In 2005, the President of Ukraine approved the Law “On Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”. A common man has nothing against these rights. Under the existing law these rights are observed in Ukraine. However, five years after the approval of this Act a social fraud was committed. In 2005, the term “gender equality” was not clearly defined. It was assumed that it meant social equality between men and women. However, PACE Resolution 1728 of 29 April 2010 changed the meaning of gender equality. It means promotion of homosexuality, transsexuality and gender schizophrenia, according to which a man has a right to declare himself to be a woman and vice versa. State laws must respect it and make out the relevant documents. In 2005, the President did not predict that the word “gender” would be attached an unconstitutional meaning. Therefore the 2005 Act, which the Gender Forum parties (LGBT groups) appeal to, is invalid. On its basis, however, they want to form a government authority to promote gender amorality through the state machinery.
Through so-called gender equality the juvenile justice system is promoted which illegally removes children from normal families and turns them into artificial orphans. Ukrainian people are shocked that the regional and district authorities have quietly introduced gender departments, which are aimed at destroying the family. Gender ideology deprives the individual, family and especially children of the fundamental rights by secretly promoting a gay-dictatorship and juvenile justice.
Juvenile justice has not been legalized, but it has already started working through the extension of so-called social services which are now given unlimited powers. Furthermore, gender departments promote international adoption – i.e. trafficking in children, despite claiming to be fighting against it.
These gender departments support various foreign programmes such as the fight against AIDS. But in fact they support AIDS by privileging homosexuals in the society. Subsidies for so-called protection from AIDS are actually used to finance the spread of homosexuality and thus of AIDS too.
Part of the programme of gender departments is to combat drug addiction. But in fact through programmes of primary, secondary and tertiary “prevention” of drug abuse they will facilitate its legalization and mass distribution.
Dear Members of Parliament and Government:
1) we demand again annulment of the unconstitutional 2005 Act “On Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”;
2) we demand abolition of the so-called gender departments in regional and district councils;
3) we demand prevention of the establishment of a gender government authority in Ukraine.
