Wolfgang Wodarg is a German physician specialising in pneumology, or treatment of lung diseases. The renowned Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore awarded him a scholarship in epidemiology. At the turn of the millennium, he was Chair of the Subcommittee on Health of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly for many years. As a true expert, he explains that the current coronavirus panic has been artificially created. How did this happen? Under pressure from political, pharmaceutical and other interests, the WHO has changed the criteria for a pandemic. Previously, two major criteria were established: 1) the percentage of the illnesses of the total population in the territory and 2) the percentage of deaths also of the total population in the territory (https://www.euromomo.eu/). Accordingly, the mass character of the disease was determined and then either it was a pandemic or not. In 2009, the criteria were changed by excluding these two main indicators. Now the only criterion is whether the virus is present on different continents, i.e. whether it is a worldwide spread. But all viruses have a worldwide spread, so it is possible to declare a pandemic for each flu. What is now decisive is if you want a pandemic or not, and not if it really is a pandemic – said the German expert.

Panic is triggered by focusing on one virus. Every day, all the mass media publish information about how many people fell ill and how many died. Although mortality does not deviate from the norm and is even lower than during last year’s flu season, unceasing news reports spread enormous panic. Moreover, the information is often false. For example, the first 104 deaths of the so-called coronavirus in Italy were also caused by at least two other serious diseases.

Coronavirus commonly occurs every year. Due to the immune system, the body creates protection, so the virus maintains itself by mutating.

The number of patients treated in hospitals has increased due to panic. Otherwise, it is not common for people with flu to be treated in hospital. No one knows that in Germany alone, 15,000 people die annually from infectious diseases that they contracted while hospitalized! – says the German specialist.

Psychotherapist Dr Borovskich adds: (https://youtu.be/HwpbDYUz3Dg)

Coronavirus patients recover just as much as influenza or respiratory patients. And the reason why mortality in Italy exceeded 5% is that they only recorded the disease in its intermediate or late, rather than early, stages, which resulted in a high mortality rate.

Mass media systematically bring pressure to bear on the mind by periodically reporting one piece of information. In particular, they can easily deprive people of judgment, or even make them worse than animals, by inducing fear. People are then able to fall upon each other.

The mass media are to blame for artificially and purposefully creating panic among the population. During the current situation with coronavirus, in fact, it is sufficient to take the same measures that are taken against flu or cold. For example, if more than five pupils become ill in a class, quarantine may be declared. Perhaps the school may be closed too.

An exceptional response to coronavirus panic came from S. Shevchuk, Head of the UGCC. Quote: “As in the days of Maidan, when all parishes, churches and monasteries were opened and immediately turned into hospitals, underground hospitals… If needed, the entire ecclesial and spiritual space will become the hospitals.”

Given the reality concerning the coronavirus and the statement of a true expert, the bombastic proclamation by the Head of the UGCC S. Shevchuk is wholly inadequate and, moreover, dangerous for both the Church and the Ukrainian nation.

Shevchuk may have confused the Church with a political or sanitary organization. The prime mission of the Church is to proclaim the Gospel of Christ with the aim of saving immortal souls. What will it help if those who are entrusted with the care of souls care for dying people and neglect their salvation? Proclamations in the same spirit as Shevchuk’s came to Ukraine from Archbp Gudziak from USA. Orthodox Patriarch Kirill and the invalid Pope Francis also respond as atheists. If Patriarch Kirill has established a rule that the communion spoon must be wiped with an alcohol-soaked cloth after everyone who receives Holy Communion, it means that he exposes the essence of the faith to doubt. He proves that he believes in the omnipotence of the virus rather than in the omnipotence of God. And this is a serious problem!

Patriarch Filaret spoke out on the issue in a different spirit than Kirill, Shevchuk or Gudziak:

“I mean same-sex marriages first and foremost … are the cause of the coronavirus.”

He speaks of homosexuality as an evil for which “God burned Sodom and Gomorrah”.

Filaret believes the coronavirus to be caused by human sinfulness. He also said that the Church did not forbid the faithful to receive Holy Communion during quarantine.

“Now there is a discussion of whether it is possible to partake of one spoon. Let me ask: Do you believe that this is the Blood and Body of Jesus Christ? If you do not believe, then do not receive Holy Communion. And if you do believe, is it perhaps possible to get viruses from Christ?!”

Conclusion:

From an objective point of view, taking into account the real exposure of the so-called pandemic by true experts such as Dr Wolfgang Wodarg (physician specialist), Dr Borovskich (psychotherapist) and others, Patriarch Filaret, unlike the above-mentioned church leaders, has appeared as a true shepherd of Christ’s flock. This is almost heroic in this critical situation. Prominent church leaders, on the other hand, have proved to be practical atheists and, moreover, tradesmen with globalization fear and artificial panic.
