Dear Sirs and Madams!
We hereby warn You against the macro-financial loan which Ukraine is being forced into by adopting a bill which is included in the eurointegration package. In general, this type of agreement has never obliged the states to waive their immunity. The paradox is that the aforementioned agreement omits such an important thing as interest rate. This loan actually sells Ukraine for 15 years, and that only for 610 million euros. Specifically, this means:
1. The loss of independence of Ukraine, because Ukraine herein waives any immunity of the State to which it (or any of its assets) is entitled.
2. In addition, Ukraine is obliged to provide any information, including confidential one, which could result in abuse of database by foreign institutions.
The Minister of Income and Fees of Ukraine has proposed that $ 500 million obtained illegally by Y. Tymoshenko should be paid back to Ukraine by the Swiss bank.
Dear MPs, we propose that the stolen money should be returned into the budget of Ukraine and the EU debt bondage should be rejected.
Moreover, it is necessary to cancel all the previous agreements between Ukraine and the EU concerning the suicidal loan.
