Scientific conference in St. Petersburg on Covid affair

On October 20-21, 2021, a scientific conference was held in St. Petersburg. Its first part was titled “Medical and political peculiarities of the Covid-19 vaccination prevention in Russia”. The conference was attended by scientists and medical professionals who are independent of the global fascism.

Quotation from the resolution of the scientific-medical conference:

The consolidated, but legitimate OPPOSITION against immoral and transhuman trampling on rights and freedoms of the inhabitants of the Earth by a small group of globalists, which developed a mechanism of biological and information terrorism, and uses it cynically, MUST rely on a firm scientific foundation, accurate arguments, and opinions of professionals in authority. Only then we will be able to dispel fabricated accusations leveled against us by mass disinformation media and educate the population of the countries, which were subject to the hybrid intervention; mobilize and reshape the force of the public opinion in a correct direction.

The participants of the conference reached the following conclusion: On March 11, 2020, the chairman of the WHO Tedros Ghebreyesus declared pandemics on behalf of WHO, even though he did not have any authority to do so. The introduction of the term “pandemic” was not legally established by a directive (ie regulated) and it does not require an adoption of any other extraordinary measures. Epidemic thresholds were not exceeded, and epidemic was not declared. The measures to prevent an increase in infectious diseases and deaths were and are:

1) scientifically unsupported,

2) mostly erroneous, and not in compliance with international and national laws of individual countries,

3) violation of individual rights and freedoms of citizens and a threat to their lives and health.

Virtually everything that is going on under the pretext of the presence of Covid-19 pandemic and epidemic is a scam and quackery across the board. In our opinion, these activities require a detailed investigation by the International Criminal Court for the sake of future generations.

Mass PCR testing to detect those infected by SARS-Cov-2 has proven to be not trustworthy and it is not a suitable method of identification of patients infected with Covid-19, because this disease is caused by short-chain RNA virus as opposed to long-chain RNA viruses, for which PCR testing method was developed.

Constantly increasing number of administered PCR tests, unjustifiably high contributions to hospitals for patients identified and treated as Covid-19 positive, along with manipulating the statistics, created a false picture about the number of the sick and condition incorrect medical and administrative decisions and consequently enable corrupt acts.

Uncontrolled use of gluco-corticosteroids in the doctor’s offices and in hospitals results in unfounded immunity suppression, which enables the infection to penetrate the body and cause pneumonia, body poisoning and death. This is currently a cause of death of thousands of people.

WE DECLARE THAT:

Testing and “vaccination” of children against coronavirus are, according to the attendees of the conference (and much of our society), considered to be an attack on the most sacred we have – an attack on life and health of the children.

None of the Covid-19 vaccines has undergone the required clinical testing phases to prove the efficacy and safety of its use, and therefore we cannot talk about “preventive vaccination of the population”, since it is a crime, a lie, and a scam.

The increase of excessive deaths among an adult population in 2021 is directly related to an aggressive and mass “vaccination against Covid-19”.

We are convinced that the group of people carries out a coordinated destructive global activity linked with a violation of basic constitutional and international rights of the citizens. An unlimited number of people are forced to participate in the scientifically unsupported experiment with their lives and their health. All of which is happening without their full-fledged and voluntary consent, and in addition in violation of common medical principles, including epidemiological, immuno-preventive, and without following up on the results of this experimental research. In so doing, various medical interventions are practiced without any feedback to ensure life and good health of the participants of the experiments. There is no evaluation of complications and contraindications and no medical care groups dedicated to monitor the participants of the experiments.

Covid-19 is not a particularly dangerous infection, and this term was intentionally introduced even though it conflicts with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 31, 2020 No. 66 “On entering changes in the list of diseases, which present danger to environment”, at the time when there were only 2 “asymptomatic” carriers of this disease. The goal was to introduce another restriction of our rights and prepare the population for infodemic.

We express our outrage at the number (thirteen!) of methodological recommendations of the Department of Health of the Russian Federation for the treatment of Covid-19 patients, which were prepared without an extensive and appropriate analysis of the results of previous recommendations and without any directives for their preventive purpose. Entire immunoprevention is directed towards unjustified hopes in producing a miraculous vaccine, which violates all principles of epidemiology, which state that preventive vaccination during the developed epidemiological explosion is contraindicative, since it induces ADE syndrome. The fact that this was an erroneous approach by the Department of Health and “Rospotrebnadzor” (Consumer health protection authority) is proven by the tripling of number of infections and doubling of number of deaths in the second half of 2021.

We are convinced and we declare that it is a natural immunity and not that enhanced by a vaccination, which is the best and most reliable protection against acute respiratory viral infections, including those caused by coronaviruses. To argue the contrary is the most foolish anti-scientific heresy, which is not supported by any research evidence.

The intimidation of population using horror like videos and manipulating statistics on the national television channels has a clearly unhealthy and criminal subtext. Its goal is to corner people into “vaccination” centers at any cost.

Commanding appeals of the Government are accompanied with blackmail such as decrease of benefits, welfare, and removal of other rights. The citizens are openly bribed with all kinds of “lotteries”, presents and even with monetary bonuses to the employers for each vaccinated employee.

The intentional swap of terms, scientific approaches, replacement of governmental and scientific boards with unprofessional task force, purposely creating chaos and conflicts, enforcing use of face masks, gloves, QR codes, Covid passes, and smart phones play a part in the international criminal activity. This all requires a very thorough investigation and in result, criminal prosecution of all persons, which violated the law.

WE ARE CATEGORICALLY AGAINST:

1) officials and media workers using the terms “epidemic” and “pandemic”, substituting the concepts and manipulating the terms such as “asymptomatic patient”, “threat of disease”, “threat of further spread of infection”, “ground-glass opacity”, “virus”, “PCR test”, “vaccination” – each of which was used differently until 2020, or had no special significance at all;

2) the issuance of normative legal acts restricting our rights due to the “threat of disease”, replacing valid scientific and legal approaches;

3) the use of mass and unjustified testing of humans by unproven test-systems to diagnose Covid-19;

4) the continuation of the massive deadly “vaccination” against Covid-19;

5) the inclusion of the “Covid-19 preventive vaccine” in the National Schedule of Preventive Vaccinations;

6) the premature certification of “Covid-19 vaccines” due to allegedly successfully completed clinical trials;

7) the segregation of people by “vaccine” status and the introduction of QR codes (Covid passports);

8) the unjustified transfer of pupils and students to distance learning;

9) the illegal “lockdowns” and “quarantines” as well as the imposition of fines for non-compliance with illegal and scientifically unfounded measures.

WE DEMAND:

1) a return to scientific approaches in the field of epidemiology, virology and immunoprophylaxis;

2) a return to the implementation of the constitutional and international rights of citizens, which are limited as a result of a hypothetical and not a real threat to health, that is, in the absence of an epidemic, which is a criminal offense;

3) diagnosing Covid-19 not on the basis of PCR test results, but on the basis of the patient’s clinical picture;

4) stopping the lethal experiment in view of the significant number of post-vaccination deaths and severe post-vaccination complications until all such cases have been fully investigated and the causes of their occurrence have been identified; creating a database for registration and statistical records of post-vaccination complications and deaths as a result of immunization with any immunobiological preparations, and entrusting its maintenance to a civic organization independent of the government and pharmaceutical companies (note: except Soros’ non-profits);

5) stopping the discussion in the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the draft law on the inclusion of “preventive vaccination against Covid-19” in the National Schedule of Preventive Vaccinations (Article 9 of the Federal Law “On Immunoprophylaxis of Infectious Diseases” of September 17, 1998 N 157-FZ) until a broad discussion on this issue with the participation of independent scientists and doctors is completed;

6) not to grant premature certification to any experimental drugs (so-called Covid-19 vaccines) until the publication of the results of clinical studies, their detailed verification and subsequent comprehensive public discussion;

7) transferring the functions of the epidemiological service from “Rospotrebnadzor” to the Department of Health of the Russian Federation;

8) the dismissal of the Government of the Russian Federation due to its inability to cope with panic and professionally organize the work of the health care system, which has already led to excess mortality from “non Covid” diseases of hundreds of thousands of our fellow citizens;

9) the initiation of criminal proceedings against those guilty of scaremongering and creating panic by a confusion of terms, the use of misinformation and making deliberately erroneous decisions that caused an excessive increase in additional mortality of the population.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS MADE THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:

1) To appeal to the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to initiate an international investigation into the global Covid affair at UN Security Council level, to identify its organizers and beneficiaries, and to bring the perpetrators to justice for crimes against humanity.

2) To appeal to the President and the Government of the Russian Federation to repeal all illegal normative legal acts issued by “Rospotrebnadzor” of the Russian Federation and governors that restrict the personal inalienable and other constitutional rights of Russian citizens (compulsory vaccination, QR codes, testing, quarantine, etc.).

3) To publish this Resolution for public discussion and send it to all bodies of all branches of state power of the Russian Federation.
