Choose life!” God has entrusted You with power, and You will soon give an account for Your term of office both before mankind and before God. The Ukrainian branch of the international organization ELSA comprises 600 young lawyers and has offices in Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Irpin, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk.

Law students from “ELSA” are trained to be mediators. This is a new body of the juvenile justice system (and of the legal system in Ukraine in general), to which more importance is to be assigned than to the court itself. The judges will become mere puppets. Mediation, i.e. an alternative to the judicial process, will destroy the Ukrainian judicial system and create an extensive network of corruption. All this is being set up illegally and sponsored by international grantmakers (in Ukraine mediation is promoted by the international organization “Ukrainian Centre of Understanding” under the leadership of Roman Koval), in spite of the fact that the Ukrainian deputies, taking into account the will of the nation and the criminal nature of mediation, did not approve the Mediation Act.

It has been published that on 25 October a round-table conference was held in the premises of the Lvov City Council on the subject of establishment of the juvenile justice system in Ukraine with the participation of representatives of executive bodies of government, Department of Youth, Family and Sports of the Lvov City Council, Department for Children’s Affairs and Social Services Centres. The organizer was the Lvov City civic organization “ELSA Lvov” with the President Lidiya Yemchuk.

The general public of the City of Lvov is strongly against this nefarious system, so the organizers replaced the widely used term “juvenile justice” with another term – “juvenile criminal justice”. At the roundtable meeting it was emphasized that civic organizations are required to go to schools and conduct instruction on the “rights of children”. What it means in practice is that the educational process will be cunningly infiltrated by gender and juvenile organizations comprised of trained people mostly of dubious sexual orientation. Using lofty phrases, such as “combating family violence”, “youth crime prevention” or “children’s rights”, they will teach children the methods of informing against their parents and teachers and of bringing them to trial for violation of so-called children’s rights. In fact, this means prevention of the normal children’s education.

At this historic moment, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate makes an appeal to all Christians of the United States. The U.S. presents itself as a Christian state and yet it negatively influences other nations. This year, President Obama has elevated promotion of homosexuality as a foreign policy priority. Every Christian knows that the Bible calls homosexuality a sin and an abomination. The inhabitants of Sodom were punished for this sin, which was to serve as a warning. This punishment is set as a precedent in the Bible for all nations and all times. Let us remind that homosexuality as an ideology destroys at the root not only all Christian but even natural moral values.

On Sunday, 20 October 2012, in the village of Probizhna, Ternopol region in Ukraine, an organized crime was committed with the purpose of eliminating a religious minority. More than 30 people under the leadership of the local parish priest of the UGCC, Zenobius Pasichnyk, broke down the gate of the monastery and invaded the private territory. The religious sisters have documents which certify that the monastery is their private property. Aggressive parishioners broke down the front door by force and penetrated inside. They began to carry away the sisters’ belongings and the doors. Thereafter they broke down the small gate too and on the orders of the parish priest carried the gates away to the church.

To the nation of Ukraine

On 16 October 2012, a so-called initiative group called “The First of December” made an appeal to the Ukrainian society. Its prime mover is Cardinal Husar and the vice-rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU). All members of the initiative group are either members of Masonic lodges or their tools. There are 11 coup initiators altogether who want to “change the rules of the game in the state”, as contained in their statute. What do they pursue by their pre-election appeal in which they hypocritically admonish the Government and the President, warn against evil and speak about conscience and responsibility? This is not just psychological manipulation but downright psychological pressure on the public in order to complete the hidden coup. They exploited democracy in order to pave the way for the establishment of the cruellest dictatorship and tyranny.

Dear voters and candidates for Parliament,

today it is necessary to set out a rescue programme which will save Ukraine from planned autogenocide. Disguised changes in legislation gradually legalize a process of nationwide self-destruction. It takes place under the pressure of supranational systems of the UN, EU, Council of Europe, world bankers, Freemasons and charitable funds and organizations subsidized by them. The main line of the hidden policy of destruction of the nation is expressed in three points:

Diagnosis

Currently, democracy of the Ukrainian state is under threat. There is a menace of transition to a totalitarian regime. The main causes are:

1) systematic implantation of gender ideology;

2) introduction of juvenile justice mechanisms;

3) establishment of Unified State Demographic Register containing data of every citizen of Ukraine.

These three criminal mechanisms implement the supranational globalization policy of the UN, European Union, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Masonic lodges and world bankers. Their aim is to achieve a “golden billion”, i.e. to reduce mankind. In essence, it is planned genocide.

The Governments of Ukraine and Russia

The ideology of global reduction of mankind seeks the spiritual, moral and physical genocide. Its main actors are: the United Nations, world bankers and Masonic lodges which, through the mediation of international structures, govern world politics. A world war unleashed with the aim of reducing humanity is guided by an antichristian system of professional lie which is being established worldwide. The basic principle applied in this war is “voluntary” self-destruction. The main object of attack is no military bases but small defenceless children. The most effective way to achieve their spiritual, moral and eventually physical destruction is to prevent their happy childhood, to tear them away from their loving parents, to rob them of a warm family home, and to make them homeless misfits exposed to violence, lawlessness, demoralization and satanization.

Scandalous attack on religious sisters in Ternopil region, Ukraine

On Saturday 20 October 2012, an organized crime was committed in the village of Probizhna, Ternopil region, Ukraine. It was the fruit of incitement of religious hatred against the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church separated from Husar’s heresies.

Contemplative sisters of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church, who have their monastery in the village, have a right of ownership of it and state act on land.

The Orthodox Church and the whole Russian nation stand on the threshold of a turning point in history. At this time, as head of the Church, You must represent an Apostle of Christ and defend the Gospel of Christ like the Apostles Peter or Andrew – even at the cost of martyrdom. One of them was crucified in Rome, the other in the Caucasus Mountains.

Peter denied his Lord three times, but he repented afterwards. You too have publicly denied Christ and His Gospel three times this year. It happened in Astana where by Your gesture You put the Gospel of Christ on an equal footing with human and demonic religions. The second denial took place in Warsaw where You established unity with the apostate hierarchy of the Catholic Church who had accepted the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. Your joint declaration paved the way for this anti-Christian spirit in the Russian and Polish nations. You completed the denial of Christ in Tokyo where You presented the pagan spiritual path of samurai as a model for Christians. God’s Word, however, testifies: “There is no communion between light and darkness, between Christ and Belial.” (see 2Cor 6:14-15)

Dear Sirs and Madams,

it was reported that Russia intends to discuss the activities of the European social services at the PACE meeting.

The Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe began to collect signatures under its initiative to examine the practices of the European social services, which remove children from their parents.

The initiative has been backed by the representatives of Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate fully supports the activity of the Russian delegation to PACE. The activities of social services, that implement bestial juvenile mechanisms, are crimes against humanity.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate on behalf of all true Christians of the world expresses support to parents’ organizations of the 193 UN member states. In these days parents have turned to the UN Committee on the so-called rights of the child with a radical protest. Committee session is being held from 17 September to 5 October 2012 in Geneva. Parents’ organizations published a document entitled “Global protest against the UN policies”. The protest is directed against brutal removals of children from their families. It is connected with an internet petition.

The UN is to blame for millions of children having irretrievably lost their loving parents! Mental damage caused to children and parents is incalculable and inexpressible!

Your Beatitude!

This letter is an appeal of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate together with all the Orthodox faithful and all Christians who have at heart the salvation of their own souls, restoration of the Orthodox Church and preservation of moral values of the Russian nation. Please, resign from office! In Astana You completed the process of betrayal of Christ and of the Orthodox Church and brought down an anathema upon Yourself – i.e. God’s curse acc. Gal 1:8-9. On 30 May 2012, the grace of God was removed from You. You, moreover, bring down this curse on every Orthodox believer who remains in unity with You and Your apostasy.

Pope John Paul II and his successor Benedict XVI are to blame for a similar betrayal of Christ and of the Western Church. They both fell under the same anathema – i.e. excommunication by reason of accepting a different gospel and the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate publicly announced the anathema against Pope Benedict on 1 May 2011 and against You on 31 May 2012.
