Declaration of excommunication against Head of the UGCC

We have learned from the mass media that Head of the UGCC Msgr. Shevchuk is titled Patriarch. Who proclaimed him Patriarch? The Synod of the UGCC? No. The apostatical Roman dicastery? No. What authority does he have if he was proclaimed by himself and is in unity with apostasy?

Unlike the unreal Shevchuk’s Patriarchate, on 5 April 2011 the Synod of the UOGCC proclaimed a real Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) and elected Bishop Elijah Patriarch. The reason for proclamation of the BCP is the disastrous state of the Catholic Church and the need for her defence and restoration.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby turns to the representatives of the political power in Ukraine. Patriarchate, as a representative of the orthodox Catholic teaching, is obliged before God and before the Ukrainian nation to give a clear standpoint on the ongoing moral and spiritual changes in Ukrainian society. So-called adjustment of legislation is taking place and certain practices implanted from and financed by the decadent West are being introduced. This moral devastation comes from until recently Christian Europe and America. It is the fruit of a curse for betrayal of faith and for apostasy of Western Catholicism. The fruit is perverted homosexuality and paedophilia among Catholic clergy and in the world.

the Patriarchate of the Byzantine Catholic Church is turning to You. In this critical situation the Pope-apostate has excommunicated himself from the Church by the beatification of the spirit of Assisi, elevating thus the spirit of antichrist on the altar of the Church. If the current Church structure separates itself from the papal apostasy, the process of the restoration of the Catholic Church may start through it. If not, then the restoration will begin by the establishment of a new Church structure under the title of “Orthodox Catholic Church”.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate calls on You in the name of God: do public penance of Your apostasy by the feast of Pentecost, i.e. 12^th June 2011! You have brought down God’s curse on the entire Catholic Church! By the beatification of an apostate You have elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of the Church. You have officially legalized a different gospel and a different spirit in the Catholic Church. This contradicts the Gospel of Christ and resists the Spirit of God. According to Gal 1:8-9 You have incurred punishment of God’s anathema, i.e. excommunication from the Church. As from 1^st May 2011 You no longer visibly represent Christ on earth, because by Your apostasy You visibly serve the Antichrist! Now, You occupy the office illegally. The Church has found herself in a sedes vacantis state.

the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate feels obliged to truthfully inform You about a radical change that took place in the Catholic Church as a result of the so-called beatification of Pope John Paul II.

By the beatification of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of apostasy – Pope Benedict XVI excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ.

As from 1^st May 2011, the Church has found herself in a sedes vacantis state. This means that the Apostolic See is vacant, and the apostate Pope is now occupying the office illegally.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby calls in the name of God on all Roman Catholic priests to separate themselves from the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. God’s judgement begins at the head, hierarchy and clergy.

On 1^st May 2011, by his gesture of beatification of John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI elevated to the altar of the Church the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist, thus excommunicating himself from the Church in accordance with Gal 1:8-9. The Church has found herself in a sedes vacantis state. Through a formal reception of the spirit of antichrist, God has taken away the continual sacrifice from the Catholic Church (see Dan 8:11-14, Mt 24:15)

The First Vatican Council formulated the dogma of papal infallibility. The formulation contained a statement that the Pope is infallible in matters of faith and morals, when acting ex cathedra. That means when he declares certain truth and formulates it clearly referring to God’s authority. Subsequently, all Catholics are bound in conscience before God by the declared truth. The dogma of papal infallibility does not guarantee that the Pope in his private life and in his private theological views cannot be wrong. It also does not mean that he himself cannot fall into a heresy or apostasy. If he falls into apostasy and is unwilling to separate from it, he is Pope no longer because God’s anathema has fallen on him. Benedict XVI and the apostatic hierarchy united with him hold to the heresy of syncretism (Assisi) and they want everyone to consider this heresy a teaching of the Church.

Beatification of an apostate meant elevation of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of the Catholic Church. Thus the rule in the Church has been taken over by the spirit of apostasy which denies the fundamental truths of the Gospel. As from 1^st May 2011, the external structure of the Catholic Church does not represent the Church of Christ any longer. The entire Catholic Church has fallen into apostasy. A Catholic, who wants to be saved today, must necessarily separate himself from the apostate Pope as well as from the apostatical structure with the spirit of death (i.e. from the hierarchy, heretical theologians and priests). This structure tolerates and privileges the gravest crimes against the faith and morals, all current heresies, homosexuality, paedophilia…

In the film Ut unum sint, the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity publishes the official position of the Vatican on the Assisi peace prayers with the words: “During this meeting they (pagans) prayed separately but in the same spirit.” The truth is that they also prayed together – even with the Pope. They prayed in the same spirit, but it was not the Spirit of Christ. It was the spirit of antichrist.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ obliges before God all Catholics in conscience and promulgates:

1) Beatification of the deceased Pope John Paul II is invalid.

2) The deceased Pope John Paul II (Gal 1:8-9) excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ. The reason was his apostatical gesture in Assisi by which he opened the Church to the spirit of antichrist.

3) By beatification of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – Pope Benedict XVI likewise excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ.

On this occasion we would like to announce that on 5 April 2011 the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church proclaimed the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, the first Patriarch elected being Archbishop Elijah A. Dohnal (65). The Patriarchate was established in response to the critical situation in the Catholic Church, in particular: violation of the saving faith and acceptance of a new teaching and different spirit which contradicts the fundamental truths of the Gospel and the Apostolic Tradition.

Dear Members of the European Parliament,

let us inform You that on 5 April 2011 the Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) proclaimed the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, the first Patriarch elected being Archbishop Elijah A. Dohnal (65).

The whole Christian world celebrates the greatest festival these days. It commemorates the salvific death of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, for our sins and His glorious resurrection which is the greatest proof of His Divinity. On this occasion, we would like to remind to You: Europe grew from Christian roots. The ideology of the EU is now destroying these healthy roots of European civilization and all moral and spiritual values, especially through the so-called Lisbon Treaty. It gives first priority to perverse homosexuality and introduces juvenile justice and sexual antieducation of children. It legalizes narcotics and also introduces euthanasia which is becoming a tool for mass liquidation of undesirable people. Old guillotines and gas chambers are inefficient and repellent as compared with a subtle sweet death – euthanasia.

on 30 March 2011 we wrote a letter to You, in which we warned You against participation in beatification of the apostate Pope John Paul II as well as against participation in the so-called peace prayers in Assisi. Attendance at these events is a public gesture of unity with the spirit of Assisi, that means, with the spirit of antichrist. In the name of God we beseech You to remain faithful to Christ and His Gospel. In case You take part in these apostatical events, You will fall under God’s anathema and our newly established Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate will be forced to promulgate Your apostasy before the whole Christian world. Glory to Jesus Christ!

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established on 5 April 2011. Archbishop Elijah (65) was elected Patriarch. The reason for the establishment is primarily personal, not territorial. The Western Catholic Church has opened up to heresies which deny the foundations of the faith. These heresies deny the Divinity of Christ, His historical and real Resurrection, the eternity of hell and all the miracles in the Bible. They deny the Divine inspiration of Scripture. The spirit of Assisi caused the pagan worship of demons to be considered a way of salvation equal to Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. This is ‘haeresis maxima’. He who has accepted these heresies has already excluded himself from the Church of Christ.

a) We hereby announce to You that by reason of a deep crisis in the Catholic Church and for the sake of defence of the saving faith the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established. This Patriarchate is headed by Patriarch Elijah (65). Those Catholic believers who are not in agreement with heresies and with the apostatical hierarchy are thus given patronage of an orthodox structure of the Catholic Church. The BCP dissociates itself from the contemporary heresies.

The seat of the Patriarchate is in Lvov, Ukraine.
