Dear Mr President,

we, Secretaries of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, hereby appeal to You to stop religious discrimination which is aimed at elimination of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). There is a plot devised by the UGCC leadership to deport our Patriarch Elijah from Ukraine. This deportation has been planned by the UGCC for at least six months. It is apparent lawlessness and political corruption on the part of the UGCC leadership which uses state structures for its purposes. The UGCC leadership has disclosed its discriminatory, deportation and elimination purposes several times in the mass media.

Dear Mr President,

during the legislative process in the Parliament concerning Act No. 2450 there now appears yet another draft law “On Freedom of Peaceful Assembly” through the LGBT lobby. Its authors are pressurizing You as the President to sign and submit it to the Parliament for approval. This new draft law, as admitted by the Venice Commission, contains several points that may have ambiguous interpretation.

What actually is the purpose of this law? It practically seeks to gain approval of gay-pride parades without any restriction or control, which, however, is against the Constitution of Ukraine.

President of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Government

Dear Mr President, dear Members of the Government,

construction of the mosque in Kiev has entered its final stage. The mosque has a minaret, prayer hall and educational centre. It has a capacity of 3,000 people. The foundation stone of the mosque was laid in 1991. At the end of 2004, Kievan City State Administration endorsed a resolution concerning additional allotment of land and building permits for the entire Islamic complex.

In the past, the heroes of the Ukrainian history – Cossacks – defended their Orthodox faith not only against the occupation policy of Polish Catholicism but above all against the incursions of the Tartars and the Turkish sultan. Today the capital of Ukraine has a massive centre of Islam in token of tolerance towards religious minorities. But we ask what tolerance do the Muslim countries show towards the religious minorities of Christians there?

Dear deputies of LRSA,

we, Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC), are turning to You in the matter of “Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence”. On 7 November 2011, this Convention was signed by the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Please, appeal to the Government of Ukraine to abolish bindingness of this convention and to impose a ban on its promotion in education, culture and mass media.

In 1986, Pope John Paul II organized the first syncretistic meeting in Assisi. At that time, although it was not available to the public, much of the clergy was in opposition because they disagreed with the heretical step of the Pope. The event was deliberately explained to the public as an effort towards peace and no one could say that it was actually destruction of the Catholic faith. The year 1986 witnessed a breakthrough – demonism infiltrated the Church, whereafter every year the process of a change of the thinking in the Church went on through organization of other syncretistic meetings. At the same time, in the field of theology, the authority of the Scripture was degraded through historical-critical theology which called into question its Divine inspiration. Meanwhile, the process of questioning the Divinity of Christ and of all the fundamental truths of the faith proceeded.

Dear Mr President,

You have applied recently to the Vatican for moral support against unfair sanctions from the EU. However, it is necessary to know in what spiritual state the Vatican is now.

On 1 May 2011, Pope Benedict XVI beatified an apostate Pope, John Paul II. He thus elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of Church. For that reason he fell under God’s punishment of anathema – excommunication from the Church – in accordance with Gal 1:8-9. All who are in unity with the apostate Pope fall under a curse. To be saved from God’s curse, Belarus needs to officially break diplomatic relations with the Vatican.

we hereby inform You that our Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate applied to the representatives of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan for cancellation of diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The reason was that the Vatican had betrayed moral and spiritual values and through heresies and the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – brings down a curse upon all nations that are in whatever unity with it.

on 22 November 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate applied to the President of Ukraine for cancellation of diplomatic relations with the Vatican. It is quite logical. Due to the false beatification of John Paul II, a curse has fallen on the Vatican and through it on the whole Catholic Church. The Vatican bears full responsibility:

1) for current heresies which it approves by silence and upholds at the theological faculties;

2) for covering up the crimes of paedophilia among the clergy;

3) for elevating the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of the Church through the beatification of John Paul II.

Dear Mr President,

we hereby ask You to cancel diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The present-day Vatican publicly proclaims heresies and syncretism, whereby it has betrayed the essence of Christianity.

1) It concerns heresies denying the Divine inspiration of the Holy Scripture and real and historical resurrection of Christ.

2) The Vatican is responsible for paedophilia and homosexuality among the clergy (USA, Ireland, Australia…)

3) By the gesture in Assisi the Vatican openly approved the heresy that salvation is not only in Christ but also in the worship of pagan demons.

Owing to this betrayal, God’s punishment – anathema (acc. Gal 1:8-9) – fell not only on the apostate prelates but also on the last two Popes. This curse also falls on all Christians and formerly Christian nations which have unity with the present apostatical Vatican.

God’s warning

Several hours before the opening ceremony of the spiritual Babylon and public apostasy of the Vatican from the apostolic teachings and 2000-year tradition, Italy was unexpectedly struck with floods which caused great material damage. They even took a toll of several lives. Unfortunately, no one was willing to openly admit that the tragedy was the fruit of the curse which the Vatican brought down on itself.

According to the words of President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Klaus, the laws within the EU are subject to constant and covert amendments. This process pursues unification of national legislation of the individual states. Those who sign the new laws know neither the cause nor the consequences of the amendments. An example is the Lisbon Treaty. All changes in the laws are based on a new ideology which is more dangerous than Nietzsche and Nazism or Marx and Communism. Nietzsche’s philosophy of the so-called superman, which was embodied in fascism, begot genocide of some ethnic groups in concentration camps and gas chambers. The philosophy of Marx, embodied in the Communist ideology, also claimed millions of lives – in gulags, concentration camps or during the artificial famine in Ukraine.

In the span of 26 years of his pontificate, John Paul II:

1) put the worship of God on an equal footing with the worship of demons by his gesture in Assisi;

2) consciously neglected to punish heresies casting doubt upon the Divine inspiration of the Bible and Divinity of Christ and thus approved them;

3) consciously neglected to punish the crimes of paedophilia and homosexuality among the clergy wherefore he bore full responsibility for them (e.g. USA, Ireland, Australia…).

You said that Your report would be objective and its fruit would be recommendations directly to the Government of Ukraine, and if the Government did not want to take this recommendations into account, the matter would be addressed to the European Court.

Dear Monsignors,

we would like to sober You down from Your fallacious views of Christ’s Church and from Your statements concerning us, the orthodox bishops of the UOGCC.

At the beginning we want to remind You that the Catholic Church was established neither by You nor by any other people. It was established by the God-Man Jesus Christ. So the Church is no politico-economic institution to make a profit on but it is the Body of Christ. Therefore belonging to the Church – the Body of Christ – does not lie in a formal membership in the external structure of Your apostatical organization which You unjustly call “Catholic Church”. He is a Catholic and he belongs to the Catholic Church – the Mystical Body of Christ – who distances himself from heresies that deny the essence of the Catholic Church, including Husar’s heresies.

To Members of the Parliament of Ukraine

Dear Sirs and Madams,

a number of law amendments have been adopted these days. Disguised changes are gradually and subtly destroying all moral and spiritual values. They lead to demoralization and demonization especially of children through sexual antieducation from five years of age. There are also efforts at legalization of criminal removal of children from their parents under the phrases of “family violence” or “violation of children’s rights by parents”.
