With this brief diagnosis, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, which defends the fundamental truths of the Christian faith, addresses you, Europeans and Americans who have Christian roots. Many of you were baptized, or your parents or grandparents were baptized. Nevertheless, many of you have minimal knowledge of Christianity and often misconceptions about the true following of Christ. The foundation of Christianity is the Gospel of Christ. Christ’s death on the cross and His glorious resurrection is an unbreakable force in the fight against evil – original sin – which is in man as well as against the spirit of lies in the world. Only Jesus gives a clear perspective and answer to the meaning of life and the meaning of suffering. He shows that true love involves sacrifice. He Himself is the Son of God, who became man out of love for us. He took on Himself all the evil to deliver us from it. After our short life, which is filled with trials, often disappointment, suffering, disease, betrayal, abandonment, and ends with physical death, Jesus gives us eternal happiness. The assurance given by true Christianity, which proclaims the teachings of Christ and gives us the Spirit of Christ, is the greatest treasure one can have in this short journey of life. Today we are surrounded by the spirit of consumerism, violence, systematic lies and deception from pagan cults – Hinduism, Buddhism or a regard for cosmic or other energies, in fact demons. On these paths, no one will find selfless love, truth or true happiness that their soul desires. Back in his time St Augustine said: “You have made us for Yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in You.” Scripture says: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever (you too) believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (Jn 3:16)
We are like God in the immortal essence of our being, which is our spirit. Eternal life is not just endless life. Our physical life ends with death, but our spirit, which is not bound by the laws of matter, passes from time to eternity at the moment of physical death. Eternity is either happy or unhappy. Our life is basically a period of trial, when every day, in various situations, we decide between truth and lie, between good and evil. So life is a struggle, a struggle for the victorious crown of eternal glory. If you realize your weakness, your helplessness, your constant failure on the path of good and truth, this is the moment when you are disposed to admit that you need forgiveness of sins. No psychologist or therapy but only Jesus, the Son of God, who paid for your sins, will give you that. When you turn to Him, He purifies your soul. In prayer you can communicate with Him, you can read His Word. By baptism you were immersed in unity with His death and in new life at the same time. You have received this new life – the life of a child (son or daughter) of God – in baptism. When you walk the path of truth, this spiritual life develops in you. In Jesus, with whom you unite by faith, you have eternal life, even now in time. In concrete situations, you will begin to experience the subtle manifestations of God’s love and God’s presence. Even if everyone – your father, mother or wife – abandon you, Jesus will never leave you. His love for you is eternal, you just need to seek and receive it every day, especially in prayer.
Jesus instituted the Church to proclaim His teachings, to administer His sacraments. Church ministers, however, are mere human beings, and it matters much if they serve God or have turned away from God, commit serious crimes under the banner of truth and the Church, and thus become traitors of Christ like the Apostle Judas. Unfortunately, this is what we are witnessing today. The papacy, the highest office in the Church, is occupied by the satanist Bergoglio, who has publicly opposed Christ. He has enthroned the Pachamama demon in the main basilica in Rome! He promotes same-sex unions and thus abolishes the God-given institution of the family, which consists of man, woman and children. By promoting these unnatural pseudo-families, he creates the conditions for stealing children from their loving parents so that they can be adopted by sodomites. The legislation enacting juvenile justice serves this purpose. But in his speeches, Bergoglio utters pious, even heartbreaking phrases against which the common man is defenceless and believes that he is a man of God. In fact, he embodies the demon of lies and death which deviously and cynically destroys the Church and seeks to bring as many people as possible to destruction. This is also evidenced by the fact that at this critical time he is promoting the new vaccination, as he himself emphasizes, for all! This vaccination aims to reduce humanity, that is, to perpetrate mass genocide!
The Lisbon Treaty paved the way for this death agenda in 2009. It removed the moral foundation – the Decalogue on which civilized Europe was built. Until then, the entire legal system and interpersonal relationships were built on the principle of justice and respect for true human dignity. The principle of love of neighbour was also taken into account. Evil was punished and good appreciated and supported by education, encouragement, good example. And now everything was turned upside down by changing the Lisbon paradigm with the priority of sodomy. But the Vatican has been silent on these fundamental changes!
The betrayal of the Church is the reason why in half a century since Vatican II such great changes could have taken place in the Christian world. The Council secretly exchanged reverence for God for reverence for pagan demons, and through aggiornamento it exchanged the Spirit of Christ for the spirit of this world which still reigns in the Vatican. The spiritual breakthrough had a catastrophic impact on Christian nations. Kinsey’s demoralization guidelines, and through them, homosexuality and paedophilia, have been included in school curricula on an international scale. Gradually, a system of lies has been embodied in public and political life… We have thus found ourselves in the present situation. But it is not the fault of the true Church of Christ, that is, of those who have remained faithful to Christ and to the fundamental truths of the faith, who are persecuted today by the official church structure. Many priests and believers are denigrated, punished as rebels and as disobedient to the Holy Father Francis, and yet it is they who maintain the Spirit of truth and have preserved the treasure of eternal life in fragile vessels.
The heroic Archbishop C. M. Viganò, a longtime Vatican worker and subsequently the Vatican Nuncio in the United States, has spoken out at this time. He has opposed crimes in the Church. He has publicly called on pseudo Pope Bergoglio to resign. He has also called for the resignation of the homosexual network in the highest positions. He has emphasized that only through true repentance can the Church be restored. Jesus foretold the apostasy of church leaders when He said that an idol of abomination would be erected in the holy place, which was fulfilled by the enthronement of the Pachamama demon in 2019. This broke the spiritual barrier, brought down a curse on the Church and the world, and nothing stood in the way of starting an absurd artificial Covid-19 pandemic which pursues the satanization and genocide of humanity. Bergoglio launched this criminal pandemic by ordering the closure of churches.
If we look at history, the Church of Christ has been persecuted from the beginning. Roman emperors tortured and killed Christians for three centuries only because they believed in Christ. This is evidenced by the lives of Christian martyrs. Even later, in times of freedom, the Church was often persecuted by enemies from within and without. God allowed this suffering to purify the Church. However, there was still a distinction between good and evil, truth and falsehood. Today, the spirit of the world has penetrated the Church so much that this is no longer distinguished. Those who were to lead others to salvation have gone blind, so we say with pain that the word of Christ is true about them: If the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.
You ask where to find a fixed point in this confusion, amid a sea of lies and deception? Where to find pure love, where to find certainty and security, when the same spirit as the one that has been promoting satanization and genocide in the world for several decades is now at the head of the Church? The time has come for man to turn to God and find a personal relationship with Him. That is why prayer and the reading of the Holy Scriptures and the lives of saints and martyrs, who are a model of the true Church for us, are so important.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) is a community of monks, priests and bishops living in monasteries. The BCP is headed by Patriarch Elijah with two Secretary Bishops, +Timothy and +Methodius. This Patriarchate arose from the need to defend the fundamental Christian truths against heresies and apostasy. The BCP does not recognize pseudo Pope Bergoglio and is not subordinate to him.
