Dear Mr President,
the letter of our Bishop’s Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) was responded to on Your authority by Head of Your Cabinet. Your reply does not refer at all to the substance of the issue which we wrote You about. Instead of responding to the real facts, Your letter contains mere phrases about respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and so-called rights… Among other things, Your letter states the following: “Legislation on euthanasia in Belgium represents the decision of a sovereign EU Member State on a matter of national competence. As you are certainly aware, the European Union has no competence in such internal matters.”
If, as You state, the EU has no competence in internal matters of the individual states, why does it constantly exceed this competence? E.g.: Lithuania wanted to adopt the Law on the Protection of Minors against the Detrimental Effect of Public Information. In response, the EU issued a resolution and exerted pressure on this state so as to prevent such law from being passed. In this case, the EU went beyond its competence.
Another example is Hungary. The Hungarian Parliament defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman, which fact is laid down in the Constitution. It also states that human life begins at conception. This Parliament launched a programme of public education on protection of human life – i.e. protection against the killing of the child in the mother’s womb. This caused such an intense counteroffensive on the part of the European Parliament that the educational activities had to be stopped.
The European Parliament forces states into adoption of anti-laws. In the first place it promotes a homodictatorship which destroys moral values of the individual, family and nation. This perverse ideology is imposed even upon the African countries. Evidence is a resolution of 73 African countries which demand that the European Parliament should not pressurize them economically into legalization of homosexuality. Similarly, the European Parliament sponsors promotion of homosexuality in Ukraine under various lofty titles of European subsidies. When the laws of the individual states take a destructive direction, the EU supports them financially and by all kinds of political pressures. As for legalization of moral and spiritual values, the EU tries to eliminate them by means of sanctions or any other pressures.
In our letter of 1st March 2011 we pointed out that legalization of euthanasia brings along psychological pressure on patients with the purpose of obtaining their organs. We presented facts and statistics, specifically from Belgium, and warned that suicide is a very serious sin resulting in the loss of eternal life – i.e. eternal perdition. In conclusion we emphasized: “The spirit and ideology of the EU is worse than the spirit of Nazism which was condemned at Nuremberg.”
The response from Your Cabinet referred only to this one sentence, saying that “it is an affront to those who lost their lives in the Nazi death camps”. Perhaps it might be an affront to the tyrants from the concentration camps because such mass crimes and in so covert a way were not committed even by them. The EU leaders are leading all Europe to genocide – not even the Nazi leaders were able to achieve this. The Nazi tyrants exterminated an enemy nation and political opponents, but their own nation, the civilian population, was protected by them. However, in conformity with the ideology of the EU and the new anti-laws each state exterminates its own nation.
The EU also promotes the juvenile justice system, justifying it by slogans like “the rights of women and children”, but in reality this system is connected with the removal of children from good families without trial, without witnesses, without any real guilt and without a chance of defence. This is the cruellest tyranny in human history. Only in 2009, 70 000 children were removed in Germany; there are 2 million artificial orphans in France; a countless number of mothers have committed suicide. Many children are sold for adoption to homosexuals or paedophiles and others, as admitted by the Italian Interior Minister Roberto Maroni, are sold for organs. This harshest tyranny is promoted by the EU and the individual states with their competence are powerless against it.
Your Cabinet does not respond to the essence of the problem but brushes aside the most topical issue concerning the right to life versus so-called legal killing of the victims of the EU system.
Mr President, how will You, as a Pole and probably a Catholic, pass muster before the citizens of Poland and how will You once stand before the judgement seat of God? You are responsible for the policy promoted by the European Parliament. In the rest of the term of Your office be a hero and stand up for universal moral and spiritual values. Separate from the death camp and enter into the camp of life. If You do not have the strength to fight in this EU system, make a bold gesture and resign publicly from presidency in the European Parliament.
