On 25<sup>th<\/sup> August 2009 they were appealed for the second time. They denied their faith, they betrayed Christ, they did not dissociate themselves from the contemporary heresies and from the spirit of apostasy. <strong>Thus they called down on themselves God\u2019s anathema (cf. Gal 1:8-9) as well as the canonical penalty of latae sententiae excommunication by reason of heresy according to can. 1364 \u00a71 CIC.<\/strong><\/p><div style=\"text-align: center;\"><object width=\"790\" height=\"445\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/tNyQWW-gY0c?hl=uk_UA&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0\" \/><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"790\" height=\"445\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/tNyQWW-gY0c?hl=uk_UA&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" \/><\/object><\/div><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By this announcement we just bring into the open the painful reality before the whole Church. As from this day, i.e. 15<sup>th<\/sup> September 2009, the below-named cardinals are excommunicated from the Catholic Church. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">They now hold their office unlawfully.<\/span> The decrees issued by them will be invalid. Likewise the sacraments administered by them as from this day, with the exception of Baptism, are invalid.
