Declaration of excommunication against the Polish and Irish bishops (17.11.2009)

The Catholic Church is undergoing an extremely great crisis. Instead of the process of renewal through true biblical repentance there continues the process of self-destruction. Full responsibility for this state falls on the Church hierarchy. Therefore on 15^th March and 15^th September 2009 our Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church appealed to all Bishops of the Catholic Church to publicly confess their faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by 25^th December 2009. Public denial of faith and persistence in unity with heresies is connected with the latae sententiae penalty of excommunication (can. 1364 §1 CIC), i.e. expulsion from the Church. According to God’s law everyone who denied the faith falls under the punishment of God’s anathema – God’s curse.

On 6^th to 8^th September 2009 the Polish ex-Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz transplanted the spirit of Assisi to Poland. The spirit of Assisi, as presented by Pope John Paul II, is the spirit of antichrist. What accord has Christ with Belial? What accord has the Christian prayer with shamanic rituals and animal offerings to demons? The fruit is relativism and confusion. The Gospel is put on an equal footing with pagan myths. Then Christ’s sacrifice on the cross was in vain. This is liquidation of the Christian identity and mission.

For that reason on 20^th October 2009, before expiration of the general term, the Polish bishops had been appealed beforehand by our Synod to publicly separate from this apostatical gesture and from the spirit of syncretism by 10^th November 2009. Next they were appealed to renounce the contemporary heresies and to confess the faith. Because they did not do so, they are now excommunicated from the Church and fall under an anathema (Gal 1:8-9). As from this day, 17^th November 2009, when this anathema is published, they celebrate Holy Mass invalidly in spite of the fact that they will continue illegally holding their Church offices. In case they ordain a priest or consecrate a bishop, it will be invalid both before God and before the Church. Nobody is obliged in conscience to obey them as they are apostates. In the name of the Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, we declare their apostasy from Christ and from the Church.

In this year 2009 the Bishops of Ireland were appealed twice to become the voice of God. However, they have become the voice of the world and of its lies! They have deceived the faithful and instead of the way of salvation they have offered to them the way of slavery and spiritual death. Bishop Noel Treanor is well aware in what spirit the so-called antidiscrimination laws will be interpreted. As a professional liar he convinced the Irish people that every Catholic may in good conscience vote for the Lisbon Treaty. He even declared that it would be a tragedy if the Catholics did not vote in favour of this Treaty. Instead of dissociating themselves from this spirit of Judas, the Bishops of Ireland made unity with him. They were appealed to break with this spirit of betrayal by 11^th November 2009. They did not do so, for which reason they incur the same penalty as the Polish bishops. We have to point out that as from this day, 17^th November 2009, the sacraments administered by them excepting baptism are invalid.

Conclusion:

These excommunicated bishops of Poland and Ireland have a chance of a return into the Church through public repentance. It means that they have to renounce the contemporary heresies and the spirit which is behind them and to confess the true faith. Then they have to ask the Pope to receive them back into the Church. However, according to the Eastern Tradition, as traitors of Christ and as heretics they should not hold whatever Church office any more. Amen
