the Senate by 50 votes to 17. In the Netherlands, Belgium’s northern neighbour, euthanasia is legal for children over the age of 12. But if the Belgian bill is passed in the lower house of parliament, Belgium will be the first nation in the world to lift all age restrictions.

In the beginning they presented a law that included mentally ill children, children with anorexia, children who are tired of life.

There were 6,945 registered adult deaths by euthanasia in Belgium between 2002 and 2012.

Governments and people of EU Member States

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) provides that the primacy of European law is absolute. It is applied to all domestic acts of EU Member States, whether adopted before or after the European Act. The primacy also extends to the judiciary. Where national law comes into conflict with European law, the ECJ exercises the highest authority and its decisions are final. The Maastricht Treaty extended the competence of the ECJ so that it can actively enforce compliance with its decisions in relation to states that fail to do so voluntarily (fines, penalties).

European legislation works on the principle of case law. On 12 December 2013, the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg (ECJ) passed judgment in Case C-267/12. It not only put civil partnerships on an equal footing with so-called same-sex “marriages” but even declared these two pseudo unions to be equal to natural marriage between a man and a woman.

You are responsible for the establishment of a totalitarian government in 28 EU countries through the Lisbon Treaty. You have deceived the citizens of 28 states which the Treaty of Lisbon has caused to lose independence and sovereignty.

Today, however, You commit a far graver crime by supporting a coup and a civil war in Ukraine. The recent events have shown that it is not Ukraine but the EU who has so great an interest in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. You try to achieve this aim with any and all means at Your disposal. You support a coup and the establishment of a new, illegal government which will treacherously sign the EU deal at the expense of the welfare of Ukraine.

There is an attempt at coup in Ukraine and a danger of the outbreak of a bloody civil war. This all is organized by Western organizations funded by the U.S. and supported by the EU. It is an international crime of interference in the internal affairs of an independent, sovereign state.

Unfortunately, UGCC representatives – Card. Husar, Msgr. Shevchuk and Msgr. Gudzyak – take an active part in the organization of this bloody coup. Two of them, Husar and Gudzyak, are U.S. citizens and spies. Using online social networks, Msgr. Gudzyak mobilizes the students not only of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) but of all Ukraine to become actively involved in the coup.
