Instrumentum laboris for bishops and priests at the time when the Pope has anathematized himself
12 November 2023
Dear bishops and priests,
it is clear to each one of you, and it becomes clearer with each passing day, that the papal office is occupied by a man who has brought upon himself multiple anathemas for open rebellion against God and against God’s commandments. Bergoglio is destroying all the foundations of the Catholic faith and, moreover, he has provocatively dedicated himself to Satan in Canada under the guidance of a wizard. His path is a path of not only promoting the blessing of homosexual unions, but of abusing the Church structure, connected with absolute obedience, to convert the Church of Christ into a synagogue of Satan. No pope, apart from this Jorge Bergoglio, has ever had it proclaimed so grandly that he is the representative of Christ on earth and the successor of the Apostle Peter. Yet he is neither the Vicar of Christ nor the successor to the Apostle Peter. He promotes and legalizes the greatest heresies and crimes. One does not need a higher theological education to see this. The reality of his apostasy can be seen by the simple believer, and even by many unbelievers.
You sincere people are asking: What should we do, what steps should we take in this sede vacante situation?
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, which is the voice of one crying in the wilderness, gives you some guidelines on what steps to take:
1) A true Catholic bishop should put true Catholic priests in key positions in his diocese.
With these priests, he should outline a revival programme which they are to implement.
2) These bishop’s confidants should have at least 2-3 priests in each deanery with whom they would be in close contact, and together with them they would think over a strategy for spiritual renewal in specific parishes.
3) It is necessary to divide the priests into several groups for better orientation: Firstly, those who truly have the salvation of immortal souls at heart and see the state of the Church truthfully. Secondly, priests who have good will but are manipulated by the false atmosphere in the Church, so they are to some extent paralyzed. And thirdly, the priests who are relentless in destroying the Church and form an inseparable unity with Bergoglio’s spirit. They tend to be particularly active and can quickly unite like a pack of wolves throughout the diocese to manipulate particularly the middle group of the clergy.
4) Sincere priests must then also find a group of men in their parish, at least three, and establish a system of discipleship. They need to meet with the disciples at least once a week and pray with them for at least one hour. Then they can discuss urgent problems that weigh on them and the other believers. This parish action group would be a source of spiritual awakening in half-dead parishes. The disciples would then serve as leaders of house-to-house fellowship groups on Sundays.
This core group in the parish, the basic cell of renewal, must have its own schedule.
a) Holy Hour
It is important for everyone to try to devote one hour to prayer every day, especially the so-called Holy Hour from 8 to 9 pm. If possible, they should pray with their whole family, or at least with one member of the family. In the Holy Hour it is appropriate to pray the Rosary from Monday to Wednesday, to confess sins to God and to one another, to say prayers of thanks and intercession, and also to sing songs. It is appropriate to contemplate the Passion of the Lord according to the Stations of the Cross on Thursday and the Last Words of Christ from the Cross on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday it is best to contemplate the mystery of Christ’s resurrection.
b) Celebration of Sunday
It is necessary to restore the celebration of the seventh day, the day of Christ’s resurrection. It is ideal to contemplate, from 5 to 7 am, what happened on the morning of Christ’s resurrection, as well as other events related to Christ’s resurrection. At 8 or 8:30 am, it is optimal to begin contemplating the truths related to the sending of the Holy Spirit on the apostles.
In the morning, the faithful should participate in the Holy Mass celebrated by a true Catholic priest. Where this is not possible, they may experience the Mass spiritually.
5) The spiritual content of the revival path
The fundamental truths of faith must be put first. Priests should set aside one and a half days for semi-religious life, that is, for fraternal communion. During this time, there is space for priests to pray for at least three hours and, in addition, to devote one more hour to reflecting on God’s word, which they are to preach to the faithful on Sunday. At the same time, there is room for mutual encouragement and for creating spiritual priestly unity of persons consecrated to God. They will then perceive the need for teamwork to save and revive souls in the region entrusted to them. In this fraternal community, they will also share experience and a programme of how each of them should form disciples in their own parish. On Sunday, the Lord’s Day, the members of one or more living cells gather in houses; it is about the establishment and growth of the home church. The core of the spiritual awakening should be a priestly community that meets every week, preferably from Sunday evening to Tuesday until lunch, after which they depart.
6) What is spiritual food for the priestly community and for the home church? A clear vision, a clear programme is needed. Priests are supposed to proclaim the gospel of salvation, that is, to point out the reality of sin in our time, the reality of modern-day addictions and bondage, and how to preventively protect oneself, or to offer a way out with love and in time to those who are already on a slippery slope. Above all, it is necessary to place Jesus and His redemptive death on the cross at the centre. This is the centre of our salvation, and this foundation needs to be constantly emphasized. Moreover, it is necessary to emphasize the most essential realities that are of fundamental concern to us and are easily forgotten, namely death, God’s judgment and eternity. Everyone must be led to focus on the goal of eternal life. People must also be aware of the danger they face, which is the loss of eternal life and eternal damnation in hell.
It should not be neglected to show examples of true heroes – the holy martyrs and saints.
Beside prayers, the main focus of priests, and then also of their disciples, should be how to practise the following of Christ and His Sermon on the Mount, because the Gospel must be lived, not merely talked about. The essence of the Gospel is to lose one’s soul for Christ’s sake and the Gospel’s.
We must be prepared for death every day, as Jesus tells us. It means that we must be in a state of grace, free of mortal sin.
The believers who experience conversion and adopt a practical style of discipleship will then be able to evangelize face to face, in their families, among their friends or colleagues, so it will be true that: sheep beget sheep and the shepherd has the task of leading and shepherding his flock, protecting it from delusions and heresies that threaten souls, and giving them sound teachings, that is, leading them to good pastures.
7) What should the bishop do as the chief shepherd?
a) The bishop with a group of faithful priests should debate and prepare topical pastoral letters in which he would systematically explain the current situation so that the faithful have a healthy outlook. Whenever there is a spiritual awakening, therefore life, there is a struggle, problems arise. If the Church is dead, there is a false peace. The spirit of the Bergoglian sect is extremely active and insidious. To defend the truths of the faith means to stand against heresies as well, and this is not possible without a struggle.
b) The bishop should stop mentioning the invalid pope in the liturgy and call on the priests to do the same.
c) If a notice is sent to an orthodox bishop from the Vatican, through the nuncio, that he should accept the Vatican visitation, he should radically reject it. If he receives a decree from the Vatican that the “Holy Father” asks him to vacate the diocese for a Vatican-appointed successor, let him in no way submit to such an order. He has already come out from under the curse, anathema, that is, from submission to the apostate Vatican under an invalid pope, and it would be a suicidal step to go back and submit again.
d) Let him continue the programme of renewal of the diocese, of the priesthood, the seminary and the parishes.
e) A true bishop is under no obligation to leave the diocese at the age of 75. Let him remain according to the Tradition of the Church before the reform of Paul VI, that is, until death. Otherwise, under false obedience, he would give way to the illicit destroyer appointed by Bergoglio. He has the goal of tearing apart and destroying God’s flock. The true bishop should in no case obey the decrees of the heretic and his sect that occupies the Vatican.
f) Rather, the bishop should unite with the other orthodox bishops in that nation and ask the local government to cut off diplomatic relations with the Vatican on the grounds that the Vatican is no longer Catholic and cannot represent true Catholic teaching or faith. It is destroying its very essence and pushing an agenda that is detrimental to the particular nation. The ideology of the Bergoglian sect is destructive, anti-Church and anti-social.
g) The question of the Episcopal Conference:
If a bishops’ conference is controlled by a Bergoglio supporter, the individual bishops should separate themselves from the conference. Ideally, this conference should depose the Bergoglio supporter and the entire bishops’ conference should adopt a new programme, namely, a programme of renewal in the nation.
h) The bishop should also be in fellowship, if possible, with 2-3 other bishops. If that is not possible, then with a few faithful priests in his diocese.
Dear bishops and priests, you must, by all means, begin a spiritual renewal. The Bergoglian Vatican is rushing headlong into the abyss. If you do not start as soon as possible, it will drag you along.
