The spirit of Assisi and invalid Liturgy (+ video)
Lvov (Ukraine), 1 May 2011
In the film Ut unum sint, the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity publishes the official position of the Vatican on the Assisi peace prayers with the words: “During this meeting they (pagans) prayed separately but in the same spirit.” The truth is that they also prayed together – even with the Pope. They prayed in the same spirit, but it was not the Spirit of Christ. It was the spirit of antichrist.
Declaration of an excommunication upon Pope Benedict XVI and John Paul II (+video)
Lvov – Ukraine, 1 May 2011
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ obliges before God all Catholics in conscience and promulgates:
1) Beatification of the deceased Pope John Paul II is invalid.
2) The deceased Pope John Paul II (Gal 1:8-9) excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ. The reason was his apostatical gesture in Assisi by which he opened the Church to the spirit of antichrist.
3) By beatification of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – Pope Benedict XVI likewise excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ.
Letter to the MPs of the State Duma of Russia
Lvov, 24 April 2011
State Duma of Russia
Council of State
Dear Sirs and Madams,
on the feast of Christ’s Resurrection we pray that God would grant You the power of the Spirit and unyielding perseverance and courage in a fight for the preservation of Christian and universal moral values.
On this occasion we would like to announce that on 5 April 2011 the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church proclaimed the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, the first Patriarch elected being Archbishop Elijah A. Dohnal (65). The Patriarchate was established in response to the critical situation in the Catholic Church, in particular: violation of the saving faith and acceptance of a new teaching and different spirit which contradicts the fundamental truths of the Gospel and the Apostolic Tradition.
Letter to the Members of the European Parliament
Lvov, 22nd April 2011
Good Friday
Members of the European Parliament
Dear Members of the European Parliament,
let us inform You that on 5 April 2011 the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) proclaimed the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, the first Patriarch elected being Archbishop Elijah A. Dohnal (65).
The whole Christian world celebrates the greatest festival these days. It commemorates the salvific death of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, for our sins and His glorious resurrection which is the greatest proof of His Divinity. On this occasion, we would like to remind to You: Europe grew from Christian roots. The ideology of the EU is now destroying these healthy roots of European civilization and all moral and spiritual values, especially through the so-called Lisbon Treaty. It gives first priority to perverse homosexuality and introduces juvenile justice and sexual antieducation of children. It legalizes narcotics and also introduces euthanasia which is becoming a tool for mass liquidation of undesirable people. Old guillotines and gas chambers are inefficient and repellent as compared with a subtle sweet death – euthanasia.
Letter to the members of the Hungarian Government
Lvov (Ukraine), 21 April 2011
President of Hungary
Members of the Government
Members of the Hungarian Parliament
Dear Mr President,
Members of the Hungarian government and Parliamentarians,
on the occasion of the feast of Christ’s Resurrection we pray that God would grant You the power of the Spirit and unyielding perseverance and courage in the fight for preservation of Christian values. At the same time, we thank You for Your bravery which You have shown in these days when You have integrated the Christian values into the Hungarian Constitution, namely marriage as a union of one man and one woman and the reality that human life begins at conception. We believe that the moral uplift of the Hungarian nation will become a strong impetus for the moral advancement of all nations of Europe.
A reply to the letter of Gregorios III, “Patriarch” for Melchites in Antioch, Alexandria and Jerusalem
Lvov, 20 April 2011
Reverend Father,
thank You for inventing a simple and true title of the Patriarchs – “Reverend Father” besides the title of the “Holy Father”.
We hereby reply to Your letter of 16 April 2011.
Quotation from Your letter: “Reverend Father, with great sadness, I have read your letter of last Wednesday, about the establishment of the schismatic so-called ‘Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate’.”
Response: As for sadness, it is on our part because we regarded You as a true-Catholic Patriarch. We are no schismatic Patriarchate; we are in true communion with the true papacy which dissociates itself from all ancient and modern heresies.
An appeal to the Orthodox patriarchs and bishops (15.4.2011)
Lvov (Ukraine), 15 April 2011
Your Beatitude,
Your Excellency,
on 30 March 2011 we wrote a letter to You, in which we warned You against participation in beatification of the apostate Pope John Paul II as well as against participation in the so-called peace prayers in Assisi. Attendance at these events is a public gesture of unity with the spirit of Assisi, that means, with the spirit of antichrist. In the name of God we beseech You to remain faithful to Christ and His Gospel. In case You take part in these apostatical events, You will fall under God’s anathema and our newly established Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate will be forced to promulgate Your apostasy before the whole Christian world. Glory to Jesus Christ!
Proclamation of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate 7.4.2011. (video)
On 5 April 2011, the Bishops’ Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church held an assembly in Zhovkva (Ukraine). The Synod considered the issue of the critical state of the Catholic Church, concerning primarily violation of the saving faith and acceptance of a new teaching and a different spirit which is contrary to the fundamental truths of the Gospel and the Apostolic Tradition. The Synod resolved to establish a personal Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate.
An appeal of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate to the Ukrainian government and nation
Lvov (Ukraine), 9 April 2011
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established on 5 April 2011. Archbishop Elijah (65) was elected Patriarch. The reason for the establishment is primarily personal, not territorial. The Western Catholic Church has opened up to heresies which deny the foundations of the faith. These heresies deny the Divinity of Christ, His historical and real Resurrection, the eternity of hell and all the miracles in the Bible. They deny the Divine inspiration of Scripture. The spirit of Assisi caused the pagan worship of demons to be considered a way of salvation equal to Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. This is ‘haeresis maxima’. He who has accepted these heresies has already excluded himself from the Church of Christ.

Announcement and warning to the Catholic and Orthodox Patriarchs
Lvov, 7 April 2011
Your Beatitude!
a) We hereby announce to You that by reason of a deep crisis in the Catholic Church and for the sake of defence of the saving faith the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established. This Patriarchate is headed by Patriarch Elijah (65). Those Catholic believers who are not in agreement with heresies and with the apostatical hierarchy are thus given patronage of an orthodox structure of the Catholic Church. The BCP dissociates itself from the contemporary heresies.
The seat of the Patriarchate is in Lvov, Ukraine.
An appeal of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate to the hierarchy of the UGCC
Lvov, 7 April 2011
The Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC sent an appeal to each bishop of the UGCC in a personal letter of 1 April 2011. The Synod emphasized an extremely serious time when Ukraine witnesses changes in legislation, establishment of homodictatorship and implementation of juvenile justice which removes children from normal families.
You were reminded of the fact that in 2008 You fell under God’s anathema by reason of unity with the spirit of heresies of ex-Card. L. Husar. Apart from other heresies, he also openly approves of homosexuality. Therefore we appealed to each of You to confess the true Catholic faith before God and in the presence of witnesses. Furthermore, we asked You to write a pastoral letter in which You should call upon all believers of the particular Greek-Catholic eparchies to participate in demonstrations in the eparchial towns.
Announcement of establishment and proclamation of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate /letter to the Holy Father/
Lvov, 7 April 2011
The Annunciation
Benedict XVI
Supreme Pontiff
Città del Vaticano
Your Holiness,
in an extraordinary assembly of 5 April 2011, the Bishops’ Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church considered the critical situation in the Catholic Church and violation of the saving faith. The tragedy is that many Catholic believers as well as the hierarchy accept a new teaching and a different spirit which is contrary to the fundamental truths of the Gospel and the Apostolic Tradition.
The response of the Synod to this catastrophic state was establishment and proclamation of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate. Its purpose is to give patronage to all believers who desire to preserve the sacred deposit of the Catholic faith, regardless of nationality or belonging to any of the Catholic Churches or traditions.

882 bishops of the European Union excommunicated from the Church (5.04.2010)
Lvov, 5th April 2010
On 4th April 2010, the Day of the Resurrection of Christ, 882 bishops of the EU states excommunicated themselves from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church. On 19th February 2010 they were publicly appealed again to confess the faith. However, they publicly denied Christ and His Gospel. They obstinately persist in unity with the contemporary heresies and with the spirit that is behind them. This spirit as well as the very heresies deny the essence of our salvation and of whole Christianity. Anathema – God’s punishment – cannot be removed from them even by the Pope himself unless they themselves repent in public. Supposing they die in obstinacy, they will be eternally condemned. As from 4th April 2010, they occupy the Church posts unlawfully and none of the believers can obey them. Starting from 5th April 2010, the sacraments administered by them are invalid. From the same date the priests ordained by them will be no priests!
